Bienvenue à Man - O - War Cay! Une île de 3 par 1/2 mile dans les terres d'Abaco aux Bahamas. Un petit bijou dans l'Atlantique.
Notre appartement moderne en duplex au deuxième et troisième étage. Niveau inférieur est un espace ouvert avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salon et salle à manger. A également une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Terrasse privée pour regarder le coucher de soleil ou simplement se détendre. Deuxième niveau a un lit queen et salle de bain avec baignoire et douche. Il est situé sur le site avec un autre appartement et une efficacité.
Dock zone disponible si vous décidez de louer un bateau ou d'avoir votre propre runabout.
Man-O-War Cay offre et histoire intéressante de l'industrie avec la construction de bateaux à l'avant-garde. Faites une promenade autour de la ville et voyez les maisons construites par les constructeurs de bateaux qui ont résisté pendant 120 ans à la tempête après la tempête. Promenez-vous dans le hangar Albury Brothers Boat Building en construisant des versions en fibre de verre de leurs fameuses coques conçues en 1954. Arrêtez-vous chez Joe's Studio et vous pourriez trouver Joe dans son atelier en train de construire un dingy traditionnel Man-O-War avec des cadres maderia sciés à la main. Marcher miles de plages de sable blanc à la recherche de verre de mer et d'autres babioles intéressantes.
Un endroit sûr pour les petits enfants, car les golfcarts sont le transport primaire, la limite de vitesse est de 15 mph. Marcher de bout en bout de l'île en 35 minutes, et avec l'île étant si étroite, vous ne pouvez pas vous perdre.
La vie nocturne est à 20 minutes en bateau à Hopetown, où vous trouverez des bars et de nombreux restaurants.
Il ya une épicerie très bien garnie sur Man-O-War, avec des boutiques de cadeaux et des locations de bateaux, de chariots, de vélos, de tuba et de matériel de plongée, de remplissage de réservoir. Deux restaurants servant une cuisine locale avec du poisson frais et de la conque sont disponibles. Il y a aussi 3 églises.

Our apartment was located on the second floor, which gave the porch a beautiful breeze and view of the surrounding palm trees! Our children loved the pool and we enjoyed having a dock nearby for our rented boat. Megan and Andrew were available to answer any questions. Thank you for a great stay on Man-O-War Cay!

We were so fortunate to find this place. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the hosts were incredible! Andrew and Megan went out of their way to help us and their family made us feel at home. We are hoping they have availability for our next stay!

Amazing hosts, fantastic property, and unbelievable beach!
I cannot express how fantastic of a time we had staying with Andrew and Megan. They are wonderful hosts that shared their relaxing Cay with us. Come for the lovely coffee shop, homemade ice cream and stay for the hospitality and incredible beaches.
The small grocery store is well provisioned, but be advised Man O War is a dry island (byob)
We stayed to wind down from a week sailing, couldn't hand chosen better. Highly recommend!!

Lovely MOW homeowners
Megan and Andrew provided an exceptionally clean condo, helped us secure our first grocery run ( no restaurants open on MOW), offered to be available to us as necessary, and these homeowners are very personable and make every attempt to be helpful to us while vacationing in one of their condos.

Megan and Andrew treated us like members of their family. They gave us a golf cart tour of the island, talked to us daily to let us know who was serving what on the island and to let us know what was good. When the wind/wave direction changed Andrew retied our rental boat to protect it from banging against the dock without us even asking him to. They also lent us whatever extra cooking supplies we needed, took us to get homemade ice cream on the golf cart, and lent us first aid supplies when one of us wasn't careful enough in Hope Town.
This wonderful family of hosts help make the perfect vacation for us!

The owner and his family could be the nicest people I have ever met. The condo was perfect and welcoming for our long weekend trip from Florida. The island was quiet and welcoming and the locals were very friendly. We definitely plan to return as much as possible. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking to get away to paradise.

This is an extremely nice and well appointed place to stay. Very convenient and sheltered dock for a center console boat. Easy walk to town. MOW is a very quiet island. Next to zero night life, but that’s why we come to the Abacos. Andrew is a great host.

Andrew was great and very accommodating! The space was beautiful and perfect for our first getaway to the Bahamas! Man-o-War Cay is a beautiful place to unplug and relax.

Must stay - has everything you’d want
The home and location are fantastic. The pool, dock, beach access and comfortable spacious home had everything we could want. Andrew and everyone on MOW were wonderful and want you to have a great visit. One example of the helpfulness; we had a long night of travel and left a piece of luggage in our taxi and needed help, Andrew and the community found it, put on the ferry and we had it within a few hours. Thank you !
We recommend this as a ‘must stay”, hope you enjoy it like we did.

The landlord was exceptionally helpful and friendly in every way..
The boat dock was in excellent condition and perfect for rxploring the area and shelter from bad weather. Accomodation was comfortable, quiet, clean and well appointed.

Clean, comfortable unit on a frankly amazing little island. Andrew is kind, respectful, and a great help. This property is an outstanding value, and I'd book here again in a heartbeat.

Will return
The only reason the unit did not rate a five star was that there was no clothes washer or dryer.
The unit was clean in excellent condition, power outages were no problem as the generator did an excellent job. Did not run out of water as I have experienced at other places on Man O War and the water was well filtered. Good dockage for my 24 foot boat with fresh water at the dock. No electric for the boat but I did not need it.
The kitchen was adequately stocked but as I like to cook I will take a few things next year. It was nice to have the manager on site even though we had no problems to need him. This was my second year of a month each year and I will return.

We loved staying in Man-O-War! Andrew's place is great, very neat, well equipped and well situated. Andrew Was a super host and I particularly appreciated that he was very helpful before and during our stay.

Served our needs very well.
We spent three nights in Andrew's efficiency apartment and it met all our needs and was very clean.. Andrew lives on site and responded quickly to all our questions, sent pictures of the property so we knew what exactly what we were booking, took care of all our requests/ needs - overall a most pleasant experience. Man 'O War is a quiet, beautiful cay and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there - the weather was against us and we were unable to do the sailing with friends as planned but enjoyed our time relaxing around the pool, taking long walks and visiting with friends. Quiet escape!
I wanted a quiet escape from the city, and that's exactly what I got. You are surrounded by beach a very short walk away. The water is perfect! But if you're traveling alone man-o-war cay can feel desolate. It's quite easy though to jump on a ferry and go to a bit more lively of an island, if that's what you want.
Andrew and his family were very welcoming. I stayed in the efficiency and it was perfect for just me. I will definitely be back!

Nice condo on Man-O-War Cay
We had a nice long week-end on Man-O-War Cay at The Coves. Andrew (our host) was very helpful - suggested a taxi service in Marsh Harbour, picked us up at the ferry on Man-O-War, helped us with the golf cart rental and more.
The island is beautiful, quiet and small, and only reachable by boat or ferry.

GREAT GREAT
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Cove on Man O Way Key. The accommodations were spotless with all essentials provided. Two bedrooms and two baths allowed for comfortable quarters. We brought most of our supplies with us such as meats, pastas, etc. and a grill was provided for us to cook out. We were picked up at the ferry by golf cart and brought to our condo. A must place to shop is Joe's a Studio and Albury Sail Shop. Residents on the island are all friendly. Golf carts only, no cars!
