Newer construction open floor plan two blocks from the beach in Kiwanda Shores!
Nous aimerions vous faire profiter de notre nouvelle maison construite (achevée en février 2017) Maison de plage de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains située dans la communauté fermée de Kiwanda Shores à Pacific City! Cette nouvelle maison de construction est à seulement 4 minutes à pied et à deux pâtés de maisons d'une longue étendue de belles plages de sable fin prêtes à être explorées! La maison peut accueillir 10 adultes ou 11 s'il y a des enfants.
Le niveau de vie principal comprend un grand plan d'étage ouvert. Le salon comprend un foyer au propane, de grands plafonds sectionnels et voûtés, tous ouverts sur la salle à manger et la cuisine. Vous trouverez une atmosphère confortable et relaxante pendant que vous regardez votre émission ou film préféré sur le téléviseur incurvé de 65 pouces. La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un dressing et une salle de bains privative. De plus, vous trouverez deux chambres avec lit queen, une salle de bain complète et une buanderie. Lors de ces agréables journées d'été, détendez-vous sur le pont arrière pendant que le dîner cuit sur le barbecue en acier inoxydable surdimensionné. Les finitions haut de gamme comprennent des comptoirs en granit, des sols carrelés et des appareils en acier inoxydable.
À l'étage, vous trouverez une chambre loft surdimensionnée et une salle de bain privée pleine grandeur. Le loft comprend un lit double, des lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit queen-size avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme. Cela offre aux enfants un espace idéal pour passer du temps et regarder un film de notre collection ou Netflix ou jouer à des jeux vidéo sur la Xbox 1 ou la Wii.
De plus, profitez du baby-foot ou d'une partie de billard dans le garage. Des jouets de plage et quelques chaises sont disponibles pour vos sorties à la journée et feux de joie sur la plage. Great floor plan in exceptionally clean house steps from the beach. Easily accommodated our group for a Dory Boat excursion out of Pacific City. House had everything we needed and hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this property.

We had a great time in Pacific City and this house was perfect.
The open kitchen, dining & family room were perfect for keeping everyone around each other, but allowing everyone to spread out.
The garage should be called the fun room. We had fun playing pool and foosball, and my nephew loved the gaming console - almost too many games for him to choose from.
We also loved that the house is a very short walk from the beach access.

We loved the layout of this house. It allowed our family to enjoy time together in the open living room and still have enough rooms for rest. The kitchen is well stocked.

This is a wonderful home. The owners have thought of everything to make a visitor's stay delightful. I was very impressed by their forethought about what a visitor might need. The kitchen is stocked with everything in terms of plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, and other utensils that you might need during your stay, for both adults and kids of all ages. The furnishings are very nice, complete, and comfortable. The "game" garage and 2nd floor game room were great for our older kids (ages 8, 10, 13, and 15). Fun for the adults too! The only thing that could make this rental better is to put it right on the beach, but it is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. This is one of the best houses I have ever rented through VRBO!

Four old friends gathered for a reunion ... we had a great time! Property is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the foosball, air hockey and pool table in the garage. Would stay there again.

We celebrated a birthday with a 2-night stay with various family members. The family with the little kids had the loft upstairs, which offered privacy and space. The in-laws appreciated the garage full of entertainment and fun. The beach wasn’t a far walk and was beautiful. This was perfect for what we needed! Thank you!

The home was lovely. lots of room and things to do. quick walk to the beach. we even had a Christmas tree waiting for us when we arrived! The host were responsive to our questions. The neighborhood was quiet.Very lovely! Would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was impeccably clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a Thanksgiving feast. Our son loved using the video game systems and beating his grandparents at air hockey.

Great house set up for many guests perfect for family to get together. Loved that the kiddos had their own space upstairs. Having three full baths was also nice so everyone had their own. It rained while we were there but there was plenty to keep entertained with the games in the garage and the game closet. Short walk to the beach was nice, close-ish to town. The house overall was kept nice unfortunately the house keepers missed quite a few areas of the home but would overall stay again.

The house was clean, the location was great, and we had a wonderful stay!
The house was spacious and had everything we needed, including a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living room with. The garage/game room was a hit with everyone as well. The bedrooms were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets.
The location of the house was perfect. It was only about a 7 minute walk to the beach, but also in a quiet neighborhood. Driving into town was less than 5 minutes which was nice when we wanted to grab something quickly.
The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, 10 out of 10 recommend. This house is a few blocks away from the beach, you can tell the house is well taken care of! Sheets and towel are white and clean, kitchen has all the cooking pots, pans, utensils you will need. Grill out back was great, family enjoyed having the pool table out in the garage. Would come back again!

Amazing house in a great neighborhood, close to the beach, hosts were great. Awesome game room and lots of board games. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds and pillows were comfy, linens and towels good quality. We had a wonderful time😊

Great house in a great location. Comfortably slept two families of four. Loft was a great hang out space and sleeping spot for the kids. No shortage of stuff to do around the house after a long day at the beach. Between the gaming systems, air hockey, pool table, foosball table, and the unique arcade system, we were all entertained. Well stocked with games, as well. Kitchen had everything we needed and was laid out in convenient way. We were able walk to the beach each day from the house with all our beach gear. Overall, one of the best vacation homes we’ve stayed in and would definitely come back!

Our family of 6 have rented homes in Pacific City at least 5 times- this is our favorite! The layout works really well, the kitchen is well-equipped, the game room garage was incredible! This house has lots of thoughtful details: plenty of games and puzzles, jacket hooks and a bench by the door, plenty of towels and soaps, generously large dining table, comfy beds and couches. Kiwanda Shores neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful.

What an absolutely perfect setting for a family Christmas gathering! The house was beautifully decorated with everything our family needed and extra luxuries (heated bathroom floors) that made our visit even more special! We will definitely be back.

Loved our stay in Pacific City.
Beautiful newer home that is set up well with three full baths, an additional sleeping loft room, and a great game room. Kitchen is well appointed. Just a couple blocks to walk for private beach access. The hosts provided lots of great information on local attractions. We loved renting boogie boards from Moment Surf, kayaking the Nestucca River with Nestucca Adventures, and exploring the tidal pools at Cape Kiwanda. Beautiful sunsets on the beach every night! Would love to come back again!

We loved our stay , it was awesome Memorial Day gateway with family and friends. The house is so clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying in the house more that outside. Family wedding event
We attended a family wedding at Pacific City and the house was the perfect size for our family. It was even located within walking distance of the reception held at the community center. Alittle further away we were able to walk to the Pelican Brewing Co. instead of driving. Marika was very helpful before the trip giving suggestions of where to shop. We especially enjoyed touring the Tillamook Cheese Factory. When we returned to N.C. I have been able to find their delicious ice cream sandwiches in our grocery store. Thank you for sharing your home and we would definitely recommend your home as a very nice place to stay. We also enjoyed the game room.
