Cette belle et accueillante maison est réparatrice et famille-forme. Vues face à l'Est donnent l'île historique de la baie Indian, où vous pouvez prendre la marée basse, observer et toucher la vie des Salish de la mer.
En 1600 pieds carrés d'espace, cette maison de deux étages vous et votre famille impressionnante espace partagé donne. Construit dans le style artisan avec une grande attention aux détails, le premier rendez-vous à travers vous amène dans la grande salle avec cuisine, salle à manger et salon ouvert. Un grand balcon avec vue sur l'eau et les meubles de patio vous invite à dîner en plein air lorsque le temps l'exige! Situé à l'étage principal est la chambre des maîtres bien aménagées avec une salle de bain principale magnifique. Une promenade vous mène en bas pour les deuxième et troisième chambres et une deuxième salle de bain complète. Chaque salle de bains a chauffé les planchers de travertin pour réchauffer vos pieds sur matins frisquets.
Situé sur un chemin privé sans trafic de transit, ce petit bijou est sécuritaire pour les enfants et la tranquillité. Nous avons des voisins qui y vivent toute l'année et qui sont très amicaux. Si vous les voyez, dites «bonjour! A 2 minutes en voiture vous amène au centre-ville de Eastsound. Ou un 8 minutes à pied. Ton choix. De toute façon, le village est rempli de boutiques pittoresques, un musée historique, restaurants, épicerie, un marché de producteurs le samedi et confitures de musique live où vous y attendez le moins! Les talents locaux est fortement soutenu dans ce paradis culturel unique.

My family had a wonderful stay in Orcas. The house was perfect for our needs -- so comfortable with a lovely view. We hope to stay here again!

This house was a perfect home base of our Orcas adventures. Clean, comfortable, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen. We enjoyed being walkable to downtown but tucked into a quiet area. We are excited to visit again!

The location was very close to the outlook inn the site of our daughters wedding. The house was a great space for the bridesmaids to all get ready. Very nice kitchen and balcony. Our 4 yr old granddaughter loved the trundle beds in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Very tranquil location

Our family spent several wonderful days at Sherri's beautiful property on Orcas Island. We enjoyed the views of the sea, ate the blackberries growing outside, walked to town, and cooked inside the well-stocked kitchen. Cascade Lake and Moran Park were just a short drive away, and it's easy to catch a morning ferry back to the mainland because the house is also close to the ferry terminal in the other direction.
Thank you, Sherri, for hosting us so wonderfully -- we hope to return next summer!

We had a comfortable, easy stay at the clean and spacious home, close to the town of Eastsound. It was a nice base for the family, exploring Moran State Park and doing some crabbing and clamming nearby.

Enjoyed the place. However the TV was not user friendly plus there was no DVD as listed. The back sliding door did not lock. The listing does not mention how steep the road is…. Tho close to Eastsound it surely was not walkable

This was our first VRBO and the property is lovely. It is located close to the town so it was very convenient? Our daughter was traveling with my husband and I and having her own bedroom and bathroom downstairs gave her privacy. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning looking out on the water. We would highly recommend this property.

Tranquil
The property is set among towering trees with views of the water. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck listening to the birds. We spotted deer several mornings as well. Even though it feels secluded, it is only a short walk into town. However, there is a steep road leading to the house which makes the walk back a bit challenging, but doable. Otherwise it's a quick two minute drive to town. Excellent location. The property was spotless and very comfortable. The house was well stocked with the essentials. We really enjoyed our stay!

Quiet neighborhood in the forest with good views. Close to town and other sites for quick trips as well. We are coming back.

We had a wonderful extended weekend stay!
The property was perfect for families with young children. They had everything we could have possibly needed and more (pack n play, high chair, kid dishes, and even a few fun children's books!). The location was perfect for exploring all ends of the island. Definitely would stay again if we ever returned to the island.

The perfect escape!
The pictures do not do the property justice. From the furnishings, the condition of the house, and the peaceful views, this was truly a beautiful property. The location was just a quick walk or drive to downtown Eastsound and was perfect for our weekend away.

Relaxing getaway with a treehouse feel!
We had a wonderful time at this home during spring break. The home is very comfortable. The weather didn't cooperate most of the time that we were there but it was so nice to be able to see the sound from most of the rooms in the house. The bedding was nice and the mattress was so comfortable that we bought that same mattress for our house! The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. I think that the only improvement would be to provide more living room seating. Sherry was a fantastic host that was on top of everything. We have already recommended this property to other friends of ours.

Great place in Eastsound!
Stayed here with my family and we absolutely loved it. Very quiet and private and a short walk to Eastsound. Inside was clean and incredibly well stocked. Will rent again!

The property manager made every effort to make sure our stay was incredible. She was communicative, flexible, and beyond accommodating. The house was extremely comfortable and clean. The beds were fabulous! We will be back! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Kitchen has everything needed to prepare a few meals. Comfy beds, beautiful view, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Orcas.

Lovely Family Vacation
Our family of 5 (kids ages 10, 13, 14) thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Orcas. This house was configured just right for our crew and provided a great base for our adventures. The weather was lovely and we look full advantage of the large back deck. We walked in to Eastsound at least once a day. The hill to the driveway is steep but still walkable for our able-bodied group.

Wonderful place and location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful and the location great. Town and the beach were just a walk away from the house. We will stay here again for sure.

It was great to take several walks a day to the beach. As other reviewers have said, there is a hill to get up to the property (5 or so minutes of walking), so if walking mobility is an issue, this is something to know. The driveway into the road and into the house itself was a little tough for our low-clearance Prius, but this was a minor concern. Just something to note. If you bring a dog, there is a great off leash dog park within a 5 minute drive. And if you play pickleball, there are some great courts in that park area.
