Such a lovely house and location in seaside. Pool was around the corner and a short walk to the beach. The house was well appointed with everything you need to cook or grill. Really appreciated all the clear communication with the owner.

This house was perfect for 12 people. The house was clean and just as described. Our favorite part was the location to seaside town and the beach. Easy to walk everywhere. Definitely recommend this house!

You, reader, probably already know this, but Seaside is a the best vacation town in America. In 1946 the US bet everything on a car-centered lifestyle and we've been suffering from it since.
Seaside is a real, bikes-and-pedestrians-first town on the ocean. You walk from your house to coffee, to the bookstore, the post office, back home, ride your bike around exploring, get some groceries, cook at home, bike to the beach, walk over to ice cream, and bike back home and go to bed tired. You have your car too, but you don't need it most days.
I enjoy the Seaside beach in November (much fewer people than summer). The community beach gate/pavilions feel like a private access just for your family with a beach bathroom and architectural steps over the dunes.

Mint 4 fun is a great house in a wonderful location! Easy access to the beach, as well as town center where all the cute shops and food trucks are located. The house was very clean and the perfect space for our group of 9. Christie communicated very well and was great to work with. Fantastic vacation! Highly recommend :))

It was so good to be back in Seaside and Mint 4 Fun was the perfect place for the family! It was beautiful online, but even better in person—very clean and met every one of our needs. We loved the tower area and the porch swing on the second floor. Great location, too—far enough away from the main area but a quick and easy walk to everything. And Christie was awesome and so quick to respond when we had questions! We really felt at home. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us!! Would highly recommend this home and hope to return some day!!

This house was perfect for our Spring Break trip with family and friends. The size and space were perfect for our group of 10, and the location was excellent - very short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The house was beautiful and well stocked with all of our needs, and Christie was a fabulous host. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This is my families 5th summer renting in Seaside. We have been renting different houses each year as we haven’t found the perfect one, until now! This property is in a great location to town and only a few extra steps to the beach! We loved the space the house offered in the common areas and a fun side porch to enjoy the summer night. The best thing about the house was all of the “extras” - beach toys, wagon, floats, beach chairs, umbrellas! You name it Christie had it. We really loved this spot and we’ll be back for sure!

Perfect House for a Family Vacation
Mint 4 Fun was perfect for our family! Christie was great to communicate with as we planned our fIrst stay in Seaside. Our grandchildren brought scooters and we were able to quickly get to the beach, pools, park, and restaurants. We look forward to staying at this property many times in the coming years!

I echo the accolades of other reviews, Christie (the hostess) made the entire experience seamless! She was very communicative with lots of information about the home and about Seaside. The house gave all 11 of us plenty of space. Bathrooms with each of the 5 bedrooms was key to our booking. The pools are a short walk and very nice. We heartily recommend Mint4Fun for a fabulous week at Seaside!

Great Seaside Escape
Mint 4 Fun is a fantastic house on Forest St in Seaside, FL. It is well suited to large families, or two families. It is a short stroll to the Pensacola beach pavilion and the Seaside shops and restaurants. Christie made the process easy and was helpful with sending links for beach chair reservations, bike rentals etc.

Wonderful House for our group
House was beautiful and great location right in Seaside so can walk everywhere. We had a group of 8 adults and had plenty of room and everything we needed at the house. The host was great in communicating and suggesting places to go. Can’t wait to go back!

Initially I thought it might be too far away from some of my seaside favorites but we found that this Forest street address was a perfect balance of distance between the beach, the pool, and the town center. And it was really easy to pop into watercolor with less traffic for a bike ride with the family. We really enjoyed the stay. Spent a lot of time in the kitchen which always happens somehow.

We loved the house - excellent location - you can walk or bike to so many places. Lots of room to spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Beach is a short walk. Christie was so easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Great house in seaside!
My family of 6 stayed over Spring Break and had a great time. The owner made the check in process easy . The house was bigger than expected and everyone had plenty of space. It is fully stocked with anything you need which is nice because when you stay in a true rental it’s not that way. It’s a super short walk to the beach and the pool. We have stayed all over 30a and this was our first time staying in Seaside. It is now our favorite! We look forward to our next Seaside vacation in Mint 4 fun!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Mint 4 Fun in Seaside. This is such a cute house with a great layout, plenty of space, an en suite bathroom for every bedroom, a well stocked kitchen, and perfect location near to all the shops, restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. Love that it has a large front porch, a large second floor porch and a beautiful tower room with a lovely view of Seaside. I can not say enough good things about the property manager. Christie provided tons of helpful information about Seaside and the surrounding area and quickly responded to any and all questions I had. She genuinely cared that we enjoyed the house and our vacation time. I would stay at this house again in a heart beat!
