The condo fit our needs extremely well. Clean, lots of room and close to everything we needed to be close to

Property was as described and excellent. Communication with the host was great and directions were simple. Cozy and spacious interior space with nice patios upstairs and downstairs. Just a few steps from beautiful beaches. Neighborhood is friendly and safe and in great proximity to many attractions on the northeast side of the island. Cheers!

Perfect place

This property is not new or fancy but it is very comfortable and spacious and the owners provided everything needed for 2 couples. It would also be great for families. The beach right by the condo is nice for walking but too rough for swimming. Luquillo beach is only a 3 minute drive or 15 minute walk away and has protected parking, good food and beverages, and bathrooms. It was not overly crowded during the week but I imagine that the weekend might be busier.

The house is well situated for enjoying the beach. We appreciated the hose on the front porch for washing the sand off our feet. Plenty of room to relax, two outdoor spaces to hang out it. The nightlife of Luquillo is nearby and El Junque is just a short drive away.

This was better than advertised. Recommend 100% if it had hot water it would definitely make this the perfect place.

Very clean condo with a great beach!! The Luquillo Beach is also nearby with all the shopping and restaurants in the kiosks. Would certainly stay again!!

The apartment is very clean and spacious. The owner reply to you quick if you have any question. Also, is in a great location near the beach, el Yunque rainforest, carabali aventure park, the kiosks for great food and other good places. I’m definitely stay here when I come back to PR. Thank you so much Tea & Wilfredo for this beautiful and comfortable apartment.

The property was just right for our stay close to everything that I have planned the property owner was always easy to get a hold of him very accommodating plenty of towels and linens would definitely stay again went in the area

The night we arrived several beds didn’t have blankets and all the provided towels were wet. There was no toilet paper in the bathrooms and no hand soap. That night we slept with the wet beach towels as blankets and had to make a late night run to the store for soap and TP. We contacted the host and they quickly gave us a partial refund, which we appreciated. They sent the house cleaner over with more blankets, but we were still left to provide our own TP, hand soap, and dish soap. Overall the house leaves a lot to be desired- it’s dirty and unorganized, it houses up to 8 but only has 3 bowls for people to use, and only part of the house has AC units that work. As was listed in a previous review, the second bedroom with the bunk doesn’t have a working AC unit so everyone that was supposed to sleep there ended up sleeping on the floor downstairs where the AC worked. The owners haven’t taken care of the problem like they said they would in response to the previous review. The bathrooms, especially the toilets and the showers, were dirty and had hair and pee stains on arrival. They look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. The master bedroom doesn’t have a TV as described. The fridge and freezer are covered in rust and also don’t appear as though they've been cleaned in months. The cupboards are covered in dirt and dust, and some of the closet doors don’t work. Lots of junk everywhere. The beach across the street is NOT as pictured. It’s very dirty, covered in kelp, broken bottles, and weeds. We chose to drive to San Juan beaches multiple times because it was so dirty. It could be a great place if it was fixed up and cleaned, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The space had not been cleaned when we got there. Lots of dirty dishes put back in cabinets, the sheets weren’t clean, bedspreads weren’t clean, and the AC didn’t work in one of the rooms so we had to sleep on the couch... which was broken. Location is good and the check in was easy enough, I wouldn’t stay again.

This place is very comfortable. The neighborhood is very quiet. Close to stores. Its better than how it looks in pictures. I will recommend it to others and ell definitely rent it again

We really enjoyed how close the condo is to the local beaches and really had a great stay. We wish the kitchen had a bit more amenities and maybe the condo on general could have a few more towels and linens... but all in all, for the price it was worth it. Hopefully we will get to stay again soon.

Location was a bit hard to find, but that was my fault for arriving at night, other than that and a bit low on toilet paper when we arrived. The place was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and close to shopping and the beach.

The beach views were amazing the people and neighbors are very friendly. Property manager very respondent and reliable.. loved the place absolutely beautiful. Will recommend and will stay again.

I was disappointed and a little annoyed to wake up with animal hair on me from sleeping in the bed.

The property needs an update of all the structure. Paint, cracks, cabinets, doors and floors. The A/C located on the living room was damage for 6 days but never repair. The property manager at first was very polite and supportive but after, do a poor work in order to stay in touch with us. He don't answer the phone few times and text massages was send and also in some occasions never answered. Rooms are fine and also the A/C,s. Both bathrooms was fine. The one in the second floor, the bathtub floor was painted and start peeling with use. Bedrooms mattress, pillows and clothing are good. I suggest to hire a reliable handyman to take care of unexpected repairs.

We stayed in Luquillo for two weeks in June. The property is a very short walk (1/2 block) to our favorite beach in Luquillo. My daughter nicknamed Playa Azul "Soft Sand Coconut Beach", which describes it perfectly. The location can't be beat. The air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room were very effective for keeping the place cool and comfortable. The washer and dryer were full-size and very nice to have in the unit. The condo is spacious and well appointed. The sofa bed downstairs is surprisingly comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. We experienced a broken pipe on the front porch while we were there. It was a Sunday afternoon and we couldn't reach the property manager, but since water was running down the street, we called the owners. They quickly got us in touch with the property manager, who came out and temporarily plugged the pipe. We were there another week and they never made it out to do a proper repair and make the hose usable again. There were other little maintenance issues - the refrigerator or freezer leaks periodically, so we would frequently find a puddle of water on the floor in the kitchen, the lint screen on the dryer is coming apart and needs to be replaced, the accordion door for the utility closet kept falling off, etc. These things didn't bother me because I knew that we were getting a great deal on a place to stay in Puerto Rico and I realize that if every little thing were perfect, the owners would need to charge quite a bit more for the property. The only real negative about the property was the extremely low water pressure. You really can't take two showers at the same time, or shower and laundry, or laundry and dishes. It got a little frustrating with 8 of us in the unit, going to the beach everyday. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a fantastic trip and would stay here again. The townhouse is simple, clean, with all the amenities you need. WiFi was pretty weak, but otherwise we were very happy! The owners are extremely responsive and helpful. You are literally steps away from the beach with this unit.

In general was a wonderful experience. Comfortable has everything you will need.the negative side was the roaches the house has a lot of big like big roaches especially in the downstairs we didnt use the kitchen at all and no one want to sleep downstairs very inconvenience the reason we rent a house was to save money cooking at least breakfast but we cant even use it i am petrified to them. Besides that very convenient located the 2 bathroom was fantastic .love the place just wish we didnt have the encounter with those creature . great house .my family are pleased.

This condo looks smaller in pictures than what it is in person. It was big enough to accommodate my family of seven without having that "crammed-up" feeling. The beach is a few feet away from this condo and was easy to access to. The condo have boogie, surf boards, and beach chairs there for us to enjoy (we added some sand toys for the kiddies to play with and disposable coolers for the next guest to enjoy). Although Puerto Rico was extremely hot, the condo was very cool and AC units worked Great!! This condo is NOT in a gated community but we felt safe the entire time, the Condo has gates protecting the porch and once locked in, nobody is coming in and or out, so this allowed some play time for my small kids on the porch :) Tía and Wilfredo (owners) were very responsive to all of my questions and tried to meet all of my needs immediately. A few minor areas of concern: 1. TV stand in the living room has a missing wheel on it so therefore, stand is tiltled and can be dangerous for small children to be near. 2. We tried to turn on the TV in living room a few times and couldn't figure it out (I'm sure that if I would've contacted owners they would've resolved this but we didn't want to bother them). 3. Water pressure is really low in this property so take baths one at a time. 4. Bathroom shower head on second floor did not work 5. Water bugs were or the size of golf balls in the utility closet! it looks like they are hibernating in there due to the humidity. Other than these very minor items of concern above, I want to say that my family and I had an amazing time and a memorable vacation! We will rent again!

This home was beautiful for me and my family. It was a nice size the beach was right down the block there was a bar on the corner of the block where we bought breakfast from. Very affordable! A car is recommended to get to different beaches and areas on the island. We just wish that their was dishwashing liquid , a sponge for dishes , paper towel, toilet paper , detergent for clothes, garbage bags and a dustpan... we bought it and left it in the house for the next person. Overall our stay was great we loved every minute of it. Thank you so much. We look forward to staying here again!

The condo was nice and clean. We were disappointed that there were no paper towels, dish soap or laundry soap. Other vrbos have those supplies.

We had a wonderful time in the Luquillo townhouse. Perfect for us since we wanted to spend a lot of time at the beach which is only 30 seconds away from the front door! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I stayed in Vilamar B7 for one fabulous month, sharing two weeks with my sister and two weeks with my husband. We all had a terrific time. I was trying to save money so many meals were made at home in the fully equipped kitchen. The large screen TV in the family room was great at nite and the smaller one in the master bedroom lulled us to sleep. I particularly enjoyed the reading corner and front living room while others were watching TV. Also the upstairs balcony was great for star gazing. The neighbors were friendly, too. We hope to return next year.
