The house was just the right size and we needed a TV as my husband is not much of a beach person. We met my siblings and spouses and they were very familiar with the town. Tim was responsive to all my inquiries (we still have cable and had to learn how to stream). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was our second time staying at this rental. It is perfect for two people. The rental was super clean and had everything we needed for our weekend getaway. The neighborhood felt very safe, and parking was no problem. Five stars! Thank you for having us again!

The best 1 bedroom cottage we have stayed at. The living environment was perfect for our weekly beech vacation. The home felt airy and the decor was very inviting
The cottage was extremely well stock with all the household necessities. Sitting on the front porch was a wonderful way to enjoy an evening in a wonderful location. Although we never had to use our car parking was easy and free
The location is excellent, was within walking distance to the commercial area of Ocean Grove and the beach

Sweet cozy cottage for two. Very comfortable with lovely little details that made our stay quite effortless and easy. A little porch for morning coffee in a peaceful neighborhood was a real bonus.

My husband and I stayed here during our wedding weekend in Asbury. It was a perfect home base/retreat from all the craziness. This place is small but not at all cramped. It's peaceful, cozy, and private. Everything was very clean and details were all well represented and accurate per the listing. Check-in was super easy. We would definitely stay again! (hopefully next summer)

Beautiful little cottage. Perfect for a couple. 7 min walk to Asbury for dinning and entertainment. Nice not having to lug beach chairs to the beach since they provide them in a locker.

The cottage was perfect. We had a great vacation because made everything so simple.
It was well stocked and organized. The beach storage area was terrific for umbrella, chairs etc.
Beach towels were provided. Chairs were plentiful and walking distance to everything!❤️ We would love to go back!!

Cozy beach cottage
This place is lovely! Easy walk to OG beach and downtown Asbury. It is a perfect little getaway - great use of the space, nice porch and the beach locker is a wonderful convenience to save the hassle of lugging stuff back & forth to the beach. Would def come back!

Clean, private and comfortable
Could not have had a better place for a short getaway. I've been coming to the Jersey shore since I was a kid. Ocean Grove is a perfect spot to experience everything the area has to offer. Great beaches, night life at Asbury Park, excellent food. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations.

Darling Beach Cottage in Historic Ocean Grove
Lovely beach cottage with full kitchen, front porch and quiet street location. On street parking can be a challenge on holiday weekends, but is not a problem during the week. 10 min walk to beach, and beach chairs and umbrellas are a nice perk. Stop & Shop Grocery about 2 miles away. Owner very helpful with responses to requests.

We had the best weekend here! The owners were super helpful and the place was spotless. The town was perfect for a chilly fall weekend with smaller than usual crowds. Close to too many restaurants to choose from. A short walk to the beach. We'd definitely stay again!

Everything you need for a great time at the beach!!
Everything was as described. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything I to cook. The place is very clean and very nicely decorated. You will be happy you came. I definitely want to come back sometime.

Lovely small house in beautiful Ocean Grove
The property was as charming as any of the larger houses in Ocean Grove. The beach was a short walk away and beach badges were provided. The house was well maintained, and well stocked with the necessities. The owners responded immediately to any questions we had. Asbury Park, which is enjoying a revival, was also a short walk, so we were able to sample some great restaurants both in the old downtown and on the boardwalk. We had a very nice stay, but it was too short.

A gem by the beach
My husband and I had a wonderful long weekend at this beautifully-kept cottage in historic Ocean Grove. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, and dining. The neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors friendly (people said hello to us as we walked by), and the houses are just gorgeous to look at. Everything we needed was included- full kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes/silverware, even filtered water/ice in the fridge; full bath with large shower; towels and linens, etc. Rental also included two beach passes, although it wasn't warm enough to use them. The cottage was recently renovated with updated kitchen/bath and central air. It is everything it is advertised to be and more. The houses are very close to one another, so you can sometimes hear the neighbors through the walls (we had a group a partying kids next door one evening), but our white noise machine blocked that out. We plan to stay here every time we come down to the Jersey shore.

We had a very nice stay. The place was clean and quiet plus great neighborhood. I would sincerely stay there again in the near future. Loved it !!!!!!!

Beautiful, clean easy to access, modern
we stayed at this perfect home over Labor day weekend. Place was very nice clean had everything we need it , cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, bathroom stuff, beach badges bikes even had a little locker room on the beach with everything in it beach chairs umbrellas etc ..
LOCATION WAS PERFECT CLOSE TO BEACH AND BOARD WALK AND ALSO MAIN STREET IN ASHBURY ..
