Cette belle maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain à Island Park fera de vos vacances une escapade relaxante. Avec un lit king california, deux lits queen et deux lits jumeaux, la maison peut accueillir confortablement huit personnes. Les deux chambres à l'étage ont une salle de bain attenante. Un salon spacieux avec toutes les commodités, y compris une télévision LCD 55 ", wi-fi et DVD offre une retraite confortable. Chaque chambre a sa propre télévision. La maison a une grande terrasse orientée à l'est donnant sur un bel étang et une fontaine. Nous fournissons des draps pour le lit California King.

The home was just as it was listed. The owners are lovely and super communicative and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

we have been to ocean isle many times and stayed in island park several times and this house is one best the best and cleanest homes we have stayed in. it has everything you need (kitchen, beach chairs , etc..) the house is located on a quite and peaceful side street and only a 3 min. walk to the beach. Jennifer is a great with communication and will answer any question you have. we would stay here again without hesitation.

Great time at OIB! We enjoyed our accommodations and look forward to returning next summer. Very nice property and Jennifer was very responsive in answering all of our questions.

Great location, perfect setting for a week at the beach! House is super clean with all the amenities you will need for a fun and relaxing stay at the beach. Plenty of space for the whole family. Property Manager is so easy to work with and responsive when needed. We will definitely stay again!

The house is very nice but if you are looking for a pet free house do not choose this one. It states no pets allowed but when we arrived the floor was covered in dog hair was if it had not been cleaned - so much sand!! I’m guessing it is from the owners dog as there is a dog bed under one of the beds. Also if you choose to stay make sure you get the code to the pools as they are locked gates. There is nothing stating it in their welcome book -( mainly only restaurant menus from 2019 that need to be updated) we packed up from the beach so excited to go to the pool the first night and left with my three year old granddaughter crying because we couldn’t get in- so make sure you ask for the code!! It is nowhere to be found in any of the emails or at the house. Otherwise the house is nice, good location from the beach - but do not use Golf cart rental company if you get a cart!! Beds are comfy- but if it’s humid outside the upstairs seems to need a dehumidifier as everything seemed wet. Overall we did love the layout of the house- it’s decorated nicely and the downstairs shower is great.

This was my first time taking my 3 daughters (13, 17, 20) to the beach by myself. This house, the location, and Jennifer made it so much easier for me than expected. The girls absolutely loved it. They said I hit a home run with this place. It was maybe a 4-6 minute walk to the beach, and they not once complained. We ate in 3 times and the kitchen was well stocked with the equipment needed. We also went to Myrtle one evening since it was less than an hour away. I’ll definitely be coking back to this beach, and really hope to snag this exact house if possible. Thank you Jennifer for your quick responses even though I feel like I bothered you too much. Haha

We ended up here by luck as our Myrtle plans fell through and wow this area was nice. The house was clean and walking distance to the beach (5minute walk).

Quick trip to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation! Loved sitting on the back deck! Kitchen well stocked. Just remember sheets and towels.. we forgot!

We loved our stay here at this home. It was very clean and bright and the kitchen had everything we needed, which was very nice. We loved the back deck and the downstairs porch area with outdoor shower… Quick walk to the beach and so thankful they provided beach chairs, which made it really nice. The owners were very easy to get in touch with when we had a question. I would love to stay here again!

We had an excellent stay! The house is beautifully decorated and the location was a bonus for us. We were walking distance to the venue for a family wedding. The kitchen is more than fully furnished and allowed for some great meals together. We loved the back deck as well.

Excellent place to stay for our group. Perfect distance to the beach, a short walk, and great view of the pond from the deck, a perfect spot to gather together in the evening. Perfect beach theme decorations and comfy furnishings. We enjoyed our brief stay for a wedding and great place for our family to gather together and relax. Loved OIB too!

We had a great week. The house was awesome. It was very clean and laid out well. The neighborhood was very quiet and it a was a very short 5 min walk to the beautiful beach. The kitchen was fully furnished and very useful for our family of 4. Our stay was very relaxing and a good time with our boys before the head back to high school and college. Jennifer was a wonderful host and very responsive in her correspondence!

Reasonably priced not to far from the beach or pool. Clean as a whistle and easy to find. Only problems were of my own making was placement of other family members around island. Lookin for that place where i can get three places like this close together.

Our family has stayed in the Hall’s house for two consecutive years and love it! The deck is shady after 2pm, perfect for playing games or reading outside. The outdoor shower is clean, huge and so convenient. We love the lower porch hammock and set of 4 rocking chairs. Every detail makes it a great place to relax. Comfortable huge sofa, great beds, lots of nice extras in the kitchen. Very short and easy walk to the beach. I highly recommend!

This house is a gem. It is in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful pond in the backyard. It was filled with turtles which our little ones loved watching. The house is decorated nicely and most importantly very clean. The property manager was always quick to respond with any questions I had. We would definitely come back again.

The cleanest VRBO I have ever slept in. Beautiful house. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Room for 4 cars under the house / driveway. The beds were comfy.

Home Away From Home
This property feels like you are staying with a friend. There are nice touches everywhere, from q-tips, cotton balls and room spray in the bathrooms to lovely decor in every room. There are thoughtfully printed labels around the home with important information for the renter. There are also soft rugs in all the bathrooms, tons of extra bed pillows and a very comfortable, large sectional for family movie nights. The owner has lots of games to play on the table on the back deck and books and magazines read while lying in the hammock under the house.
The deck is shady after about 2:30pm so it is ideal for a late lunch , reading in the 2 chaise lounge chairs or dinner at the 4 person high bar table.
We loved the large outdoor shower and hung our TRX from the exercise bar in the carport. The kitchen has a nice supply of pots and pans if you make dinner, as we do.
The walk to the beach is about 7-10 minutes across one main road, through a lovely cottage like neighborhood. Thanks so much for sharing this lovely home with renters.

We had a great time! We appreciated the books and games that were available for our use.
The only problem was that it was hot in the upstairs bedrooms. You might want to check the unit for the upstairs.
We would definitely love to visit again!

Family Beach Vacation
Lovely home in a great location! Jennifer was very prompt in all our communications. The home is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The fact that the back deck gets shade is a huge plus. We enjoyed sitting out there every evening and even enjoyed dinner on the deck. Having keyless entry made it easy for us to come and go as needed. A great family vacation!

This beach home provided all the extras to make this just like home. The kitchen was fully stocked and even included some spices and cleaning supplies. The living room provided enough space for a very large family party. The back deck and lower entertaining area was perfection. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfy and spacious. Would highly recommend.

We love this property! Jennifer is incredibly easy to work with and the house is beautiful. It is well decorated, but our favorite spot is around back for coffee in the am and wine at night.
