Apartment is renovated recently.

We booked well in advance,convinced by the very good reviews here, and we asked for a cot. Our baby is 4 months old. On arrival, there was no cot ( instead, the sofa was made up , with a very soft mattress, which is actually dangerous for a baby) the floors were dirty (so not suitable for a crawling baby), the mop was missing pieces so i could not clean, the apartment above had work done and was very noisy and on top the place itself is inaccessible with a pram. The naps and night sleep of the baby was close to impossible because of the unsafe sleeping surface, the noise and the stuffy air ( it was hot and the bedroom is not well ventilated, the baby got a heat rash) . The owner took 12 h to reply after we told her the reason we were leaving, and with a completely unsympathetic attitude . We left after the second night. All in all, the place is unsuitable for a baby and should have not been advertised as such. We requested reimbursement from Booking, but it was denied. Booking suggested leaving them a review so that other users are aware of the situation and so that the owner improves. Very disappointing attitude from both owner and Booking, especially when a kid is involved. We booked the place for 2 weeks( not cheap), therefore dear owner, as per Booking's request, i am supposed to help you improve on my family's holiday money.

Excellent location, super well equipped (we love to cook and had everything you need) and an amazing apartments to explore everything on foot and enjoy the beauty of Menton! Candice is an awesome host, super friendly and helpful and responds quickly. Merci beaucoup for an incredible stay!

Nothing, Menton is so beautiful with great food, beaches and people. Super easy to hop on a train and explore the surrounding towns, visit Italy, Monaco or Nice for the day too.

We were asked to remove rubbish before leaving- that should have been covered in what we paid.
