Des vacances dans notre maison de quai située dans une communauté fermée familiale d'Oceanside Village à Surfside Beach, SC. C'est comme une maison loin de chez soi mais à moins de 5 minutes en voiturette de golf jusqu'à l'océan! La maison peut accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes avec 3 chambres d'hôtes, 3 salles de bain complètes, 2 cuisines entièrement équipées et buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Nous fournissons 1 voiturette de golf, service Internet sans fil gratuit, télévision par câble, lecteur DVD et barbecue à gaz. Il y a une télévision à écran plat de 50 "dans le salon principal, une télévision à écran plat de 42" dans le salon du premier étage et toutes les chambres ont une télévision à écran plat de 32 ". Les draps sont disponibles (draps et serviettes). Les deux cuisines sont remplies de plats, de casseroles et de gadgets. Dans le village, vous trouverez des piscines (intérieure / extérieure), une aire de jeux, des terrains de basket et de tennis. La maison est située à seulement quelques minutes des commerces, des restaurants, du golf et du Grand Strand de Myrtle Beach.

We love Oceanside Village and have been vacationing here for many years. The rental house was as described. Very clean with all of the supplies required for the week. Owner was very responsive. Having access to a Golf Cart is a huge plus!! We will definitely rent this house again!!

Enjoyable stay!
This was our family’s 3rd stay here. We continue to enjoy it every time we visit. There is plenty of space so that none of us feel crowded. Love the 2 separate units, and that they are connected with an indoor stairway. Golf cart is great! Thanks Chuck & Chris! We will be back!

Perfect Family Vacation Spot
Perfect experience there with the 8 of us. Had a wonderful time. Plenty of room in the living areas for us all to hang out. Porch is amazing too. Chris was great and very responsive :)

Great Vacation
House very nice & roomy and well equipped with what we needed such as pots & pans, small appliances, towels & sheets. Love sitting on deck & the downstairs swing. Enjoyed the golf cart.

Return to Oceanside Village
Met all expectations and more. Beautiful and comfy. Family didn’t want to leave. They want to reserve it for next year already. Chris was great dealing with with all that’s going on.

Great Family Vacation
The owner was great to work with and answered promptly. The house had everything we needed for our family vacation. The added covered porch on the top level was perfect for family time. The closed in sun room was a great place to relax. So many small things and touches made it a great place to spend our vacation. We highly recommend this property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had everything we needed. House is decorated with a beachy theme & has a serene & comfortable feel. The golf cart is a real plus for getting around the village. We had a party of 9 for the first half of the week & 5 for the second half. There was plenty of room for all. Thank you Chris for sharing your home!

It was awesome. The beach house is beautiful and clean. The decorations and soft colors make you feel like you feel like you are truly at the beach. Location was just a short golf cart ride to the beach. We had a wonderful time. Thankyou 🤗

This is a very nice home and was very clean on arrival. The house was perfect for our family vacation. The apartment area downstairs was great for overflow and extra sleeping space. Having a golf cart to use was great for trips to the beach/pool. We will definitely look into staying here again.

The beach house was beautiful. Conveniently located close to beach, great dining and shopping.
It is a great place to stay for a family vacation. There were 9 of us and had plenty of room and privacy at the same time. Has that great beach atmosphere. The large open kitchen made it fun to make meals and dine together as a family. The house is beautifully decorated and gave you the feeling you were at the beach!! The beds were comfy and enough bathrooms for everyone. We will definitely spend more beach time here.

Well maintained.
What a wonderful place Chris Y has, it was very well maintained. Every thing was as it was stated in there ad , and better. Including an in closed staircase leading to the down stairs which was nice haveing small children . ( a rare find ). Will definitely be renting again.
