Great location, close to everything. The penthouse was wonderful, a genuinely fabulous. What a comfortable and amazing house! Everything was spotlessly clean. The view is truly spectacular.!!

Perfect penthouse for travelers who want to be conveniently located in the heart of Miraflores, the best neighborhood in Lima. The ocean views are really great. We were very comfortable (air conditioning, wifi, netflix) and Erika and Susy made sure we had everything we needed. I loved staying here near the waterfront and several amazing restaurants!!

Spectacular three bedroom penthouse with rooftop terrace; the ocean is just across the street; very comfortable and clean! Free high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen, underground parking. Amenities galore. We stayed at this penthouse a few nights and received excellent service from Alfonso and Susy. The location is excellent, the Miraflores boardwalk is right outside the front door. Cross the street and you are there. There is a doorman 24/7 to let you in and out of the condo and it felt very safe. It's a good deal, price wise and I wound't hesitate to go back. We would definitely stay here again next time. 100% recommended.

A GREAT find! Suzy was SO helpful. Her arranged driver was prompt, friendly and helpful. Navigating the way to Miraflores would have been so difficult without him! The concierge helped us get into the secure building. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the rooftop deck! Loved it!

Easy communication and check in, awesome location and ocean views.

Stayed here for three nights/two days in early May '19 with 4 others. Beautiful views of the Ocean without a doubt, and the rooftop terrace is a nice spot to relax, but overall service was pretty lacking. Upon arrival, the entire first floor was filled with gas from the stove. Cleaning staff didn't notice a knob was turned on and who knows how long it was left on before we got there. We had to air out the entire first floor the first night. Mid-floor shower was clogged after one use and would pool. Master bedroom also had mold in places. I tried getting in contact with the owner after getting back from our trip and still haven't heard anything (going on 4+ weeks now)Overall it was only okay, I primarily wanted the place for the Ocean views and breeze and that was the highlight. That by itself though probably isn't enough to justify the price relative to other places you can get.

This property is well-located and offers spectacular views of the ocean; however, its condition did not remotely meet our expectations. Upon our arrival, we found the following: - the TV was broken (requiring replacement); - the clothes dryer was broken (requiring replacement); - the window blinds in the master bedroom were stuck in a partially closed position, obstructing our ocean view (requiring replacement); - ten light bulbs were burned out including at stairway landings (safety issue); - two of the four light fixtures illuminating the top floor terrace were rusted (requiring replacement); - seven cabinet handles in the kitchen and dining room were partially detached; - there were significant leaks under the kitchen and master bathroom sinks with disconnected pipes (requiring four-hour plumbing repair); - the “safe” was found on the maid’s room bedside table unattached to any permanent structure and could be easily removed from the apartment; - one of the stove burners failed to light; - dishes were dusty and all but one of the coffee cups were chipped/cracked; - the dining room ceiling lights flickered badly, requiring us to leave them off; - the drawers in one of the two master bedroom bureaus came off their runners and jammed every time they were opened rendering that bureau useless; - the drain in the second bathroom tub/shower was clogged requiring multiple applications of “Drano”; - ants were present in the kitchen and master bath throughout our stay; - it was clear that the apartment had not been “deep-cleaned” in many months as judged by the grime on many of the light switches, dirt between the sofa cushions, and dust in the lamps and light fixtures. These deficiencies were reported to the property manager, who was willing to address them, although it took a week to complete the repairs and cleaning, during which time we were often tethered to the apartment to receive the workers for the repairs. The good news is that the on-site representative of the manager and the owner (who lives in Spain) were both very nice and sympathetic to our situation; and the owner refunded four days of rent for our trouble. This penthouse offers a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets and has great potential. However, it has been allowed to deteriorate and has been poorly maintained. Until these issues are properly addressed, we cannot recommend it, especially at the current rental price.

The location in Miraflores is great: wonderful neighborhood, convenient shopping and spectacular view of the Pacific. When we return to Lima, we would book here again.

The ocean view is pretty awesome. The apartment is spacious, bright and clean, and its rooftop terrace is a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. It is an amazing spot for the location alone: centrally located, walking distance to everything and lots of great restaurants, markets and parks around. Safe building (24h security) and fantastic neighborhood. It was great to get out on foot and explore. Great experience all around. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

Excellent department for large families. Great value if you compare it to other hotels in the area with the same quality level. The views are amazing...

We stayed a full month and that was perfect. This penthouse is very comfortable with great beds, an amazing view of Pacific Ocean in Miraflores. The sunrise from the penthouse is absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed making breakfast one morning in the fully stocked kitchen, and admired the gorgeous views from the dining table. The views from my bedroom window was absolutely breathtaking as well. Also the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful in getting us set up for our stay and informed us of the details of the area. She really cares for you and wants you to have a good experience in. This property is just wonderful; quiet and comfortable with great personality. We definitely want to come back to Lima,Peru and will want to stay here! Thank you SusyQ for sharing your home with us!!

A stunning and spacious apartment with amazing views, All I can say is "WOW."... You’ve definitely delivered on your promise . Everything was absolutely perfect ! Location couldn't be better ! No noise from outside except the ocean waves. The doorman are extremely nice and helpful. I woudn't look for any other place ; this place worked out great for us. The property even looks better than the photos show. I only wish I had more days to stay, I totally recomend this place.

My family and I had a great time staying at Susy's. The place was located in a peaceful and upscale neighborhood. Everything was perfect, it was what we would expect. Clean and large rooms. Modern decor. Good wi-fi with many international channels. The penthouse was very comfortable and relaxing, listening to the ocean was very therapeutic . The building staff gave good service and they made us feel like we were home away from home. The property is close to the center of Miraflores, and is easy to walk around and do some local shopping or just eat at one of many closeby restaurants. The terrace was very large and the view (ocean and city) was spectacular. You can eat and watch the ocean and listen to the crashing waves. The reception staff is friendly and check in was easy . My penthouse key was there at the front desk ready for me. We had a great time in Lima, Peru with SusyQ. She was a wonderful host and her recommendations for things to do and places to eat were very helpful. The location was great as well, really close to the ocean boardwalk as well as the central downtown area of Miraflores. We would definitely stay here again next time. 100% recommended.

We stayed in this penthouse for a week. It was very clean and comfortable and we appreciated the internet service and American TV for our family . The apartment is located right in the middle of everything, we could walk to restaurant. The location is great for shopping in the large mall . It is also located near a grocery store. We feel safe walking in the evening without concern. There is a beautiful walking path along the ocean front that has gardens and recreational facilities; it is a 15 minute coastal walk which leads to the downtown center. The owner was a very gracious host and helped whenever we had questions.We would stay at this location again in the future without hesitation. Thanks Susie Q.

It is my second time that I am staying at this penthouse. It didn't feel like a rental at all - it felt like we were at home. This is a very comfortable place, clean, large, nice, more than we expected, with all the comforts needed, and with an excellent ocean view!!! there is a guard 24 hrs to open the door for you and it was also ideally located for all our activities in Miraflores. Close to the ocean and also a safe neighborhood for visitors. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The penthouse is located close to the downtown, where you can find a high variety of services restaurants, and good entertainment. We love this place and can't wait to return in the future. A great retreat! It was a quick trip to see my doctor. On the next trip I will stay longer. highly recommend this wonderful penthouse to anyone visiting - Miraflores.. Thanks! SusyQ

I am back again for the 2nd time in 3yrs it was nice to see the ocean view again the staff was warm and friendly again loved the food place was very clean the beds was soft and comfortable to sleep on I will recommend anyone who love to visit Peru and enjoy the beach come and stay at this place

It was beautiful and gorgeous. delightful for our stay in your penthouse SusyQ, did a great job communicating with us during the rental process. This penthouse was absolutely perfect! There were 4 of us that stayed and enjoyed every minute of it. The description is dead on. We had the most magnificent view day and night. The sunsets were amazing. We took full advantage of the kayaking and sailing as well as the biking. It is located close enough to (a little walk) the dowtown for us to have walked to dinner at night. There were so many wonderful restaurants from Italian, Peruvian food, Amazing food! Thai and seafood. There were a few we took a taxi to and Candy's taxi service was great. She is a wonderful lady and was always prompt. I would highly recommend this penthouse and the staff at the building were friendly, and courteous, and helpful. Looking forward to returning, hopefully sooner than later.

The penthouse was extremely clean and welcoming. It didn't feel like a rental at all - it felt like we were at home. The complementary bottle of wine was a nice surprise as well. The bathrooms were extremely clean and had Bath and Body Works toiletries. The housekeeper can by every couple days, which worked out well, since there was a washing machine and dryer in the penthouse. We thoroughly enjoyed each of our 5 days. The staff was very helpful and hospitable. The penthouse was quiet and very comfortable. We love this place and can't wait to return in the future! A great retreat! We were a group of 4 friends staying for a conference in Lima during July. The owners were very responsive during the booking time, providing valuable information and being very kind. When we arrived we were positively impressed by the views and very negatively impressed by the cleaning standard! The apartment was filthy. The kitchen, the living room carpet and the sheets on the beds looked as not having been cleaned for months. We could not even cook as we felt uncomfortable. When we complained they offer to send someone to clean and bring additional clean sheets at an extra cost. We could not believe it, as the standard we got it was far from being acceptable. I personally wrote back to the owner complaining after our return and never received an apology or an explanation. You can definetely get something better for this price or even cheaper (Other friends rented for much less another apartment and it was a 5 start standard)

My wife and I we spent an amazing week at this property . The penthouse is wonderfully appointed with all of the comforts of home. The views from the terrace were literally priceless. We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our honeymoon week. The owner was very responsive about booking and communicating information to us before and after our stay. We can not think of one negative thing to say about our stay. We had an absolutely wonderful time on our recent vacation to Lima, Peru. The staff at front desk lobby were all friendly and courteous Thank you to the owners for the wine. It was a very nice touch on arrival. Looking forward to returning, hopefully sooner than later. We do highly recommend this donderful penthouse to anyone visiting - Peru, Miraflores.

I stayed in the Apartment for one week with my Husband and a friend while here on business. First the positive side: Apartment was roomy and had amazing views. The building staff was friendly and helpful. The location was fine. Now for the negative side: The apartment was dirty with the walls and doors being pretty gross. We had to buy extra supplies like toilet paper,paper towela, new sponges,dish soap ect. The apartment contact Susy Q was very frustrating for me to deal with. Slow with e-mail responses and not forthcoming with needed information. After her partner told us a late checkout was o.k. Susy told us we would have to pay a fee for it. Also,we paid in advance for our taxi ride to the airport upon departure only to find once in Lima the amount charged was way above the going rate, I have rented from VRBO all over the globe and have had great experiences, this is the first location that I would NOT rent again.

The terraces are really lovely and big with lots of seating and space. Absolute Oceanfront Private Terrace Home. We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was exactly what we needed. It had a beautiful ocean view. The owners were nice and easy to make arrangements with. We would like to come back with our children and will try to stay at this property again.This is my second time, visiting this property. We loved the food in Peru! We loved the sounds of the ocean with it's crashing waves. SusyQ, was such a pleasure to work with and so accomodating that it made the vacation that much more pleasurable. We loved Staying here.

The Penthuse is located at the tourist area , the Malecon Bulivar in Miraflores and it has a very large private terrace. "I Just Loved our stay. It was very beautiful and relaxed " . We watch the ocean and the waves from every room of the unit Having a barbeque and cocktails on the deck with panoramic ocean views every night is Awesome. Everyone who stayed here was just kind, respectful, and enjoying their own vacation... We so enjoyed our stay in Peru. SusyQ, was such a pleasure to work with and so accomodating that it made the vacation that much more pleasurable. I will return.. for sure, sometime ....Thank You. .What a Truly Amazing Place..

The views were awesome ! The views from this unit were amazing, 280 degrees of ocean views. It was the best vacation we ever had ! The house was very good , everything as we expected. The big flat screen TV was nice in the morning, so everyone could watch the news. Downtown Miraflores was just 5 minutes away by taxi very easy access to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. . We rented this place from April 17,- 28, and we had a wonderful time. We will stay longer at this wonderful place next time.. I do highly recommend this penthouse to anyone visiting the Miraflores, Lima area.
