Krásne moderné vybavenie celého penziónu. Izba aj kúpelňa čistá. Upratovanie postelí, výmena uterákov a dopĺňanie občerstvenia na dennej báze 👌🏻. Boli sme maximálne spokojné. Personál veľmi milí a ochotní. Určite odporúčam.

The staff were excellent, so friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. It was my birthday and they surprised me with balloons and a box of chocolates in our room. They couldn’t do enough for you. Big rooms, Big comfortable bed. Clean room bedding and towels daily. Large tv plenty of space to move around in the room. Couldn’t fault this hotel

Location was perfect from airport to the centre. Bang in the middle.can just use the metro. It felt safe and clean in the area. There are places to eat, shop and buy groceries. The staff were friendly and allowed for my privacy. Uber eats were able to deliver. The maps to the hotel was accurate. The room was HUGE and comfy. The bed was so comfortable. The temperature in the room was great and could be changed. I loved the little balcony/outside area leading off from the room . The cleaners cleaned well. The shower pressure was amazing . The had netflix and YouTube. It was quite and dark enough to sleep at night

Unfortunately the double bed was too single mattresses put together and by the last few days they started to widen apart from each other and I had a backache. There was also no hot water on the first day, the only reason why I chose the room was for the bath and unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use it. The staff were empathetic to my discomfort and were willing to move me if the water didn't come back; it did by day 2. However because the front desk help is not 24 hours I reported this at 10pm and couldn't get help till 8am the Next day . The bathroom skirting was mouldy; it was a bit gross to look at. I think the water from the shower was rotting the wood. Needs a reskirt and water resistant paint I think

Stanza spaziosa, comoda e con tutto il necessario, bagno comodo, posizione a 8 min a piedi dalla metro. Vicino ci sono comunque tanti ristorantini ed una via con tutti i servizi, supermarket, farmacia. Siamo stati 4 notti. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Eravamo al piano terra all'entrata si sentivano un po' di rumori ed il materasso un po' duro

Μας άρεσαν οι παροχές που είχε, όπως πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά, ψυγείο, τηλεόραση, κλιματιστικό και που κάθε μέρα ανανεώνονταν τα προϊόντα ατομικής υγιεινής και οι πετσέτες. Βρίσκεται σχετικά κοντά σε σταθμό του μετρό και σε στάση λεωφορείου.

Δεν μας άρεσε που δεν παρείχε πρωινό και το γεγονός ότι η καθαριότητα περιοριζόταν μόνο στο μπάνιο. Δεν μας άλλαξαν ούτε μια φορά τα σεντόνια. Αντιθέτως τα έστρωναν με προχειρότητα.

Great Friendly staff - especially Micah! Really good shower and fast wifi.

We stayed here for a couple of nights visiting friends and sightseeing in Barcelona. We had two kids along with 2 adults and booked the deluxe double. I thought it would be very cramped for the 4 of us but the room was perfectly sized. The place was spotless and the fresh smell when walking into reception, along with the cool AC was very welcoming in the Barcelona heat. Katharina at reception was extremely helpful and friendly. We had booked parking next door (limited spots and pretty tight spaces) for our stay at €15 extra per day. We were able to book the hop on / hop off bus at the front desk and was reasonably priced. The location was perfect as Camp Neu was our first stop and we could walk there from the hotel (25 mins). Would recommend this place to stay and would definitely stay again when next in the city.

Nothing. It’s room only and no food on site but there’s places nearby for anything you need so not an issue.

Cozy and clean rooms. With all necessary things, iron, hairdryer, big tv… Ah and very comfortable pillows!

Late checkin is a special procedure, it was litbit annoying.

Ekatrina greeted us with genuine hospitality, rooms were spacious and tidy, sheets were clean, service was good, parking was available with reasonable price, corridors were well decorated, the hotel was close proximity to the area's top attractions, highly recommended.

Very clean, comfortable and most definitely value for money. We plan to stay again as soon as possible. Very close to downtown Barcelona via bus or metro.

Nice place, comfy bed.

The room had a weird door to the backyard and no other windows. I also recommend a mosquito net.

-Bed was amazingly comfortable -everywhere was spotless -only a 10 min metro to center -friendly staff at reception until late -loved the quirky designed rooms

-slight drain smell from toilet however I believe this is rather common in all accomodation in Barcelona.

I booked breakfast at the original hotel . The hotel you provided did not serve breakfast. Poor service from booking.com . We did not feel safe after dark .

Change of hotel . Did not feel safe . 3 metro changes from our original booking . ? I expect an answer .
