The cottage was exactly as pictured, clean and comfortable. Suitable for stays where you can prepare meals or dine out in restaurants in town. Located towards the end of a canyon neighborhood and near an open space preserve. Enjoy the serenity of nature. Close to many other hiking areas including Point Reyes. Judith is friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place to slow down and enjoy the environment. Great restaurants and stores in town. Friendly people. Even deer! We will be back!

Judith’s cottage is perfect for a couple or two friends. The bed is very soft and the kitchenette has everything you need! We appreciated the parking spot as we had a rental car. Judith was very responsive and helped us with an issue that came up while we were there—she was very gracious and accommodating. It was super charming and allowed us to feel like locals!

My partner and I were hired to do some filming in San Anselmo and we decided to make a mini break out of it and found this little gem of a spot to stay at for 2 nights. It was absolutely perfect for us. The cottage is tucked away behind the main house and feels incredibly private. The gardens are beautiful and it was such a treat to sit outside and not hear the sounds of a highway in the distance, all I could hear were the birds. The cottage itself was very clean and nicely stocked and so adorable. The surrounding area is a cyclists dream and we rode to and around Lake Lagunitas and truly enjoyed what the area had to offer. Delicious food is plentiful in Fairfax but we fell in love with the tacos at Mas Masa. We will return.

Loved the cozy guest cottage and outside veranda. Very quiet and comfortable, as well as clean. Kitchen provided a few necessary essentials. Judith was responsive to our needs. Very relaxing spot.

Cute and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Has charming outdoor spaces in the garden to chill and enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. The space had everything we needed. The new white fluffy towels were a much appreciated bonus.
