This is a fabulous property with all of the bells and whistles! Close to ski lift, town and immersed in a beautiful setting of trees. Private deck has great view of mountain. Kitchen is fully stocked and beds/bedding is very comfortable. We enjoyed a quiet stay and host is quick to respond to any inquiries. Our family will definitely return soon to make more Breckenridge memories at this gem!

Excellent place in a convenient location. Ten minute walk to the Peak 9 lifts. Just a short walk beyond that to everything on Main St. in Breck. Perfect base camp for our family ski vacation. Plus excellent communication from the owner.

We enjoyed our stay at this unit in Breckenridge. Bernadette was very helpful and communicated with us during our stay. The unit was very well stocked with everything you would need and our family of 3 was very comfortable. We would certainly stay again.

Nice size for a family of 5. The thought that was put into stocking the essentials was much appreciated. I was shocked that we literally had everything we needed. Large selection of games were well received! Those little touches make a difference. There is an inflatable mattress which was great for my 6 year old. Fans and humidifiers for bedrooms. Plenty of blankets and extra bedding! Wi-Fi and cable/Apple TV worked well! Totally stocked paper goods. Plenty of towels meant no laundry trips. Be prepared that it is on the 3rd floor. It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be strenuous for some. There’s a nice deck with chairs of you need fresh air. I also appreciated the thorough communication.

We stayed at Bernadette's place for 2+ weeks and it was truly a home away from home. 10 min walk from the slopes and free shuttles a few min away to take you into town. If you choose to walk, town is approximately 10-13 away. Easy access to shared pool and hot tubs. Condo is very well stocked - in addition to spices and other goodies in the pantry (slow cooker!), we were well supplied with paper products and toiletries. Kitchen has a Keurig for your caffeine needs and an excellent selection of pots. We cooked quite a bit and only needed to purchase a butcher knife to supplement the utensils. The communication was great with Bernadette. I am very happy we chose to make this our home base while in Breck and wholeheartedly recommend Warrior's Mark!

The place was exactly as shown on the web. Location was within walking distance of quicksilver lift. The best thing was the communication we had with Bernadette and John. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We will definitely stay there again. We have been coming to Breckenridge for about 8 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed at.

Although you are connected in a condo building on the 3rd floor, you feel like your in a private little treehouse. Great balcony looking into the trees.....very snow covered trees. Beautiful!! The condo fit our needs very well. Super well stocked. If you forgot something at City Market, chances are you will find it in the cabinet or pantry. Only disappointing part was our inability to get a reservation for the hot tub. If the owners could 'pull strings', they would, but it is out of their control. Bernadette almost felt as bad, as property owners, as we felt as the renters. Im not saying you can't get the reservation, just that its difficult. Boo Corona!!! Bernadette answered every question by text immediately. We will definitely be coming back to this condo.

The condo was perfect for our family - two adults and two kids. We really liked the high ceiling in the main room and the remote-controlled fireplace. The TVs also were all equipped with Apple TV which was cool. The location was very close to the village which was awesome, but a little long if walking in ski boots. However, you can store your skis at the bottom of QuickSilver each night or if you wear your shoes for the walk, you can just leave them at the base of QuickSilver. Communication with the owner was great and they had a binder in the condo full of great suggestions. We would recommend this condo and would stay here again.

A very nice, clean, well-stocked condo just minutes away from the slopes. The condo was comfortable and cozy. Bernadette, the property owner, was also wonderful. Very helpful and quick with responses to any questions. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great 2-bedroom/2-bath condo right off the Main Street through Breck. There is a free shuttle just down the street that brings you to the slopes. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the condo had everything you could want for a comfortable stay. Reserving the hot tub was a challenging process (we tried multiple times but were unable to), but it did not negatively impact our stay overall. Bernadette was very communicative and clearly wants to make sure you have a great time. We would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay here with our 2 small kids. The unit was spacious and very clean. It’s a bit of a walk to the lift with small kids, but other than that we would certainly return!

Great experience from start to finish. Place was actually a little bigger than pictures. Very comfortable for our group of 4. Only 5 minute walk to downtown and to the Peak 9 lift. Hot tub is reservation only but we logged on to reserve right when it opened and got a spot, but noticed they fill up within minutes, as a heads up. Loved this spot and will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Warrior's Mark! Incredibly well stocked condo and great location! Perfect for our family of four! A five minute walk to the gondola and to Main St.! We will definitely be back! Bernadette was great to deal with.

This top floor unit is conveniently located to downtown Breck and the mountain. My family and I enjoyed staying in this comfortable condo and have to say that the host was very professional and informative making the stay that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed an extended stay and were pleased to find the reviews of this property to be accurate. The owner is responsive to any issues. Unit is well stocked, far more than other rentals. Ideal location to walk to ski lift and main street. The only slight disappointment - we were unable to use hot tub facility most days, as all four hot tubs were occupied, and/or some were closed. There are too many condos. in the area using the same facility. Other than that, we would return to this location!

You could not ask for better hosts or a better equipped condo. It has everything you could possibly need, is perfectly clean and very comfortable. This was our 2nd stay at this condo and we hope to stay again in the future. Easy communication, easy check in/check out. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

This was the best condo we’ve rented anywhere. It’s a short walk to the lifts, a short walk to town, and the new hot tub/pool facility is awesome. Additionally, the condo was stocked with anything you could ever need including a pantry full of leftover dry goods and condiments. We really appreciated that it was there when we got there and having the ability to leave the inevitable extra food we bought for future guests instead of throwing it all away. We highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in Breck...including those, like us, who shuttled from the airport and walked everywhere once we got to town. Thank you very much!

Warrior's Mark was the perfect condo for our ski getaway. Peak 8 chair was a short walk away as was downtown. I felt at home here and although we had a little hiccup with the lock box, Bernadette responded immediately to my text. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in Breck!

The apartment is beautiful and very well maintained ... and the location is excellent - it is just a 5 minutes walk to the ski lift. But most of all: Bernadette is wonderful host. We will for sure come again.

We spent a week at warriors mark. The condo itself is extremely clean and was a nice space for a family of four. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook a couple dinners in. The new pool and hot tub facilities as very nice as well and 100 yards from the condo. Location was good, a five minute walk to town. We would definitely stay here again.

We completely enjoyed our stay here at Breckenridge. Easy access to town and the lifts for skiing. Kitchen was well equipped with everything in working order. Very comfortable space for our family of 4 and good tech/TV options (key with teenagers). Would definitely stay here again. No detail unattended and very quick response with any questions I had.

Great place in a great location. Owners are super nice and responsive. We live in Denver and stay in Breck all the time and this was one of the nicest places we have rented.

This lodging exceeded our expectations. It has a warm, rustic atmosphere that we love. It was clean and well kept. It was close to the slopes and town. It had 4 large hot tubs available to us, a nice gas fireplace, Dish and apple TV which was good for watching tv and mirroring our Gopro videos on days off and was within our budget. It ticked all of the boxes we were looking for. The owners communicated thoroughly and were very helpful. The two twin beds were probably a little small for our college age boys, but they adjusted for the week. We never ran out of hot water and used the laundry facilities in the basement. The walk to and from the Quicksilver lift in boots and with skis was very doable skiing down to the bridge from the base of the T-bar at the end of the day saved a few steps. Christy's at the Maggie were very accommodating and helpful. There was enough skiing for our blue/black family to keep it fresh for the week. The walk to town was just as convenient as the walk to the slopes. We found a shortcut late in the week that kept us off the slushy and snow potholed sidewalks down Columbine Rd, past the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and toward the intersection of S. Park and S. Main St. We would stay here again for sure!.

My family (my wife and twin 7-year old girls) enjoyed our stay and appreciated how responsive and flexible the owner was. We asked for an early check-in and Bernadette offered to check with the housekeepers to see if that would be possible. When she found out it was, she let us know and we were able to drop our bags and groceries in the morning which was a big help. The unit itself has high ceilings in the main living area, nice light and a view of the mountains. The kitchen and bathrooms seem recently renovated and are a good size. There were lots of nice touches we appreciated including a humidifier (the air is very dry in winter), extra blankets and pillows, a gas fireplace, board games and a well-stocked pantry. The unit is a 2-3 minute drive from downtown Breckenridge -- walking distance during the warmer months. Thanks Bernadette for helping make our stay comfortable and fun! David

My husband, son and I recently stayed in John and Bernadette's fabulous Breck condo. It exceeded out expectations with its wonderful location and cleanliness. The condo had absolutely everything we could need and more. We look forward to another stay!
