I loved our stay at Belma. I would definitely stay again. Ingrid was so welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. The bed was very comfortable especially the temperpedic pillows.

We had the top floor room with a portable AC which made our room especially comfortable but our friend’s room didn’t have an AC unit.

Charming house, welcomed by Ingrid, very nice and competent staff. Big, very comfortable room and bathroom. well decorated. Very honest price. Good breakfast.

the only thing is a bit of (classic urban) noise from the streets in the front room at night. Nothing too bad. I guess the house has back rooms so if that is a problem for you maybe just ask for this?

Great room, superb location just round the corner from Larcomar. Barranco is also within walking distance, as is Parque Kennedy. Great breakfast selection! Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. All was very clean, plenty of storage space in room for luggage and clothes. I appreciated the nice desk space as I was on a work trip. Nice and quiet b and b and the street in general seems quite peaceful. Some guests were a bit noisy and obnoxious outside on Saturday night while awaiting taxi but that's not the b & b's fault. Other than that specific 20-30 mins, I found the street quiet and calm-just what I was after! It's nice that the teas get left out in the breakfast area throughout the day. Guests can help themselves. I really liked that. Ingrid has impeccable customer service and the rest of the team were also friendly and welcoming. Thanks to all! I'd love to come back. :)

There wasn't anything I didn't like but I do think the following tweaks would make the b and b even better! -a bottle of water in room on arrival would've been great. I was expecting this and was a bit surprised not to get a bottle of water or at least access to a filtered water machine (perhaps with cups for guests just arriving from airport without a bottle). -nicer hand soap in bathroom, perhaps some locally made soap? -some nice bottles of shampoo/shower gel or a nice soap or shampoo bar. . Personally, I wouldn't mind paying a little extra for these things. I also wasn't expecting my towels to get replaced on the 2nd morning. It was nice, but not absolutely necessary. It's worth keeping the daily room cleans/towel replacement. But for sustainability, would it be worth letting guests know they can opt out of fresh towels and/or room cleaning if they don't think they need it?

Great location in Miraflores - close to great walk/runs/parks along cliff top, lots of restaurants, shopping and safe to walk around Staff are great Ingrid gave us fabulous advice about where to go, how to get there and a great restaurant in Barranco. Travel to and from airport was seamless with the advice they gave us . Breakfast was good too. It’s homely,clean and worked well for us.

Finally I stayed one week there, and I feel so great, I loved Lima because of this hotel! They were so friendly to me , best breakfast and room. everything is perfect! Especially the last night, I felt I don’t wanna leave. I hope some day I can come back.

Check-in was very easy and they were nice enough to give us a sack breakfast since we had to leave early in the morning for our flight home. The neighborhood is great. It's a very charming property. They gave us a voucher for a drink at a nearby coffee shop/bar. Great shower!

The lighting in the room could be a bit better. The ceiling fan was quite loud at night so we turned it off. The room got a bit warm but the bed was very comfortable.

Location! A couple of blocks away from Larcomar and a lovely walk to Parque Kennedy. Plenty of restaurant and bar options nearby. If I were in Lima again, I would definitely stay here. The showers were nice and hot, breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful!

The shower space was a little cramped and the bathroom was a little small. No full-length mirror in our room.

The place was wonderful. The room was spacious and had a great bed. Really nice bathroom and excellent breakfast. The people were fantastic.

Overpriced place, very noisy, impossible to sleep. About 12 am cleaning Staff waku you up starting clearing the next room, we asked for quiet room and we get the room with window on the Tiny patio next to the kitchen. Next day they serve the breakfast at 6 am. So much noise and after asking for quiet they said Nada. You can hear noise from the street. Also we did not like that hotel manipulate the price. After the booking became non refundable the price decrease around 15%. So be becarefull when you make the booking and check what they do with the price for your dates.

Staff (gentleman) very helpful and knowledgeable, location is excellent, could use some updating.

Very nice and helpful Host. Breakfast was good (fresh juice + fruit salad+ avocado+ bread+ either pancake or eggs). Huge and comfortable bed. Aircon and fan and mini fridge in the room.

The coffee could be better but there is a coffee place called Puku 2 blocks away with amazing coffee. Our room was near the kitchen and in the mornings it was loud.

Very comfortable, great location, and waking up for breakfast there with Patricia was lovely! I would stay here for a month if the dates were available.

Minor con: the courtyard could be more spacious and not near other rooms
