Had to call a number a wait for someone to get there in order to check in. The box spring on the bed was broken so sleep was terrible. They didn't even bother to check the toilet paper and i had to buy more because there was less than half a roll. The towels and washcloths were old and stained. One was still dirty because when we first wet it and rung it out the was water was dark! The tub still had someones hair in it. The heat didnt work properly. Everything had a layer of dirt on it making it obvious that all the "cleaning" person did was make the bed and restock the soap and coffee.

The property looked bad from the street but was actually very nice. The check in person was super sweet. The door to my room was a bit sticky but overall I can’t complain

It was bad but we tried to make the best of it. But just NO! Dirty stained sheets, blankets and towels. You will get 1 tiny dirty towel and if you want extra there will be a charge. Half roll of TP is also all we got for 4 people. 1 lady caring for screaming children is all that available for everything. Checking in, cleaning rooms, washing towels, etc. so you will wait forever to get anything done and she is RUDE! BAD HORRIBLE TERRIBLE

The property was incredibly filthy. The room shown to me along with other rooms I view from outside window all was dirty and smelled. Bathroom towels was dirty (black) linens was filthy smells in room refrigerator dirty old TV floors dirty sink dirty everything doors etc. Property needs professional cleaning and repairs also hospitality people need to come expect property. The young receptionist and the young woman at the desk was the brightest addition to the property and they were nice and professional

Checked in, outside because they won’t allow anyone in the lobby. Proceeded to the room and found the linens on the bed soiled. Called, was told to call someone else, called them and was told I’m out of luck. Went to front desk, was sent to another property where I was told I’d have to pay again. Was promised a refund, never happened! Stay away - this is a disgusting place!

Electricity available for charging boat batteries. Had no problems but did worry a bit about safety. Great rate it worked out perfectly for us with absolutely no issues

Dirty rooms funny smells loud guests terrible wifi

Front desk couldnt find my reservation and after 40 minutes i was finally allowed to check in. Room had several bugs, towels were dirty and the tub was missing the water spout. Also took 30+ minutes to check out because no one would come to the front desk, when they finally sent someone it was a child. Will not be staying again.

It was work-related for my husband and it was convenient to where he needed to go for training. We knew nothing about the area and booked online. You could tell that it was once a very nice motel had probably been downgraded and endorsement by whatever chain previously owned it. It was privately owned and you could not go into the lobby you had to use the night window during the day. There was a very polite Young Indian lady behind the glass. I noticed though later that she didn't stay in there and that she would leave periodically to go pick up children or run errands and a lot of times I would spot her out by her car in front of the window always on her cell phone. We actually had the second day have a person that wanted to check in and ask where is the front desk person and I flat out told them while she kind of tends to come and go. The linens were clean but the pillows were flat as a pancake and we only got two. There was some rust on the bathroom drain and I could see a couple of corners where there was definitely some fuzz. The carpet which was almost like indoor-outdoor did not look like something you really wanted to walk around on barefooted. There were not many people there. Had I known how slow the motel was I would not have booked for three nights because we found out on the evening have our first night that we didn't need to be there a third night and after a little bit of messing around with hotels.com and the owner we at least got $40 back.

Was treated unfairly and very rudely after being ate up by bedbugs in the room only 3 hours into the stay. Both me and my boyfriend were covered head to toe while we were asleep and when we woke up and looked in the bed i found them so big and crawling all over the bed even the pillows. Put us in a new room then proceeded to make us leave for no reason and didnt even get a refund. Always nasty never clean and its supposed to be one of the nicest on its part of town. I recommend Budget Inn right down the road. Friendly, clean, multiple options for rooms and even smart tvs. Clean!!!!

Decent motel. Was clean and comfortable. Lobby was closed so I had to check in through the night window. Had daily housekeeping. Would stay here again.

It was horrible. He tried to say we didn’t pay even though we showed him bank statements as well as gave him to confirmation number. Kicked us out and still kept my money. Needs to be taken off the site.

We have stayed here a couple times last week and no problems. Yeah it’s not the best hotel in the world, but what can you expect for such a cheap price. Well, last night at check in the guy up front was really rude. Asking who’s staying in the room. My cousin and I told him it was just us 2. He was just rude and mean about the whole ordeal. Then he came back to the window and said “y’all know check out is 10:30 right?” in just the meanest manner ever. The room isn’t too bad, but it’s a smoking room and no ashtrays and it’s not the king bed that I booked. It’s not even a Queen.

The inn keeper took a bag from our room and threw it and the contents in the dumpster behind the hotel. I was able to recover some mail and old credit cards. My car title was among the contents taken and only the envelope which it was kept in was found. Total estimated value of missing property and or damaged beyond repair is $5000. When I asked for a sink to wash my hands and arms after digging through a dumpster, the owner directed me to a hose bib on the side of the hotel.He asked if I had found all of my property and when I told him of the condition in which the few items I did find his response was "damn". I stayed a total of 5 days for a total cost of $569. Although reasonably priced, I won't be staying at Travelers again.

Very clean room for the apparent age of the building. Good job by management and contractors of repairing and upgrading features of the room while maintaining aesthetics.

The room was not as clean as expected especialy with covid 19...the floor had lil peices of paper n dirt ...the night stand drawer had a butter knife...and some parts that look like went to a vape or somthing. The fridge was small and old....the sign out side said new remodeled rooms..but they didnt look like they were...

When we got there and the owner tried to change us a extra $210 besides what we had already paid here on which was just $41 a night to which it wasnt even worth that.

It was terrible service we showed up in the vendor refused to honor the contract with hotels.com so we had to find another room somewhere else and I've never had this problem with travelers usually they're really good especially this one apparently he didn't realize who I was

No hot water, bed sheets stained.. Crack heads in the parking lot..

I had trouble checking in. A young girl came to the window when I rang the bell, then I waited for a gentleman who was working. The man found my reservation then asked me how I was paying. I had to load my receipt to prove I had paid. The room was very stained and unclean. There was razor stubble around the sink, a large stain on the pillow and stains on the lampshades and carpet. There was hot water for maybe 3 minutes, then cold. The toilet flushed maybe 30% of the time.

Ease of access to road and near by areas. Bought food from Tokyo Japan. Close to this place

I normally don’t mind staying at a “dive” motel. Most look old, but are clean. This was the filthiest motel I’ve ever seen. Hair in the sink, filthy carpet and stains on the bad... just to make a few. I’ve never done a review, but this was so awful!!!
