All of us enjoyed our stay. Three cousins and spouses celebrating milestone anniversaries this year. Wonderful experience, beautiful sunsets and lots of great conversation on the lanai. Private, quiet and we would recommend this property to anyone!

Good location. Nothing walkable but the shopping center was a short 5 min drive away. The main town was 15-20 min away (not far but there was often traffic). Good launching point for activities all over the island.
The house suited our group of 6 well. (2 couples, each with a 15 year old daughter). The pool was kind of cold the week we were there so we didn’t spend a lot of time in it, but the sunsets on the lanai were great. The house overall was very clean and functional. Some of the fixtures were a little dated but had no issues with anything.

Perfect Location
The property was perfect for all our adventures on the island. And the best part was coming back and relaxing at our own pool off the lani. My kids loved playing the piano and having two of the three rooms with in suite bath rooms was perfect for the other couple traveling with us. Mix all that with amazing sunsets, WOW! We will be coming back to the Big Island and we loved the house so much, we hope to rent again.

Beautiful home and neighborhood
Our family had a wonderful time. Home was well stocked and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and sunsets. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. We got the impression from the property description that the beach and shopping area would be a bit closer so we could walk, but everything was just a short drive.

Wonderful Stay Just 3 Small Things
This was a wonderful property. Without exception every single person we encountered from the gate security to property management was amazingly friendly and quick to help. There were just 3 small things that would have made this a perfect place to stay. The beach chairs were terrible and there were no beach towels provided. We ended up at Costco buying both and having to leave the chairs. I hope the next guest gets to use them. Also, the sheets were awful. They were full of holes and were pulled and scratchy because they were a poly blend. These things marred an otherwise amazing stay.

Great house for family
I rented Serenity 10 so when our daughter, son-in-law and teenage grandchildren visited we could all be under one roof. The house is a perfect setup and the kitchen the best equipped i have ever stayed at. Our only disappointment was the pool temperature-was 70 degrees on arrival (ocean was 74!) and finally made it up to 78 degrees the last few days we were there. My second reason for renting the house was the pool, but the temperature resulted in little if any use of it. We had a wonderful time otherwise.

Hawaii is a good relaxation place. This house is well-located for convenience. It has everything you need to arrive and lay back. Good security and assistance when needed.

12 Day Family Vaca
Aloha. This home was not only nice but provided everything we could need.
The View was even more stunning in person, centrally located, making it easy to venture out for dining and activities.
We enjoyed snorkeling, parasailing, hiking, visiting the volcano and playing some of the board games our home provided.
We all had a wonderful time and am looking forward to our next stay.

Spacious and well furnished home, quiet community
We travel to the island often and have stayed in many rentals. This house was one of the better ones. The area is quiet yet, easy to access to where you'd want to go. This house itself was nearby to the gate and main entrance but, surprisingly quiet. There wasn't a house on the other side either so, pretty quiet. It was recently furnished for rental and had everything we needed except maybe a couple more kitchen towels. The pool was great to refresh during the day with good sun on the lanai. No AC but we don't like it anyway, ceiling fans and open windows worked fine in March. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful home in paradise!
The photos do not do justice to this lovely Keahou Estates home. The home is absolutely immaculate and appears newly remodeled.
The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything you will need for your visit. We have stayed in many vacation rentals over the years and this home had by far the best selection of cookware, utensils, glassware, and serving dishes of any home we have rented. Everything was top quality; the owners spared no expense in furnishing and equipping the property. The home was so clean that it sparkled.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and a third bedroom/den has access to a guest bathroom with shower. The master bedroom and bath are enormous. Our son (USMC 1st Recon Battalion 2007-2011) joined us from his job in Washington, D.C. and greatly enjoyed and appreciated the Marine Corps mementos in the den.
Because the weather was so beautiful, we spent most of our time on the lanai and around the pool. There were plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor tables as well as a gas BBQ for grilling steaks. The pool is maintained weekly and was very clean. Two small side fountains spray water from the outer rim of the pool back into the center of the pool for several hours a day. We weren’t sure if the fountains served an additional practical function, but the pool service explained that it is simply a decorative water feature. The fountains are on a timer for the first half of the day and we grew to love the sound of the running water. You can stay to one side of the pool if you don’t want to get sprayed, and the sprinkler automatically turns off in the early afternoon. The pool guy said a family with young children had rented the house the week before and the kids thought the fountains were the greatest things in the world. They loved feeling the spray of water on their heads and shoulders.
The house is directly across from the gatehouse and is on the main path as you enter and exit the subdivision. We were a bit worried whether traffic noise might be a problem, but it was not an issue. Keahou Estates is an extremely quiet, safe, and upscale neighborhood, and we barely heard any vehicle traffic. The landscaping is lush and well maintained, and the living room and lanai boast a fantastic and unimpeded view of the ocean. The house and grounds feel very private.
It is obvious that a lot of thought and love has gone into this property, and the pride of ownership is apparent.

Great Property
This property was super clean, very spacious, and well appointed. Awesome views, very nice neighborhood, and quick access down to the Keauhou shopping center for groceries and some great restaurants like Sam Choy's. Would absolutely recommend this property for anyone wanting to stay in the Kailua-Kona area. This is the first time we've stayed South of town and we really enjoyed it. Kona Coast Vacation Rentals was great to work with and super accommodating. They even went out of their way to bring over extra lounge chairs for the pool for our guests. As an owner of a larger management company I can say I was impressed with their service and would certainly rent from them again. It was easy to understand why they have such a good rating online.
