The cabin is absolutely stunning and the view is the best of any cabin we have ever stayed at in Gatlinburg! Booked for our family to stay together for a wedding weekend and there was plenty of space for everyone to be together but also break away from each other if needed. We did get to see a few bears also coming right into the yard while at the cabin. Great communication from start to finish also by the cabin and very quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay! Top notch customer service for sure. We are looking forward to booking again for future trips!

The location was nice, and for a family the layout of the house was very nice the kitchen area was especially nice.

I was disappointed in how dirty the house was, we had small children and their socks were black from the floor. We found dead bugs, food wrappers and cigerette butts throughout the house and on the grounds. Outside there were tequila boxes in the trees full of bb holes. Inside the ice maker in the frig did not work and we had to call maintenance for the washing machine. We were also unable to use the hot tub because of the pump leaking.
