Location and space was great! Awesome view from the porch, easy access to the pool.

The unit could have used a few more kitchen supplies, it was very bare bones. Unit was dated but clean.

Location excellent; In-Unit Accomodations met all our needs and expectations comfort-wise and space-wise; was adequately stocked with kitchen and beach supplies; easy walk to beach and pool

We are in our 70's and had our two granddaughters ages 6 and 3. 1) The pool had no child/toddler section and the shallowist pool depth was 3 1/2 or 4 feet deep, going to 8 ft deep. 2) The unit is up two flights of stair, plus another flight inside the unit to get to the master bedroom - not easy carrying a car-full of luggage first up, then down. 3) Did not realize there was a washer and dryer until 2 days before we left - it would have been nice if we were advised upon check-in that it was on the ground level in the storage area, especially with constantly wet towels. 4) We wanted to use some facilities (like waterpark) but we told that it and other areas only for people who rent thru South Seas, but not thru Sanibel/Captiva - was disappointing and should have been advised beforehand.

We did not like that we could not use the pool area and the chairs and umbrellas.

It felt cheap, everything in the apartment felt cheap, AC upstairs doesnt work and we all has to sleep downstairs - i had to go out and buy inflatable mattresses, dirty couches, cheap linens and not enough for a 9 day stay, everything in the kitchen was picked up at goodwill and of poor quality, beach chairs and umbrellas were in terrible condition and umbrella was broken,
