Cette maison au bord du lac, récemment rénové, situé à quelques minutes du lac Blackshear Resort & Marina est parfait pour une escapade en famille. Avec 2 chambres (1 lit queen en master-2 doubles dans les chambres) peuvent dormir 6 confortablement. L'établissement propose également une salle de bain complète, cuisine entièrement équipée, plan d'étage ouvert, une piscine / table de ping-pong combo, télévision par câble (3), dvd, jeux de société, draps fournis, laveuse / sécheuse, ventilateurs de plafond, et de chauffage central et de l'air. Le grand quai a beaucoup de place pour votre bateau et est idéal pour la pêche et la natation. Cette maison est prête pour vous de profiter un peu de repos et de détente !!

The home is great! we enjoyed our stay, was very close to lots of activities ( golf, movies, restaurants). the house was very well furnished in all areas. we loved the pool table and my sons really loved the kayaks on the lake fishing. great neighborhood, very friendly neighbors. the home owner took very good care of us. we will stay again.

Our weekend was perfect at Papas Paradise! The porch was perfect to hang out in the mornings and evenings. The dock was so relaxing with the fans going. The boys got to play ping pong. The dinner table was perfect for playing cards. The beds were very comfortable and the location was close to everything we needed. Plan on coming back!!

The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Everything you could possibly think of is provided; all you need to bring is food. Of course, you could catch your own from the dock. :-) We caught many fish from the beautiful, covered dock. As lovely as the house is, we spent most of our time enjoying nature from the dock or the screened porch. We certainly intend to go back to Papa's Paradise!!!

My brother's family along with my husband and I had a great stay in this house. It was a great location close to Lake Blackshear where other family was camping. I just wish it wasnt so called so we could take advantage of the outdoor living more. Great screened porch to have morning coffee and dock to fish on if there was fish. Family even played soccer in the big backyard. Thank you Georgia!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is perfect for a small family get together. The yards were also very well kept and we loved having the fenced in backyard. It gave our 2 year old grandson a place to play. It was very clean and just as described. We are wanting to return in the future.

Papa’s Paradise was perfect for our anniversary stay. We had everything we needed and the place was maintained very well. I loved the swing by the water for coffee in the mornings and the boat dock was nice and very accommodating. We will be back! Thanks for answering all of our questions prior to our arrival. One - I wanted to rent a boat for two days, but there policy is, I had to turn the boat in by 5:30pm. Perhaps, if the marine could change that - that would or will have me coming back and it will also have my family coming there.

My family and I have stayed here several times in the past and each time gets better than the last. There are SO many memories here for our family. Its perfectly cozy and extremly relaxing. We enjoyed four days of relaxation and the fishing, of course! Speaking to Ms. Georgia was like speaking with a friend you've known for years! Quiet, spacious yard
We were visiting in January so couldn’t take full advantage of the location.
Pros: new linens and towels, spacious front and back yard, screened in porch, local channels on Dish, quiet, secluded, good (we travel with a water tester!) and hot water.
Cons: uncomfortable sleeping (the “bigger” bed technically qualifies as a ‘small queen’), outdated appliances (e.g., it took over an hour for the drip coffee maker to produce 8 cups), some minor maintenance is needed. The water seemed murky but other reviewers have noted swimming in this channel off of the lake. This might be a seasonal thing.

Papa's Paradise
Wonderful, quiet location off the lake. Close to state park, restaurants and local grocery. Very well provisioned! We cooked and grilled daily without need for anything. The family enjoyed fishing, swimming and table tennis. Large screened porch and covered dock extend opportunity to be outdoors when weather doesn't exactly cooperate. Ms. Georgia provided check in details and was available for any questions or concerns. We would happily return.

We enjoyed a relaxing weekend at Papa’s Paradise. The house is clean and quaint. The yard is so plush and the deck is perfect for fellowship. Playing pool was definitely a highlight for all of us.

Family Time
Although I didn’t end up getting to go, my daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren were able to go and enjoy this beautiful lake house. We have rented several houses at Lake Blackshear, and my daughter said this was the best place yet. The owners were so kind. Highly recommended.

If anyone is looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay on the lake papa's place is it. We enjoyed are stay very much. Everything was spot on and property owners were great to work with. Hope to return in the future.

Nice lakeside getaway
A group of adult girlfriends wanted a quiet short getaway, this was perfect. Georgia was very nice and responsive. New bedding and fully stocked kitchen. We would have loved a little outdoor fire pit but just a personal preference. We would love to come again in the summer.

Relaxing Vacation
This home was just perfect for us to get away for a week and relax. We enjoyed the covered dock so much. Great place to just go sit, read, fish etc to disconnect from the world. The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well. Loved the bird feeders hung just outside the big window in the back of the house. The owners were great to communicate with. We really enjoyed our week there.
