Love the property and the location. Have stayed there several times. Great view from the lanai and the swimming pool is a wonderful place to relax and meet people from different states. Within walking distance to the beautiful Vanderbilt beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping.

Love the condo. It's in a perfect location - within walking distance to the beach, and a short drive to the grocery store and restaurants. From the Lanai you can see dolphins, boaters, & kayakers going by. So peaceful and relaxing. Will definitely return.

This has been a wonderful time. The apartment is very relaxing, peaceful and situated on the other side of the street to the beach. The owner has always been very professional and polite with all my questions and concerns.

Great vacation spit
This was a great place to spend a week with family on vacation. It is a short walk to the beach and within driving distance to any store or restaurant that you want to enjoy. The only downfall was that the pool was broken all week, but of course the beach is close.

Perfect getaway
Beautiful condo with all the amenities in an ideal location & within walking distance to the beach. Lovely views from the screened in lanai. Was able to watch boats heading out to the gulf and dolphins swimming about. Pool availability was a plus as well.

Nice spacious penthouse condo with amazing balcony view. Place had all needed for short vacation, comfy bed, and beach chair. Location could not be better, right next to amazing beach park.

Quiet and peaceful stay
This property is located within walking distance to the North end of Vanderbilt beach. It was very convenient, since the property has an abundance of parking spaces and we walked to the beach. We lived the views, the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere , the cleanliness of the condo,, and also the prompt response from the owner to any of our questions. Lively place, close to everything, but away from the noise . Spectacular and relaxing stay ! Recommend this condo to anyone who wants to spend time at the beach and at the same time, enjoy superb accommodation with all the amenities included .

Amazing location
This vacation spot in perfect seconds to the beach, food, and shops. We spent every morning with a cup of coffee and 3 dolphins that came to visit every morning in the bay. Super clean and the pool was great. Highly recommend!!

Clean, comfortable, & relaxing
Our family two adults and two teens enjoyed our stay at this condo it was pictured as shown, very clean, well-appointed and had everything we needed for the beach which is only a few minutes walk away to gorgeous Vanderbilt Beach, Dustin was great to work with and had good communication. We saw dolphins every day in the marina waterway. The W/D in the condo itself were a great to have and worked well. The public bathrooms available at Vanderbilt Beach were very clean at all times. We are ready to come back!

What a great place to have a rest and relaxation vacation!
This condo is located in a quiet and peaceful community and is located in a very secure building with plenty of parking. It rained almost every day we were there, but we did not care, since we had a marvelous time sitting on the screened balcony enjoying the awesome views! The unit was clean, well-stocked, and was beautifully furnished with very comfortable furniture.
It is very close to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, which has a wide white sandy swimming beach, and it was easy to get to downtown Naples and Bonita Springs. I would not hesitate to book this unit again. We have a lovely time!

Very comfortable and relaxing.
We stayed for a week and wish it had been longer. We loved the view of the marina and waterway. Relaxing on the lanai and the short walk to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach was our favorite thing. The condo was sparkling clean and the king bed very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We look forward to a return in the future. Thank You.

Lovely view from a spacious condo, short walk to great beach
This top-floor condo was just what I hoped for! It's a short walk to Delnor-Wiggins State Park, one of the best beaches in Naples. We so enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the view. The condo is comfortable and relaxing and the host was very responsive! I highly recommend this rental!

This was the perfect place to stay! Very neat, clean and nicely decorated! Everything we needed was at the condo! Loved the location! Walked to the beach everyday! Beautiful condo and location was very good
Original instructions took us to the wrong unit which was not ready. Communicated with the owner and he apologized and got us to the correct unit in a neighboring building. We lost about an hour in the process as we had unloaded our car and gotten to the first unit and had to reverse and reload the car in the rain.

We loved our stay! Would rent the same Condo again!
We travelled with family to Naples for a wedding at the LaPlaya! This beautiful condo is in a perfect spot for vacationers. Its quiet, has amazing views and facilities (Swimming pool and Hot tub) to offer. A quick walk to the Vanderbilt Beach area and a short drive to shopping, and restaurants. Would rent this spot again, through the VRBO. Thanks again to the owner.

Wonderful September stay
We were so impressed when we opened the door to this lovely penthouse condo. The unit is in pristine condition, modern and beautifully appointed. The large lanai, accessible from both the master bedroom and main living area, has breathtaking views of the marina and canal. Even though the days were hot, an overhead fan allowed us to enjoy the lanai at all times of day and evening. We were steps away from Delanor Wiggins beach and the unit is stocked with all of the beach accessories you'll ever want. The pool was great, as well. The owner was friendly and very easy to work with. We'll recommend this unit to our friends and we'll definitely rent again for our 2019 trip to Naples. Thank you, Dustin.

Great place to stay for a vacation. We had a great time! The pool was awesome, the condo very clean and spacious, slept 6 with ease. Was great that beach chairs and flotation devices were supplied. Even though red tide was present, we found plenty of other activities to keep us busy. Thanks CW

Outstanding Location and Quality ... a Stone's throw from the Beach!
We are a party of six and were somewhat anxious about our accommodations until we arrived. Whew! What a relief!! The condo was more than we expected. It was wonderful being so close to the beach. The back lanai had beautiful views of the harbor where we saw manatees, other local wildlife and marine traffic. The 3 bedroom set-up was perfect for our family. The full kitchen with granite countertops & breakfast nook was perfect.
I would definitely recommend this condo to anybody needing a break. It's perfect!!

Fabulous!!
The apartment is so close to the great Vanderbilt Beach, a short walk. It's loaded with all of the beach accessories you will need - cart, chairs, umbrellas, kids toys for all ages, tons of towels. Very clean apartment and nice finishes. Gorgeous balcony overlooking the water. Owner is extremely responsive and friendly.

For those that may be looking at this unit on VRBO I have been coming to Naples for over 35 years and I have stayed with Mr Rhoads here at this unit for years. It's only a football field to beach if that, the morning coffee on the 6 floor lanai looking at the intercoastal waters is some of my favorite time. Location is close to everything and I mean everything!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here. The property exceeded our expectations.
We are familiar with the area as we have been vacationing here for the last few winters. This condominium was one of the nicest places.
The location is ideal with a 2 minute walk to the beach and convenient to many good restaurants. The layout and amenities of the condo are ideal. We spent a great deal of time on the spacious screened lanai due to the wonderful view. There was comfortable seating for 6 people to dine on the lanai and a seating area outside the master bedroom.
The property was clean and well-maintained. The owner provided superior customer service. I would highly recommend this property to friends or relatives.

Perfect condo
Quiet, clean, and pristine condo. This beautiful and spacious condo offers a large screened-in porch with breathtaking views of the marina and canal from both the master bedroom and the living room.
The upscale location of Vanderbilt beach is convenient to all whilst still being only a few steps away from the Gulf beach and Delanor Wiggens park.
Modern decor, beautiful kitchen appliances, and full washer dryer, tons of towels, sheets etc, plus excellent wifi, this condo is a dream come true.
The owner is very responsive, and I can't thank him enough for the opportunity to share this penthouse unit for those of us who can't stay for extended periods of time.
We already booked a return trip for 2017.
