Robinson's Roost, situé dans le nord-est de l’Alabama, sur le lac Guntersville, sur le chenal principal de la rivière Tennessee, est à environ 2,5 km au sud de Goosepond Colony Resort par bateau, dans la région de North Sauty, juste au nord de Mink Creek. Goosepond Marina accueille de nombreux tournois de pêche à l'achigan et est disponible pour faire le plein en bateau.

The house and boat house were excellent! Bedrooms and baths were great, big and roomy! Loved double oven and all the tv's! Owner was great to work with! A/C struggles if cooking in the house but the grills were perfect! Needs a bigger frying pan. Honestly besides the grass in the water, those are only small issues. The snacks, fruit and bathing supplies were a great surprise.

Grands, Children and Grandchildren. We greatly enjoyed this place. Beautiful view, fishing, kayaking, plenty of room to enjoy company. This place was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great for preparing meals. The beds were comfortable. Awesome place. We plan to return for a longer stay and maybe rent a boat.

Perfect spot for the Bass Fisherman and his friends. Great boat parking and plenty of beds. We will try and book here every time we come back to Guntersville.

This is our second time staying at this location. Wonderful both times. The setup of the is amazing. Room for all. We were spread out but yet still all together. With dinning room right off the sun room and living room we all could be together while doing our own thing. The massive kitchen table was the center of a mean game of dominos, 5 kings, blank slate, euchre and many other games we played while enjoying the view out the windows that surrounded us. Having the grill was a plus and loved the double ovens. This house is set up to entertain a large group. We had 10 adults with us on this last trip. Love going down to the dock and enjoy the view. Thanks for sharing your house. You feel right at home here.

This location is great for fishing and water activities during the season. We had a girls weekend in the fall and drove to Guntersville to shop and for dinner. It was a little to isolated for our purposes but would be good for a family.

Perfect setting for a girls weekend. The house met all our needs, but could use a good cleaning and some repairs.
We enjoyed paddling around the lake. Since we were all adults, we could have used more adult size kayaks. Enjoyed the deck and large dining area. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Robinson’s Roost is the perfect place for a large family gathering. Carolyn was so responsive to every question asked. The Roost accommodated all 14 us, with the sun room a great place for the children to play. The fishing off the peer and with the kayaks and canoe was amazing! Our 6 year old gradson caught a 6 lb bass!! The children swam off the boathouse peer even though it was quite grassy.
We enjoyed cooking in the well supplied kitchen. All in all a great family retreat!

Our family surprised my husband and their papa with a weekend at the lake to celebrate his 65th birthday. We had a great weekend playing games inside, fishing, kayaking, canoeing and even tried paddle boarding. We had great food the entire weekend with a crab and shrimp boil on the deck and a birthday cake inside. The house boasted beautiful views of the lake. Will definitely do this again!

This is our 2nd time to stay here. The host is so easy and helpful and the property is as advertised. Even many upgrades since our last stay. Great parking, plenty of great beds, easy walk to the dock, etc. A++++.!!!!!

We enjoyed the home. It has a beautiful and comfortable enclosed sitting area attached to the home that we enjoyed. The weather didn’t cooperate as much as we would have liked, however we still had a good time. The host was helpful and kind.

Perfect Family Retreat
We had 6 adults, 8 children under 11 and had more than enough room in this house. Being on the water with the dock and boathouse was bonus. We brought 4 kayaks and there were 6 kid kayaks and 1 adult plus a canoe. We did lots of laps around the area. We spent the 4th of July there and watched at least 6 different fireworks going off across the lake. We were able to view Goose Pond fireworks from the sunroom. The owners were always available by text and very accommodating. This was the kind of vacation where many great memories were made. Thank you!!

Wonderful, Quiet home on the lake
This lovely lakeside home is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family or friends. The layout has a great flow; there is plenty of room for everyone to dine together. Ample seating throughout. The back deck has a great view of the lake, and the children enjoyed swimming from the dock. I would highly recommend this property.

Fishing trip
House was great with fantastic views. The sun room was really nice to sit and relax. Makes it hard to want to leave to go fishing. The boathouse was great to keep your boat in and not worry about anybody bothering stuff. The owner was very nice and left us fresh fruit when we arrived. The location is very good for different fishing spots.

We had an awesome time. The home was so welcoming and well stocked.
This was my husband and I first time getting out and together with some of our family members in a very long time due to his health condition. The home provided us with more than enough space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company. Enjoyed the dock although we didn’t catch any nice size fish.😀 If the property had one more bathroom it would have been excellent.. Our host was so welcoming and nice. Thanks for everything.! We will be back!

Little piece of heaven
We had a wonderful weekend with friends on the lake! The house is spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved swimming in the beautiful lake.

The Lakeview is excellent. The yard and view from the lake are very pretty. The boathouse was a tight fit for our Moomba. The porch swing in the dock was lots of fun. Our group had lots of room inside. Plenty of beds so no air mattresses. Navigating the lake was trying due to the very prevalent aquatic vegetation.

Amazing lake house, with sunset views. Stayed 5 days and found some amazingHiking within a 45 minute drive. It was onlyMy wife and I, but I could see this house accomodating large groups. If you come to fish, fish off the dock or bring your boat.Definitely one of the best Vrbo stays we have had.
