Had a wonderful time with our multigenerational family of 11. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool is fabulous.

It was the perfect place for a few different families with small children! Plenty of space to gather but also to be separate. And perfect pool!

Our family had a fabulous vacation at this wonderful house. Everything was amazing.

The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook or bake, along with salt and pepper. Plenty of beds and bedding, pool toys, puzzles, books, and 2 refrigerators. Our grown kids and grandkids had a blast playing in the pool and just hanging out and getting to know each other. Thank you Barbara, this was a wonderful vacation home!

Our family had a blast at this beautiful home. The seven adults and four kids fit in easily. It was particularly nice to have all 11 of us around the dinner table. Also, the living room had space for readers, a conversation or two, and a board game. Everyone also spent time in the large swimming pool. The pool water was a perfect temperature: refreshing, but not too cold, even after a rain storm. We are already planning on returning next year. The owner provided very informative materials and made everything go smoothly.

We had an absolutely wonderful visit. The property is beautiful and spacious. The pool was a hit for teens and adults alike.

Barbara was a pleasure to work with. She was very quick to answer all of our questions. The home was immaculately clean. It was well appointed with bedding, kitchen items, pool toys, towels, anything you could want for a home away from home. The pool was a favorite of all of us and unfortunately the weather didnt cooperate with us to have a beach day so having the pool was perfect! One of our guests was in a wheelchair and the home was very comfortable for moving around the main level and easy acces to the pool as well. This is my second stay there and we lok forward to coming back.

The house fit our family needs perfectly. It was spacious yet cozy. The pool was used every possible moment.

Accommodated 8 adults and 8 children ranging from ages 10 to 7 months. The heated pool was a highlight of the trip enjoyed by all. Only a 5-10 minute drive to downtown New Buffalo attraction’s.

We booked here to have a week long 70th birthday celebration for my parents with my siblings and their kids and it was wonderful! Big enough for us to all have our space yet all be under the same roof. The pool, shuffle board and ping pong was a hit for all our ages 70-6. The location was nice and close enough to new Buffalo and Michigan city for other activities and attractions, but you never even have to leave the house they have so much. Only thing we didn’t know before coming was that we couldn’t walk to the beach and no beach access from this house, it’s all rocks and a wooden outlook, which was still nice.

We stayed at the property with our new blended families following our wedding this past Friday. Adult children and grandkids. The house was perfect for our group. Beautiful pool at a perfect temperature. Every amenity we could have needed. The owner was easy to reach and work with. I would highly recommend this rental!

More than enough room for everyone. The host was very welcoming.Bedrooms were good-sized and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking our Thanksgiving dinner and there was plenty of room at the dining table. We enjoyed walks to the beach, the shuffleboard, sat around the fire pit where we told stories and had lots of laughs. Hope we can make it next year.

When we first realized the pool was going to be closed during our stay, the grandkids were a little disappointed. We drove down from the U.P. in snow and freezing rain. It turns out it couldn't have been more of a blessing. We spent so much time playing card games, board games, doing puzzles, playing table tennis and shuffleboard. There were so many opportunities provided for fun, family competition that the kids hardly noticed that their cell phones weren't being used. The two teenage girls were very pleased to have their own rooms, the boys enjoyed the bunk-style room and with the family room/ bar/ entertainment room on the lowest level, it made it easy for the early retirees to not be disturbed by the night owls. The home was clean, well provided and in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. My kids and their kids want to start making this an annual reunion. Thanks Barbara, for making this such a wonderful and effortless event. We hope to be back soon and often.

Had a wonderful time with my family wonderful host great home

We rented this property to host our wedding party during our wedding weekend. We more than enough space to spread out and the house had a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Barbara was such a thoughtful host, and was readily available when we had questions. We would love to come back with our family and friends in the future. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay.

8 women on this trip. House was so well stocked that you don’t need a thing. Barbara has pool towels, pool toys, kitchen supplies beyond your needs, great decks and a screened in porch. Bedrooms were a good size, plenty of room to move around and closets to hang things. Pool was excellent. Kept us entertained for hours. Very easy to find. We saw a beautiful sunset every night! You can even see a part of Lake Michigan and a beach is only about 10 minute drive. We ventured out to New Buffalo for a lunch and just checking out the town. It was a nice place to go. And the best part, imo, is CHECK IN is at 9am and CHECK OUT is 2pm. You never get that. Made leaving a lot easier. No rushing around. And, you don’t have to do any laundry before you leave. Overall, this house was perfect for 8 of us. Would stay there again and again if going back to the area. Can’t lose with this house!! Thank you Barbara for sharing your house with us. Our large, multigenerational family tries to meet together in one place at least once a year. It is an arduous task. But this house was so perfect for us. So much space to spread out! Beautifully planned kitchen space (with everything we needed), and the pool, fire pit, basement, lots of fun for all. Highly recommend for any large family!

This home was a perfect setup for us. We had four families with 8 kids from 8 to infant. Everyone had their own space but plenty of room to hang out. Pool was a dream. Barbara is extremely helpful with info and suggestions. A++!

Our family of 14 enjoyed every moment of our vacation at this lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. The heated pool made the water comfortable on the chilly evenings. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cookware. The refrigerator large enough for our needs, and a second refrigerator on the lower level. And every evening we walked down to the lake to see the beautiful sunset. The owner of the home gave us a list of activities in the area, which we took advantage of, plus a 9 hole golf course was just down the road. I would recommend this home for your use.

We had four generations totaling 20 people ranging in age from one to 83. The house and decks are laid-out well with plenty of room for group dining, game playing and just lounging inside and out. The kids spent countless hours in the pool, we took daily walks and bike rides in the quiet neighborhood, and enjoyed exploring the town of New Buffalo. The home was very clean and well maintained. The host, Barbara, was prompt and thorough in all her communications. We are already planning a return trip for next year!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend. It was so nice to have a home that had enough space in the main living, dining and kitchen area that we all could hang out together comfortably… we have 19 in our family. The owner responded quickly to any of our questions. I highly recommend this home!

Beautiful house and wonderful stay

We celebrated my 40th with close friends and family and everyone was so impressed with how spacious and comfortable the home was. We loved the pool and large kitchen for entertaining. The view is pretty too. The owner was amazing at communicating quickly and she was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

It was perfect! Couldn't have asked for a better host and home and experience for our first post "quarantine" family get together! 16 of us for a week. The sleeping arrangements are wonderful, the kitchen and dining area were perfect. The beautiful pool and porches were used constantly! And the living area held us all every evening for movies and puzzles! Plus the bonus basement family room & game room for the older kids and babysitter worked out great! Highly recommend to any large group ... we all look forward to going back again soon!

A lovely home in which to celebrate 3 generations of family time! Beds were comfortable and adequate in number and size for our group. Neighborhood is quieter than some—a plus in my book. Barbara is very responsive to any questions or needs. Pool is delightful. Highly recommend.

House was very nice. Great location and set up

This home was roomy and we’ll stocked. We loved the pool area and the neighborhood. We had 12 in our party, 7 adults and 5 kids under 11 yrs old. Never felt crowded. 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms worked well for us. The owner and property manager were always a text or phone call a way. But we honestly didn’t have any problems. We could have family meals in the dining room around an enormous table all at the same time. So many fun memories were made here! Hoping to book again in 2023!!
