Eliza is a perfect cottage in a great location.

We spent two nights at Eliza Cottage while visiting our granddaughter who was working there for the summer. It is just a perfect little cottage, convenient to shopping and restaurants and everything needed is available. Very comfortable bed and sofa. The owner is prompt in responding to messages and helpful in every way. Would definitely stay here again!

Perhaps one of the best VRBO stays we’ve ever stayed at. The home was truly immaculate. Clean and well appointed. The perfect spot for our little family. Our son loved waking up in the morning and going across the street to the playground. We enjoyed the proximity to the town center. Communication and check in was seamless. Look forward to staying again!

Had a fabulous stay with family to celebrate a birthday. Updated appliances and lush linens. Only issue was that pull out bed was uncomfortable and needed a mattress topper. Otherwise was fantastic!

A beautiful cottage, decorated perfectly and very comfortable… great to wake up each morning in this lovely, cheery place. We did our sight-seeing and shopping each day as we were conveniently very close to town (central Nantucket)… and then enjoyed going back to our “oasis” of the Eliza cottage. Very clean, everything worked perfectly, great beds, showers and kitchen. The Eliza cottage exceeded our expectations!

Cottage is in a wonderful location, you can easily get around town to any place in town by walking. Extremely clean and well cared for. The property manger was very responsive to any questions. We would recommend to anyone. Hopefully get back there soon.

We had another wonderful stay at the Eliza cottage. This is our 3rd or 4th stay at one of Theresa's properties. All the cottages are beautifully finished and have a coastal/Nantucket vibe. This time of year the radiant floor heating was an added bonus and the mattress at the Eliza is wonderful! We love the small front yard overlooking the water and park. The Eliza cottage is in town so easily walkable to shops and restaurants. That being said, the cottage isn't as quiet as some since it is right in town. If you want quieter look at ones a few blocks outside of town. This property is as described and pictured. Looking forward to our next visit.

Couldn't think of another place we'd rather celebrate our anniversary than on ACK and at Eliza Cottage. We had a great time again. Eliza Cottage was the ideal choice for our six night stay. We booked months in advance and the entire experience culminating in our arrival the day before Nantucket felt the effects of Hurricane Lee was perfect. The location is ideal, less than a five minute walk and one is in the heart of town. Lots of windows, plenty of natural light. Very quiet. Cannot wait to return.

Eliza has been perfect for our yearly September visits to Nantucket. It has a great central location adjacent to the White Elephant and Children's Beach. Off street parking for out Jeep rental is a bonus. We will be back next year!

The cottage is perfect. Everything was clean, neat and in working order. The location is ideal so there was no need for a car unless you wanted to tour more of the far reaches of the island. The cottage is welcoming, beautiful and offers a great place to relax and enjoy Nantucket. I would definitely come back and I hope I have the opportunity to do so.
