We recently stayed in unit 611 a beautiful beach condo, and it was an incredible experience. The condo is perfectly located right on the beach, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. One of the highlights was the wrap-around balcony, which allowed us to enjoy panoramic views and stunning sunsets every evening.
The interior of the condo was just as impressive. It was well-furnished with comfortable and stylish furniture, making us feel right at home. The condo was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which added to our comfort during our stay.
Additionally, the amenities provided were top-notch. We had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed internet.
Overall, we had a fantastic time at this beach condo and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway.

Perfect location, spacious and clean! We loved this condo, the kitchen made it easy to cook meals for my family while away from home. Easy walk to the beach for everyone and we got to see a few launches while we were here!

The condo is lovely. They have truly thought of all your needs. It was wonderful having the toiletry items available to use along with so many bath and beach towels. The stocked closet with chairs, umbrella and toys, all you need for a day at the beach was such a treat! The adorable swan towel sculpture on the bathroom sinks made it feel like we went to Disney!
We definitely would stay here again if we visit Cocoa Beach again.

Everything was perfect. It was so nice that the condo had chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, etc for us to use at the beach. Jill is a great host!

The layout was fabulous and served its purpose. Construction in the Master bedroom was not done in a timely fashion and made the room unusable for three days. We had to put up/take down plastic from the bed, tV, tables and lounges daily - so the workers could enter our room for the week.
Our time schedule had to be adjusted to let the workers in - and twice the front door was left unlocked all day.
Other than this, the unit was as advertised. Going forward I would not rent when any construction is being performed.

I booked this property to celebrate my sons 21st birthday. It was perfectly located in the middle of everything he wanted to do. The views were amazing I could have sat on the balcony the entire time we were there. The manager was great answered all my questions and responded quickly to texts and phone calls. I will definitely be returning!

Unit is clean and spacious. The panoramic ocean view is breathtaking! Lots of kitchen gadgets for cooking. Plenty of towels including beach towels. Owner is nice, accommodating and prompt. Definitely recommend!

From the moment we walked in, it felt perfect. Beautifully appointed, well maintained, and all the extra (beach towels, towels chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc) made this a 'settle in and have fun' kind of trip. The wrap balcony made for some amazing sunrises and relaxing evenings. Jill was easy to reach and able to handle any questions we had. Check in and out was a breeze. Thanks for making our last family trip amazing before taking my son across country to college. There are so many things to do, from renting surf boards just down the street, fantastic fishing from the jetty, night kayak tours through the banana river waters and we even saw a SPaceX launch from Cape Canaveral from the comfort of our balcony and beach!!

One of the most well equipped properties I have stayed at on the beach. You truly don't need anything but your swimsuit. Jill was wonderful to work with and very responsive. Great location with lots of restaurants close by.

Great family vacation!
Our stay at Sandcastles was extremely enjoyable with easy check in. Our communication with the owner who was very expeditious in responding whenever we had questions about the property. The condo was very clean and had an amazing views of the ocean, beach, and pool area. Lots of restaurants for all tastes as well as stores to shop. Our family had a wonderful time and would stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our family vacation such a memorable experience!😊

Wonderful views, Large Condo
Huge balcony with great views of the ocean. The condo was very large which gave us plenty of space. The desk was very helpful to set up our computer. Pretty much everything was provided.

The WOLF MOON did it!
This condo has everything you miss from home while on vacation. The view of the ocean was really all we needed. And this place gives you beautiful views from sun up to sun down. We got a chance to see the "wolf moon" in it's full beauty. We really only had one issue and that was the people who stayed above us. They kept dragging their chairs/furniture across the floor most of the day and night. Might I suggest pads that go over the legs of the furniture esp. chairs. We even became aware of our own movements. But I would stay here again. It's a beautiful and clean place. Thanks!

Wonderful week!
The condo was everything listed and more. It was beautifully furnished and had a well-appointed kitchen. We especially enjoyed the balcony as we watched beautiful sunrises, pelicans flying just off the balcony or looking for their next meal over the water and cruise ships departing and returning in the distance. It was a really wonderful week.

Everything about this rental was amazing! Jill was great with communication. Rental is even better than described. The view from the balcony is incredible and there was enough breeze from the ocean that I wasn’t even hot. I napped on the balcony every day of our trip. My kids loved having space inside to stretch out and not be on top of each other. Access to the beach was so easy. The place was impeccably clean and Jill had so many “extras” that I literally could have packed my swimsuit and toothbrush and had everything I needed. My husband has already asked me to reserve this place for our next trip!

This condo was clean beautiful and in a great location . The unit was very well appointed and had everything we needed and them some for a wonderful stay ! Our favorite was sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise, surfers and dolphins ! Jill was very helpful and responsive!

Perfect place for a family getaway!
Jill made the process very easy with clear communications. The property was beautifully kept and in a great location. Short walk to the beach, pool access and lots of toys on hand for littles. Short drives to local eats and stores. We loved the "feels like home", not wicker, decor and updates. The wrap around patio was amazing to watch the sun rise or find shade in the PM sun. Beds were clean and very comfortable.
Property description and amenities listed are accurate to what's in the condo. I'd say an average amount of wear and tear based on being a rental, and still in great condition. Fellow patrons were very friendly.
(*We used BabyQuip.com and Jennifer Farr for baby gear rental, and Jill was accommodating to pickup and drop off.)
100% highly recommend this unit!! And Jennifer if you need baby gear while visiting.

A great place for making amazing memories
Renting the property through Jill was an enjoyable and easy process throughout. The condo unit was beautiful And spacious.The head on Ocean front view was breathtaking. The wrap around patio allowed viewing of the ocean regardless of time of day. The Sandcastle Property was well-maintained and the manager was approachable and helpful.

We did have some plumbing issues but Jill was on top of all issues . The views of the ocean is absolutely beautiful. Condo was not disappointing. Definitely would stay again.

We did not plan on being there the same time as the airshow but our front row seat on the 6th floor balcony was fantastic. Great condo, great views, great beach.
