My friends and I loved this place!!! Everything was great!

Room was not clean, my wife and i had to clean. Washed bed linens, towels: the smelled like womens perfume. Get a shower and bath at same time as tub drains slow. Couch ripped/ broken and stained. Condo definitely need updated. Furniture is old and king bed sinks to center. Skirt at bottom of tub falling out. Light in utility doesn't work. This was my 5th stay at Gulf Crest. All other rentals were perfect. Will not rent this room again. Overall we had a great time on the beach.

The view and the balcony were awesome. The a/c and the roku didn't work when we arrived. Took several days to contact Emerald coast because their phone number wasn't working.

WE CLOROXED EVERYTHING & MOPPED FLOORS! We understand this is a rental and that we are in peak season, however, for the price which includes a substantial cleaning fee, this is unacceptable. Trash bags changed and that was the extent of “cleaning”. It is absolutely FILTHY! College party houses & furniture in better condition. ECDI notified on arrival & asked us how to make it right, which they denied & put us off w/"we will see what we can do" At that point, we were ghosted by all parties. Our emails & phone calls were left with no response or "I'll see what we can do".CRICKETS! DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO!

Had a great family vacation. Loved the location and the amenities. Pools were not crowded. Easy beach access. Lots to do within walking distance of Condo. Condo layout was great with plenty of room for everyone. It does need a little bit of repair work done (mostly cosmetic things) but otherwise it was very nice. All appliances worked perfectly and all the TV's had Roku sticks attached. Great family vacation location!

ECDI is giving Gulf Crest a bad name! We love staying at Gulf Crest but will ALWAYS rent directly from them from now on. Do not EVER use ECDI! This review is not based on a one time experience. Filthy, everything broken, had to clean and repair before we could unpack. No reimbursement for purchases made for repairs. Would not reply to us after sending multiple photos and emails. They did reply the day after we arrived but we had already cleaned and fixed most items because we could not use condo as it was. After that, as we found more issues, they never would respond to us or offer reimbursements. Examples, shower doors broken, tub surround completely kicked in and separated from walls, toilet seat broken in half, hot water turned off in bathroom, counters still had food and drink crumbs and spills, cups of leftover drinks sitting in kitchen, trash on floor, remote didn’t work, multiple light switches not working, bulbs out, couch ripped with stuffing hanging out, etc….. they did bring us a new toilet seat. Last years stay was even worse. We tried to give another chance but obviously this is how they operate. Lesson learned, NEVER again. Owners need to be made aware of this management co.

Gulf Crest was perfect. Great facilities, easy parking, very convenient. Would highly recommend!!

I was a little skeptical about this property from some reviews, but overall the place was great! I went with 7 other girls on our college spring break and it was a great location and had plenty of space for all of us! The pull out couch is broken, so I wouldn’t depend on that to sleep on and the wi-fi was a iffy for everyone the entire trip. Place was clean and check in and check out was easy. Maintenance also was very accessible in the building and easy to communicate with.

We stayed at this condo before and it was really nice and clean . This time is wasn't the cleanest but that was really on the cleaning crew . We tried to contact the manager with no response on a few issues we found with the condo . They gave us the wrong code to gwt into the gate . The pullout bed was broken and falling apart . The guest bathroom sink was clogged and wouldn't drain . We bought drain cleaner and fixed it ourselves since we could get a hold of anyone. The overall stay was good but the communication needs to be better .

We have stayed at this hotel before and it was amazing!! Not very happy with the condo we had this time. It wasn't very clean. Plates were dirty in the cabinets, I wiped up water from spilling a little from the ice maker and my towel was nasty from where the floor hadn't been cleaned, carpets looked like they needed to be clean, the walls had a lot of scuffs. It just really needed a deep cleaning and needed to be freshen up with some new paint. Just felt dirty.

We’re pretty sure the smell came from the nasty carpet and furniture. Sticky tiled floors. Visible and completely obvious black mold on cabinet above the stove/oven. Furry black vents in kitchen/living area. I called management of the unit to explain the condition of the unit and they ask if we had clean linens (we did) and offered to send housekeeping to which I refused bc we would be cleaning ourselves after paying $195 cleaning fee! Housekeeping clearly isn’t concerned! Sara is one of the contacts for this unit and she is extremely rude and unprofessional! She will talk while you are talking and WILL NOT allow you to explain. I’ve never been treated so rudely by management before!! Please consider a different unit owner. We will never use this owner again! We were sick after staying in this unit for a week. Also, the mattresses desperately need to replaced. It’s a very nice pillow top(mbr)but has permanent dips where someone has layed. We tried to flip but couldn’t bc pillow top.

We loved the location, the view was gorgeous, short drive to get to Walmart and loved that it was peaceful, not a lot of hustle and bustle. The only down side is being on the 3rd floor it’s close to the pool and you hear everything. The balcony is nice as has a beautiful view of the beach. The outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Also the inside was decent but could use new couches. The pull out couch bed is nothing but springs so no one slept on it. But there was a blow up full/queen size mattress in the closet that we used. Other than those few things the condo was nice and clean, kitchen well stocked, beds were comfortable, just a short walk to the beach, and a beautiful view of the ocean. We enjoyed our time.

Gulfcrest itself is an amazing property, however this unit needs some updating. The sofa has a big rip in the top cushion, one of the lamps is broken, the outdoor table is rusted and flaking apart, and the unit has carpet which is kind of gross in a sandy environment. It does have a very nice washer/dryer and appliances. I know other units charge a lot more than this one does, so if cosmetics aren't a concern, then this unit definitely helps if you're on a tight budget. The view is very nice!

The condo was amazing and right on the beach!! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It was clean besides it had a big brown spot on the couch. The condo had had two pools and two hot tubs that were cleaned daily.. I can't wait to go back next year!!

Place was nice. But the extra fee for checking in and needing a parking pass for a gated condo is a little too much. Couches, mattress and patio furniture need to be replaced.

The cleanliness of the room was pretty gross. There was a thick layer of dust in the vents in the kitchen as well as on the cabinets and entry door. There was also a layer of thick dust on the tv stand in the guest bedroom. There was blood or feces on the bathroom door in the guest bathroom. There was a fingernail along the baseboard in the guest room. There was also a lot of mildew in both bathrooms. The master bath where the toilet is has a strong odor of mildew as did the washer. The bunk bed area is incredibly dirty The walls have dirt and feet print on it. The A/C unit was not working for the first few days. I called and didn’t receive a call back although I was told that you did call me back when I called again the next day. I was told on that call that you would send someone over and I said I wasn’t there because we were on a boat ride. The person that I talked to was very rude and said they would just “cancel the request then.” I was there for vacation and had things planned and to be rude that I wasn’t there was highly unnecessary. It could have easily been set up for the next day. However, later in the day when we got back to the condo there was a knock on the door and it was the AC man. I had no idea he was coming. Because last I knew, the request was canceled. We enjoyed our stay at Gulf Crest, but the room needs a REALLY good cleaning. And the rudeness of employees is not needed.

We love PCB and have stayed at Gulf Crest The carpet was dirty wear shoes. The couch needs replaced. Beds were extremely comfortable. Overall good. Outdoor furniture is not good. The view was amazing like always

This location of the condo, is great! The condo workers were very friendly and everything was great except our room. This room was absolutely filthy. There was a hole in the wall in the master closet, the dryer took six times to dry a small load, the walls of the bunk beds were filthy (black marks everywhere), the couch was ripped to the point the cotton was coming out of it, it looked like there was mold/or old bed bugs on the curtains leading to the balcony, the master bathroom shower doors were coming off the hinges and it took two people to open the shower door, and we rented a carpet cleaner and the water was black by 2 areas in the carpet that were maybe a foot long...so that shows it’s not been cleaned in a very very long time. Lastly the master bathroom sink leaked so much that it soaked a towel we laid across, and it was soaked within three hours. I really hate to be a person who leaves this kind of review, I am normally someone who will eat their meal wrong if it’s given incorrectly etc. I hate to complain. I’m responding with a review so that someone else sees this, or the owners of the condo and fix these issues. Other than these issues it would be a phenomenal condo, just wished it had a little bit more care.
