I liked that this cabin was in the back of the resort. it was a very beautiful cabin!
The hot tub needed more water in it and a new cover, some of the jets were not working in it either. The hot tub cover was starting to dry rot and it was hard to open. The front steps need more of the slick resistant black strips going up the stairs. The cleaning crew missed a case of beer in a grocery bag on the side of the cabin by the driveway.

it was poorly kept , lots of ants , leaks , not updated I’ll upload images of everything when I check out but it’s in the same condition as when entered only slept at night and stayed out all day due to couch sinking, chairs and dining room table poorly kept and fading , jakoozi filter is disgusting and filthy .

It was clean and felt safe. Beds were comfy. The gas fire place was nice.
There were ants. The hot tub cover was in bad shape and plastic was flaking off into the hot tub. The screen was torn. The stairs in the front were VERY steep. It was farther away from Gatlinburg than we thought. Also it was advertised as being $195 for one night but ended up costing almost $500

Washer didn't work. We specifically booked due to the washer/dryer. Was not very clean at arrival.

Property was accurately described - except it didn't note that it is part of a condo development and we expected it to be a bit more isolated (at least more seperate). Fairly priced. Spacious.
Very dark inside - not good for reading at all. On a rainy day, especially, that is important. Steps to the front door bit steep and description did not mention any steps at all.

The dishwasher was broke, we were not informed of this we loaded it and had to unload it and wash all the dishes.
No broom to sweep the floors had to keep shoes on. Several light bulbs were out.
Hot tub cover smelled bad, difficult to take off only used it once.

First time doing a cabin for the family. My parents were amazed by it and it was perfect. The cabin was nice and clean and the pool was wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Can’t wait to book again!

Stay was exceptional. Only dislike was the upstairs bathroom had oblong toilet with a round toilet seat lid that was not fitting securely.
