Beach House in Vilano Beach, St. Augustine - 1 Minute Walk to Beach!
60 étapes de la plage d'un chemin facile d'un côté et 2 minutes à pied de la voie navigable Inter-côtière de l'autre. Ce quartier calme et branché de Vilano / North Beach est populaire pour le surf, le paddle board, la pêche au surf, la chasse aux dents de requin et bien plus encore. Il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants dans les minutes que vous pouvez marcher, faire du vélo ou conduire. Notre maison confortable est à 5 minutes en voiture de la plus ancienne ville d'Amérique, St. Augustin! La jetée de Vilano Beach se trouve à 2 minutes en voiture (ou 40 minutes à pied de la plage) où vous trouverez une épicerie Publix et un mini centre commercial en plein air. Dans la même zone se trouvent un bureau de poste local, un magasin Bait & Gear, une installation de location de bateaux et un quai à gaz, un pub local et plus de restaurants à proximité et sur la plage d'Intercoastal. A 20 minutes en voiture de la maison de la PGA à TPC Sawgrass, et à 2. 5 heures de route de Disney World. Il y a un lit King surdimensionné dans le maître avec un grand patio pour profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil, 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre du milieu et la 3ème chambre a un lit Queen et une grande bibliothèque et deux chambres reliées par une salle de bains Jack and Jill. Le garage a un espace pour 1 véhicule et détient 4 vélos adultes et 1 vélos pour enfants ainsi que tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour profiter de la plage, y compris une abondance de jouets pour la construction de châteaux de sable. Le barbecue et la table à manger sont sur le patio ombragé Cour clôturée.

Our week long stay was fabulous! The house was so close to the beach. We had everything we needed and it was a perfect week before we moved my daughter into Flagler for her second year.

We have rented vacation houses all over for years & this one is just as advertised (which isn't always the case) & one our family's Favorites now! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need, plenty of towels & the beds were very comfortable! Nice, quiet neighborhood. The BEST part for us - a quick walk across the street to the beach. The beach is gorgeous & not crowded! St. Augustine old town 10-15 minutes away & Publix right down the road.. We'll definitely be back. The hosts were great & quick response time!

The house was exactly as listed. It was a quick easy walk to the beach. Everything you possibly could have needed was available. It was a great place for our family with plenty of room.

This house was so beautiful and perfect that you will return home afterwards wishing you could get just one more day here. The beds are so comfortable you will miss them after returning home. Location is perfect to the beach and St. Augustine. Overall the best VRBO stay we have ever had. Beautiful, CLEAN and located perfectly. Definitely will stay again if we come back to St. Augustine.

This home had everything we needed! I love that the owners are so sharing and accommodating. This was one of the best stocked places we've stayed. Including if you bought something you can't take with you, leave it for the next guests. We forgot a few things at the store and some other sweet guest had already bought it and left it so we didn't have to make a second trip!

This property had everything you could ever wish for, including easy beach access, right across the street. An assortment of bedrooms, all on the second floor, with outdoor deck (upstairs and down) and sunny front porch. Publix is within 3 minutes. Within 5 minutes is Vilano Beach Pier where we saw dolphins playing and had an incredible dinner the Beaches Restaurant on Matanzas Inlet. Downtown St. Augustine is an easy 12 minutes away.

We stayed here for granddaughter’s wedding. This house set the bar very very high. It was immaculate, perfect for us in location and house layout. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could think of and so so many other extras, even beach and fishing equipment available. We can’t wait to stay here again. Host even left a thank you note and gift. Perfect place.

Well appointed, great property. The inside was a little musty smelling- they had a nice air purifier and air was on, but musty smell persisted. Wouldn't stop me from booking again. Really nice proximity to the beach and restaurants. We were a little dissappointed, one bike had flats, wouldn't hold air and we needed all 4 to use, so we couldn't bike together. Had a great stay.

So close to the beach! Takes less than a minute to walk. Maria & Ed have everything you can think of. Very well stocked. Has all kinds of equipment for outdoor activities (bikes, beach toys, games, etc.). They have everything you could need in the kitchen (2 types of coffee makers, with coffee, all utensils and cookware you could use, spices, outdoor grill, etc). You can tell that they put a lot of love into this property. If the weather isn’t in your favor, you will still have a great time with everything they have in the home. They have a book with recommendations on restaurants and activities, with realistic personal reviews. We even had ROBES! Like what?! Will stay here again.

Very comfortable month spent here.We had 4 grandkids between 3 and 5 visit with their parents on two separate occasions.. Bed and bath arrangements were perfect. Everything is convenient. If you need anything, Maria is very responsive. The carpets upstairs were dirty and Maria offered to immediately clean them. The bikes are pretty much nonfunctional, however beach chair, beach cabana, beach mats and kid sand toys were excellent.

We loved our stay. I loved the beach decor and it was so bright and inviting. All the information you needed was available from where everything you would need was located to places to eat and explore. My special needs son was very excited to use the fishing gear to catch a huge red fish. Thank you for letting us share your home and thank you for the welcome gift that was very thoughtful. If we are coming back to the area we will definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect, walking distance to the beach. My family went everyday for walks. Quiet neighborhood. Home was fully equipped with basics and more. Well maintained home with all of the amenities one needs on vacation. Owners responsive and flexible! Will definitely consider this home away from on my next visit to the area.

We stayed for three nights and had the best time ever staying in the St Augustine area. The house was immaculate and had every amenity. The outdoor areas were ehere we spent most of pur waking moments at the house. Our first time at Vilano Beach but certainly not our last!

This property is just as advertised. Really great location close to Vilano and a walk across to a great private part of the beach but still in a secluded community away from high traffic. 3 truly great restaurants within 1.5 miles. Had 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Home is spacious enough to facilitate our group and more. Décor is spot on. Owner is very responsive. House is well appointed. We'll definitely be back!

This property was perfect for our girl's weekend!!! The house was SO clean, and the owners really thought of everything anyone would need for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Location was also ideal with a quick walk to the beach and an easy drive into St. Augustine. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great Find!
We can't say enough great things about this place. First, Marie and Ed are so welcoming and accommodating. You can feel confident renting from them. The house; when you walk in you feel like you're in a beach home, vibrant colors and great decorations. The house is CLEAN! The owners take great pride to give their renters a clean home. There are plenty of amenities in the home, dishes, coffee maker, etc. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. You get access to the garage and all you'll need for the beach; umbrella, chairs (5), cooler, are provided. The location is very close to St. Augustine and activities but far enough to feel away from the hustle. Now to the best part, the beach is so close. I would guess a 45 second walk. We were there on a Saturday and Sunday with great weather and there was no crowd. Maybe 15 people on Saturday and 30-40 on Sunday. No one is on top of one another. We went looking for shells at night (bring flashlights) and found some great ones. Look out for the crabs 🦀 they are active but run from you. We cannot wait to return!

Great Vilano Beach House
Our family enjoyed our stay for the week!! This house has everything you need and is in a great location. Very short walk to the beach and 2 close boat ramps for our boat. This is one of nicest houses we have rented on VRBO. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions.

Perfectly Lovely Beach House!
We absolutely LOVED our stay at this fabulous beach house. It was clean and breezy, comfortable and cute, with a gorgeous and quiet beach right across the road. Everything was provided that you might need plus lots of extras. We so appreciated the welcome book with suggestions of restaurants, beaches, and attractions, as well as detailed instructions for the home and the fun welcome gift. There were beach chairs, bikes, and toys, barbecue grill, and a nice little outdoor shower area for getting all the sand off after a day at the beach. Quiet area of town and with a great atmosphere. Maria is an amazing hostess. You will love your stay here.

Great vacation spot.
The 3 bedroom home was warm and inviting. Facing west was a minute's walk to the beach. Facing east was a 10 minute walk to a perfect spot to watch the stunning sunsets.
Maria and Ed provided everything we could have possible needed. It was a wonderful experience.

Great house in a wonderful location between beach and river
Lovely home in an awesome area. Across A-1A to the beach and a beautiful neighborhood to ride bikes in. Nice family restaurant nestled back in the neighborhood next to a boat ramp where we were able to put in our skiff and explore the waterways. Very fun trip!
