"Decked Out" - Luxurious Beach House Minutes From Downtown Bethany!
Bienvenue dans votre escapade de rêve à Bethany Beach! Cette magnifique maison pleine de meubles neufs est à seulement 14 minutes à pied de l'océan et de la rue principale de Bethany. Cette maison est au fond d'une rue très calme avec un terrain vacant d'un côté et un terrain boisé de l'autre. La caractéristique la plus notable est peut-être nos QUATRE ponts, dont l'un est un porche blindé. Les 2 ponts principaux sont équipés de haut-parleurs extérieurs. 1 carte de stationnement de la ville de Bethany incluse! Livraison de linge incluse!

Decked out is, indeed, decked out - in multiple ways. We've never stayed in a rental that was as well equipped as this lovely home. This is a home that is clearly loved by a thoughtful owner. Although the week was not prime for the beach (Hurricane Debby) being housebound here was not disappointing as we were in a beautiful setting with multiple options for both fun and relaxation. 5 stars!

The rental property was beyond our expectations. We loved the 4 decks and sound system and how well it was stocked. We loved it so much we have already booked it again for next year.

We had a delightful long weekend with some of our family! We enjoyed this property’s close proximity to the beach. We walked there once or twice each day(I believe that it was about one mile away)! This house was furnished better than any house that we have stayed in. They truly thought of everything that might be needed! The host was very accommodating to our needs. We enjoyed gathering as a family inside in the living areas as well as on their various decks(one was screened-in and a great place to play games at night.) We prepared several meals at the house and the kitchen had every utensil and pan that we needed. The game cabinet was stocked with games and puzzles for all ages and at least one game was brand new. The house and furnishings are all rather new. Everything was well cared for. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Bethany Beach.

Had a group of seven friends staying for an annual beach trip weekend. This was by far the best equipped home we have stayed in. Kitchen was fully outfitted. Paper products, k-cups, toiletries, etc. we’re provided. Location is quiet and walkable to the beach although it is a longer walk along a busy road. But the trolley is also an option. Would stay again.

Beautiful house furnished with not only great spaces, sound system, fully equipped kitchen but also bathroom and kitchen disposables. Enjoyed borrowing the cornhole and beach items as well! Parking passes a must as beach is too long of a walk with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Enjoyed the layout as allowed people different areas to spread out and give each other space.
We had a new house under construction next door to us and host provided white noise machines to help with the sound but we didn’t need them although thought that was an awesome gesture!

Just what we needed
This home was beautiful and well stocked. It was a wonderful home away from home. The location was close to everything we needed- the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We would recommend to others.

Excellent Beach House
My family really enjoyed our three night getaway right after Christmas. The home has two en-suite master bedrooms (one ground floor King bed and one second floor Queen bed). Two other bedrooms have a twin over double bunk bed with trundle and one with a Queen and separate twin. Our 7 person family had plenty of room and the two living rooms are comfortable for large gatherings. There is a wonderful variety of DVD’s and games. The kitchen is very well equipped. A laundry room/powder room is right off the kitchen which was super convenient.
I highly recommend this home for a beach vacation!

Wonderful beach getaway
What a lovely place to stay! Both the common areas and the bedrooms were spacious, comfortable and appealing. The kitchen had everything you would want in a home away from home, and Ryan was a great and helpful host.
We were looking for a place that was a little out of the hustle and bustle, so we didn't at all mind the 15 minute walk to the beach, and Ryan provides a beach parking pass which makes it easy to park.
We can't wait to return!

A True Vacation
House was spacious, well appointed and had lots of windows, nice and bright.. ❤️ Two living room areas made it nice for people who had to work while on vacation and for others who were on a true vacation and just having fun. Loved the 3 decks and screened in porch. Grill too. The owner thought of every amenity. He also answered any questions we had within minutes. Made our stay at Bethany Beach really enjoyable. Thank you for being so thoughtful.

Perfect!
The property was beyond our expectations. Our host provided everything and anything we could need, including toilet paper, paper towels, toiletries if you forgot yours. The technology in the house was outstanding, with chargers in every room, nice TVs, and even gaming. The house is beautiful well appointed

Great beach house
This home was wonderful and exactly as advertised. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The space is bright and airy. I really enjoyed the screened in porch. My kids loved having Smart TVs in each room as well, not something you find in many rentals. The location is very close to the beach and the parking pass was a nice addition!!

A bright and comfortable house in a great environment
We had a great time at the house, which was perfect for our 2 families, 9 in total. I wouldn't advise to be more than that though. The house is very bright, with lots of big windows and has a large all in one kitchen/dining/2living-rooms with comfortable sofas and a nice long dining table. We really enjoyed our breakfast in one of the numerous terraces and the end of afternoon drink at another, with the outside sound system to make it perfect. The outside shower is definitely a bonus much appreciated. We brought and rented bikes which I would really suggest. We easily rode to the beach every day and the famous boardwalk is less than 5mn away. We had a few little issues at the beginning but Ryan was incredibly reactive.
We would not hesitate to come back to this house if we visit the area again

2020 Family Vacation
The house is lovely, bright, spacious, decorated with a beach theme. There was plenty of room for the 11 of us to spread out. The kids were very impressed with all of the “high tech” in the house! It helped a lot on our one rainy day. The kitchen cabinets need to be organized a bit since pots and pans were in every cabinet with no room left to store any food. However, this is probably difficult with numerous renters all summer. Basically, no complaints, just praise!

Clean, bright, and comfortable!
This rental is amazing!! It was the perfect getaway spot for me and my family this winter. The multiple TV/game/living rooms on the main floor (one even has a fireplace!) were comfortable for everyone, the bedrooms are spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. The house is also walking distance to some very cute shops and restaurants, make sure to check out Yesterday's Fun if you like vintage games and toys, and DiFebo's for a great Italian dinner! Everything was so clean and bright, I would definitely rent again.

Wonderful home!
My family and friends had an excellent vacation stay in this wonderful home! The home is beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed the amenities, especially the hi-tech ones (smart tv's and alexa). The parking pass was clutch! And the trolley service was a delight for the little ones. We loved being so close to everything. Plus the owner is very kind, fair, helpful, and responsive. Would definitely recommend it :)

Beautiful home and location
Our family loved staying at this beach home. Such a lovely home and well kept. Loved all of the features that made it perfect for a family with kids - an outside shower, board games books and movies, even an Alexa to play music. The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious. The kids loved having bunk beds. Easy drive to the beaches and boardwalk. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.

Relaxing space, great location
We enjoyed the many outdoor spaces including the screened in porch in this beautiful house on a quiet cul-de-sac. The beach was an easy 15 minute walk or bike away. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. Owners very friendly and responsive. Highly recommend and would love to return!

Perfect beach locale
Our tennis group could not have been more pleased with this beautiful Bethany Beach house. The location was a short 5 minute drive from everything - great restaurants, tennis and the beach.
