Fantastic Family “Treehouse”-Hot Tub10 Minutes to Winter Park
La cabane dans les arbres est un «lodge» de plus de 3 500 pieds carrés de construction spectaculaire niché dans les bois, à environ 8 km du domaine skiable de Winter Park / Mary Jane. Il y a quatre chambres, un maître au rez-de-chaussée avec lit king, 2 chambres à l'étage avec lits queen et une chambre avec lits superposés pouvant accueillir confortablement cinq personnes. Il y a un lit King supplémentaire et un futon Queen en bas dans la salle de jeux. Il y a trois salles de bains et demie. La cuisine a tout le nécessaire. Nouvelle mise à niveau de la cuisine terminée en juin 2018. Tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers SS, les nouvelles armoires et les comptoirs en granit ainsi que la superbe table à manger en dalle. MAGNIFIQUE! Un bain à remous pour 6 personnes est idéalement situé sur le pont inférieur couvert avec sauna, salle multimédia et table de ping-pong dans la salle de jeux, offrant un accès facile, de l'intimité et de la détente.
Il y a de nombreuses caractéristiques uniques sur le thème de la montagne dans la cabane dans les arbres. Il y a de la place pour 10 personnes pour s'asseoir et manger à la table de la salle à manger. Le salon dispose d'une télévision et d'un espace pour s'étaler autour d'un poêle à bois (bois de chauffage fourni). En bas se trouve un téléviseur HD de 50 "avec une plus grande surface à étaler. L'ardoise naturelle et le caryer de caractère composent le revêtement de sol rustique, les peintures murales en ardoise et en marbre soulignent le poêle à bois et la douche principale. Le loft présente une balustrade unique en acier et en rondins de silhouettes de pins. Les multiples fenêtres de la cabane dans les arbres permettent une vue sur le Continental Divide et une prairie paisible où l'orignal et le cerf ont été repérés.
Profitez du ski ou d'autres activités hivernales à «Winter Park» / «Mary Jane», «Grand Park» ou «Devils Thumb Ranch» l'accès à toutes les zones est rapide et facile. La ville de Winter Park compte de nombreux restaurants et magasins. La ville pittoresque de Fraser est à seulement 1,6 km et possède un supermarché Safeway, quelques restaurants et boutiques.

This was a great vacation place for our family of 10. The home had plenty of room for puzzles, games, eating meals, sitting outside, and spending time in the hot tub. Having ample area for all of us to eat meals was really special. The dining table is beautiful, and the entire home is cleverly decorated. We grilled several times, and there were plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment to prepare meals. Playing ping pong was fun, and the home had so many windows to view the scenery. The home is located near town, and we travelled to Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park easily. The house was very clean and well organized, including parking for four cars. It was easy to communicate with the property manager, but we really didn't need to. This was a great experience for our family.

The house was perfect! The beds are very comfortable and the views are incredible. We woke up every morning and took our coffee to the patio to watch for deer. The weather was beautiful and a nice respite from the Texas heat. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook dinner for our family. I highly recommend this house. I can’t wait to come back!

This is a great house. The pictures are accurate. It provides plenty of separate entertainment options. The amenities were so numerous, we did not take advantage of all of them. Steam shower in master suite, sauna, outdoor hot tub, fire pit, multiple decks, horseshoe pits, grills, well stocked kitchen. I forgot to mention the 3 TVs and VCR movies, games, and wood burning stove. Location is in residential area- you decide if that works for you. Our family of grandparents, adults and young children had a great time here. We even saw a young moose from the deck. Enjoy!

This is an amazing home. Our family of 7, consisting of 5 adults and 2 children (ages 6 and 4) had a wonderful time staying here. Plenty of room for everyone and all the amenities you could ever need. The owners were very responsive to any questions I had. (Note, these were just questions, not issues as we had none). There is nothing negative I can say about this property. You won't be disappointed. I highly recommend it.

Overall, good place to stay. Tracy was a nice host and responded quickly. The house itself is also very nice and clean - the owners clearly did not cut corners when it was built and when amenities were included. If you are coming in winter be aware that the driveway is very steep and you will need four wheel drive if planning to get out with any substantial amount of snow. They plowed daily and got there around 10am-ish so if you are skiing, plan accordingly. Only issue was that the sauna did not work. I followed instructions and reached out to the host, but still could not get it to work - it could have been user error, but I would check with the host to ensure it is working if that is a reason you are booking the house.

This place was perfect for our family Christmas 2023 (18’ decorated Christmas tree included)! There was plenty of room and beds for the entire family. The backyard was perfect for us to build a sled track from the back steps to the greenbelt! The kids (and adults 😂) had a blast flying down in sleds and tubes! The backyard fireplace was perfect for s’mores night and to enjoy the beautiful weather. We snowboarded Winter Park and Granby Ranch which are close to the house. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Tracy and Tim were excellent hosts and very responsive the entire time! We loved our stay and will be back for sure!!! 🏂

Our family that consisted of 8 was accommodated very comfortably in this beautiful home. This home is impeccably clean and the kitchen is stocked with everything that you will need....and more. Close to civilization (grocery, restaurants, etc.) but yet you have privacy and a beautiful view. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The pictures of this place are beautiful—the in person experience even better! Tracy has the place decorated with perfect items. It all fits! And it is so spacious! We had our family group—my wife and I and our 3 20 something kids and their spouses/significant others. We all had our own spaces and the common spaces were more than sufficient. So many wonderful meals and intense games were played around the amazing kitchen table. And of course the fire pit and hot tub got good use as well. We really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks Tracy for sharing your beautiful property!

We had a group of 10 staying in this Fraser home after a family wedding. What a perfect ending! We found great hikes close by and wonderful food too. The house had everything you needed. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was stocked better than any other rental I have booked. Games for everyone, hot tub and sauna. Honestly, you could show up with clothes and food and you would not need anything else! Highly recommend this VRBO!

Our annual Colorado family vacation was made even better because of your beautiful home for the 8 of us! We loved your gorgeous dining table (spent many hours there), the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking group & chef son-in-law. The beds were comfortable and the whole house was roomy & inviting. We look forward to having our other 2 sons join us for next year. Great communication & stay!

Six adults and six kids stayed and had a great time for five days. Saw a moose from the back deck within an hour of the time we arrived. We had ample space, great accommodations, and everything we needed. Cool weather gave us excuses to use the inside fireplace, the outside fire pit, the sauna, the steam shower, and the hot tub. It wasn't the cleanest property we've stayed at, but for a mountain home, it was more than acceptable. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back again!

We had a wonderful time at the Treehouse over spring break. Close to Winter Park Resort, restaurants and grocery store. The back yard got turned I to an incredible sled run that the kids used non stop! We will definitely be back!

Home was beautiful. It was everything we needed/wanted. Great for large groups. We got a lot of snow and the contracted snow removal was on it! Everything was wonderful. Bring your own pillows, the house pillows are a little flat.

This place was perfect for our group ski trip to Winter Park. The hot tub was fabulous and the kids really enjoyed playing ping pong for hours on end. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, amazing view and filled with amenities (hot tub, sauna, ping pong table, fire pit, etc) . Our family size was 11 and the sleeping arrangement was perfect. We were lucky to have a Moose come by early in the morning 😀. Highly recommend this beautiful home!

This home is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice! We seen many deer and even a moose off the deck! Tons of space and perfect for large groups! It was very cozy and we enjoyed every second of it!

This was such a great house for us. We stayed for two weeks in August with family and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped with top line appliances. The fire place was great with plenty of wood provided. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had three couples stay in this house and literally each couple had their own floor…….everyone loved the house and the centerpiece for us all were the huge windows on the back of the house which gave pretty views of the surrounding area.
The kitchen was great and well stocked and additional benefits such as a hot tub, sauna and steam shower are there too.
We stayed there for 10 nights and it was tough to leave as everyone felt it was such a wonderful “home away from home”

Would recommend this property ( stayed July of 2022). House is just like the pictures. Very nice accommodations. There where 8 of us and we had plenty of room. Close to the attractions we wanted to go to ( Winter Park, Grand Lake and of course Fraser). Beautiful area.

Wonderful home for family vacation
We loved the location (close to Fraser and Winter Park, CO). The house has other homes in the area, but it still felt like we were in the woods. Saw deer behind the house almost every day. We had campfires every night and my kids and grandkids loved it. I would highly recommend this house. Lots of room and 4 bathrooms. Thank you for letting us use your house for our large group.
