We didn’t leave the house very much. The outdoor kitchen area is amazing! The fishing is good off the dock, there’s a friendly family of manatees that come around, crabs, lobsters etc. My husband caught a string ray…he had a fight to get him in.

This was a family trip, with grandparents, parents, and two teenagers. The house was perfect for us. It had everything we needed. We rented a boat and loved spending time on the water and relaxing on the dock. The teens especially liked the paddle boards. The house is nicely furnished and ideally located.

Great house, grounds & dock for us 3 guys and our rented boat. The pictures are good but it is even nicer than that. Very handy location too. Private but everything within 5 minutes. We had a little problem with the A/C and Grant did everything humanly possible to make it right.

This was our 2nd time staying at the property and we are planning on coming back again next year. The property is perfect for families with kids as you can swim and snorkel right off the back yard.

Our family of 4 couldn't have been more satisfied. There was room for at least 4 more people, 40 if you wanted to host a party. The house is better than the description. The appliances are new, countertops are granite, showers are amazing, A/C works very well (smart thermostat) and the home is fully stocked with brand name everything from toilet paper to laundry detergent to spices. There is a charcoal grill and a 3 burner Weber gas grill. When we arrived there was a partial tank of propane and an empty one. We grilled several times and there was still propane in the original tank. We replaced the empty one so the next group to enjoy this property wouldn't have to worry about propane. The owners have placed rocks and large diameter PVC under the end of the dock which provides a great place for lobsters, crabs, and fish to live. A night light provides a true aquarium experience. Even during the day while snorkeling there is an abundance of marine life to see. There are 2 sups and an inflatable kayak and several fishing poles available. The outdoor lighting at night is awesome and the sunset views from the dock are picture perfect. A crew of 3 came thru Monday morning to blow the leaves off the astro turf and rake the beach area. The neighborhood is quiet and the walkers we encountered were friendly. This is truely a wonderful place to stay while exploring the Keys. Thank you Grant!

This is a great property for a family with older children, or two or three couples. Really nice property with private beach. The dock is a fun place to hang out but the outdoor bar area is even better with shade from the sun and it has a large screen tv with a fridge for all your beverages. AC works great and the kitchen was well stocked. Outdoor grill worked great. When we got there the beach had a lot of sea vegetation washed up and the owner had someone clean it up and bring extra beach towels right away. Also two SUP boards that we used. We would stay there again!

Stayed here a year ago and loved it so much we came back again this year. There were substantial improvements made to the property which made it even better, especially with the outdoor kitchen, bar, tv. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to everything you need. We rented a boat this time and loved the floating dock which we were able to tie up to for the week. Great snorkeling, fishing, and paddleboarding location. You won't be disappointed in this property. Thank you Grant!

This property is amazing. My family and I enjoyed our week vacation here. We snorkeled around the dock, fished, and cooked out every day. We will definitely be back.

This is a lovely property, which is well equipped and located in a very nice area. The fishing was very good and the house has a canoe and paddle boards. Great for swimming and sunsets. There is a good beach nearby at Founders Park, and many good restaurants. The owner, Grant, was very helpful and answered any questions. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay in December 2021, The whole family came for Christmas to New Years. Beautiful Home, completely furnished and with a very well equipped kitchen. The dock for my boat was perfect and the outdoor living space was outstanding. Viewed a great sunset from the dock each evening. This property did not disappoint and we cannot wait to come back.

We had a wonderful time in Islamorada! This house is exactly like the pictures. We loved being on the bay. We were able to park our boat at the dock, and swim, fish, and snorkel. We would definitely rent here again.

This was our first stay in the Florida Keys and it was wonderful! The house is very clean and comfortable and the sunsets are amazing. The bathrooms are beautiful especially the master bath that has a wonderful view over the water. the in law suite downstairs is spacious and has a great deal of privacy. The dock is brand new and we spent a lot of time on it. The tiki area looked lovely too although we didn't spend time there due to the hot weather. Our girls love snorkeling and they were absolutely thrilled to discover so much marine life around the dock every day. The visibility is somewhat limited being so close to shore but we saw many nurse sharks, sting ray, lobsters, barracuda, crabs, groupers, tarpons, many reef fish, moray eel, porcupine fish, and even a manatee that swam alongside us while we were in the water! Also lots of songbirds (cardinals, blue jays, doves) and sea birds (herons, cormorants, laughing gulls, pelicans) that visited us, including a belted kingfisher that built its nest right on the dock. It was sweet to see the chicks although the parents were protective and aggressive towards us. We used the paddle boards which are in great condition but didn't use the kayak or fishing poles. It is a peaceful and residential area, and easy to get to marina to hire a boat for reef snorkeling. We went to Looe Key Reef which is a bit of a drive away but well worth it. Our first time snorkeling with goliath groupers and even a giant hammerhead, several reef sharks and what was probably a bull shark! We also snorkeled on a couple of reefs closer to Islamorada with spotted eagle rays, turtles and many other fish. The Everglades Alligator Farm was really fun to ride the airboat and watch alligator feeding/wrestling. We also enjoyed the eco tour with Captain Sterling's in Key Largo which was very informative about mangroves, Everglades and surrounding areas. We even encountered a mom manatee with her two newborn calves - very rare event in the summer especially with twins. The History of Diving Museum was very interesting and worth a visit as well as feeding tarpons at Robbie's. We didn't have time to visit John Pennekamp or Key West but will do that next time we are in the Keys. Communication with Grant was easy and check-in/checkout was straightforward. We ordered takeout and cooked while we were there but there are many restaurant options close by. Fantastic location and house!

Amazing location on the bay, with brand new dock with electric and water hookup. Beautiful house with amazing sunset views with easy access to ocean side via Snake Creek or Tavernier Creek. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood with everything close buy.

Stayed here with family for a week and enjoyed every second of it. Great location to central to many local attractions. The property itself is amazing with all it offers. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Beautiful sunsets and multiple places to have fun and relax. We plan to stay again!!!

We have rented this waterfront property at least three or four times. It's location on the calmer gulf side, but with easy access by boat to scuba diving and snorkeling on the ocean side makes this property fantastic. Beautiful sunset views from the dock! Great for families.

Spacious home that also included an apartment that could be accessed outside. We had our own cove, dock and underwater aquarium. We will be back!

We had an extraordinary week at the property. Caught fish every minute at the end of the dock, saw incredible sea life right from the beach, and watched beautiful sunsets every night! Beautiful property with great amenities-great remodeled bathroom and a margarita maker ready for your use! Absolutely nothing negative to say. Hope to return here soon!

Great place to spend a week in Islamadora! The place is in the middle of a remodel and the grounds are well updated. Master bedroom and bath are big and luxurious. The upper deck and Florida room are great places for sunset views and dinners. Kitchen is small and dated but everything works and is well equipped. The place comes with a pet manatee regularly seen from the dock. I recommend for family’s especially who wants to kayak a lot or want to rent a boat for a week Will definitely stay again

Grant was very responsive with any question I had. His property was very clean and our stay was enjoyable. Great dock you can fish from and a nice little beach area for the kids to play.

Recently renovated exterior with new pier. Very clean. Home a little outdated but no issues. Great neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again and recommend

This is a great spot for a family vacation. The property is very clean and setup well for fishing, boating and water sports. The owner is kind and accommodating. I highly recommend.

The property is centrally located to restaurants, marinas and grocery stores. Spacious home for two couples/ both have privacy with separate master downstairs. Great outshoot space with plenty of seating areas. Would definitely revisit. Husbands wish list would be cover on the dock..
