The home was as pictured and clean. We had all the towels, and dishes, we could want. Mansota beach was a short 10min drive. We liked being close to the beach. Also there is a nature park with a playground and nice walking paths just 5mins from the house. Owner was responsive to text. Great place to stay.

Very nicely laid out home! Much bigger in person than it is in pictures. Would have loved to use the lanai area however our stay was during an extreme cold front over the holiday! Will definitely stay at the property again in the future. Communication with the property owner was excellent! Very attentive and responsive with any inquiry! Thank you for a great stay!

Communication with the property owner was very easy. She always responded very quickly! The place was clean and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. Will defiantly be renting this property again next time we come to town!

My family was traveling for a wedding. We needed accommodations in the Venice area. The location of this property was perfect. It provided us with plenty of room, we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having morning coffee on the back porch. Communication with Anatoley was great. Would definitely recommend this home.

PROS: The house was well maintained and spacious, and Anatoley was quick to respond to questions. The neighborhood was quiet and relatively close to beaches. Beach chairs, a sea kayak, one bike, beach unbrellas, etc, were available for use. CONS: The property was as listed, except the ferry pass to the neighborhood island was not available. Use of the ferry was one of the main reasons I selected this property. Also, only one bike was available for four of us. Listing stated "bikes", but when I checked with the owner (after making the initial deposit for the property), he stated only one bike was available. Again, nothing huge, but availability of bikes was one of the reasons I selected this property. Anyone renting in the Venice area should be warned that city water is terrible (smells of sulfur). The house did have one tap in the kitchen that provided filtered water. Otherwise, we'd have had to invest in bottled water. WiFi password was not available at the house, and I had to contact the owner to access it. There was no information provided for the area (suggested restaurants or points of interest).

This property continued to surprise us as it was fully stocked with anything we could possibly need, extremely comfortable, so much space and in a perfect location for sharks teeth hunting! We found over 600 in four days!

Our family had a very good time to stay in Anatoley’s house. This house has every thing you need to enjoy the vacation in Florida. Definitely will come back.

Easy to find and nice location along the gulf. Great communication with property manager and immediately resolved an issue with the water. Recommend staying!

Owner was very friendly and great communicator. No issues with property. Plenty of room, well supplied with amenities, in a quiet neighborhood. Met our needs fully and was a great value. Looking forward to staying again. Had plenty of room if there had been several more in our party.

House was big with everything i needed. Easy access to private beach and 15-20 minutes to other beaches stayed 14 days and was very comfortable. Will stay again next time

This property is in the best spot to enjoy all the best beaches of the Venice area. The south venice ferry and private beach area that is included in your stay at the house is our favorite. We enjoyed the kayak and bikes that were at the house. Manasota beach is one of our favorite spots for sharks teeth. Loved our stay.

The location here has very few hotels to choose from. So this was our first venture with VRBO. We very pleased with the outcome, it was cheaper than most hotels in the area also.

The property surpassed our normal expectations. They had plenty of towels, beach, etc; the kitchen was well stocked. The pass for the ferry was phenomenal - it takes you to a beautiful beach. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay there again.

Anatoly was very responsive and easy to deal with. He did everything he could to make our stay as good as possible.

Very nice, roomy home in a quiet neighborhood. Close to beaches, restaurants, shopping, downtown Venice, and bike trails. Large screened lanai. Owner quick to respond.

Love it, would love to stay again when visiting Venice

This spacious house in a very quiet neighberhood is located conviniently halfway between Fort Myers and Tampa, making it easy to explore the many attractions nearby. You do need a car to move around. Not to miss: the Ringling Museum in Sarasota and the Dali Museum in St-Petersburg, the beautiful beach in Siesta Key. But our favorite outing was definitely the private local beach which is only accessible by a small ferry, operated by the town of South Venice and limited to those who have a pass. The house does come with a pass and we used it on many occasions. As for the house, the open concept provides a lot of space in the common areas. There is a big bedroom with its private ensuite bathroom and two other bedrooms plus a great Florida room where you can hear the birds singing in the morning. No neighbours in the back. Only minus are the kitchen amenities that could use updating. On the plus side, there is a filtration system so the water is drinkable and of good quality. The owner was pleasant and available to answer our questions and provided us with a lot of information. On and all we had a great stay and would definively rent this house again.

A very comfortable house, clean and plenty of room. I would have liked to be a little closer to the beach. Owner was very cooperative with setting up channels on the TV.

Property was exactly as described. The photos are genuine. Owner is very communicative and responsive. We want to stay again next year, so if my review is too good, we will have too much competition. :-)
