Sewer gas smell. Fan didn't help

Great location and best part is the private parking.

There was mold on the wall. My room had no windows and there were mosquitoes inside I got bit multiple times. How water wasn’t working

No hot water, bugs in shower, noisy all night and very early morning

Event though the room is small, the bed was comfortable , the service was exceptional. We stayed one night on our way to La Fortuna so it served it's purpose. I would definitely stay again at Hotel Amaranto. You feel the vibe of staying at a family or friend's house. Breakfast was cooked at the moment. The room I stayed had no windows which I don't mind because I prefer not to wake up to bright light coming from the outside. Parking is gated and they are very close to downtown and convenient stores.

When you have a great stay, you don't mind the little details you see. No AC for example. But it doesn't get that hot at night. If you are expect a 5 star hotels with all commodities, look somewhere else.

this is a modest hotel but very clean and the owner is very nice and accommodating.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Amaranto. The room looked and smelled suuuper clean!!! The bed and pillows were comfy and the staff made us feel extremely welcome..they were so nice! Breakfast was tasty and a good portion. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a comfy room in San Ramon! it also has a secure parking lot, which is a plus
