Cet appareil a été acheté en janvier 2012, il est situé au 3ème étage et surplombe la plus belle plage des États-Unis. Nous sommes venus à la région en 2008 et sommes allés en vacances ici 2-3 fois par an depuis. Sentir le sable entre vos orteils sur cette plage est l'un des vrais plaisirs de la vie. Il y a une raison que cette plage est classé n ° 1 aux États-Unis.
Cette unité est au troisième étage, et dès la première seconde vous arrivez, vous vous rendrez compte combien parfait cet endroit est pour non seulement vous-même mais aussi toute la famille ou entre amis. Il ne reste plus rien à faire, mais l'amour de votre temps loin de la maison. Les vues spectaculaires depuis le troisième étage sera à couper le souffle. Lorsque vous êtes debout sur la plage de quartz blanc pur qui reste frais dans le soleil de Floride, vous allez adorer la sensation du sable fin entre vos orteils. La raison IMPRESSIONNANT cela est la meilleure plage de l'Amérique.
Le salon est bien équipé avec tous les conforts de la maison, y compris un grand écran de télévision, lecteur de DVD et l'accès à Internet sans fil. Une cuisine entièrement équipée vous permet de cuisiner tout ce que vous voulez et il est à quelques pas de la zone du centre-ville qui a un grand choix et une super ambiance pour le plaisir. Il y a deux chambres, chacune avec sa propre salle de bain récemment rénové. Le canapé convertible permettra jusqu'à six personnes à profiter des vacances confortablement. Tout est prévu, du linge de maison de serviettes de plage et des jouets. Notre partie préférée de la copropriété est la véranda spacieuse que vous aurez envie de manger vos repas et profiter du coucher de soleil. Restez dans une zone qui est familial et convivial, à quelques pas du centre-ville pour faire du shopping et un grand choix de restaurants. Chaque jour est ce qu'on en fait! Love the stay! Very clean and the furniture was nice. Close to everything....shops, restaurants and steps away from the beach.

Great location! Close to beach and down town is walkable. Pool is on back side of condo so the pool use is very separate from the beach. Fully stocked condo and beach locker. Wish there was a washer and dryer in unit. The shared washer and dryer was close proximity to the unit and seemed to work well. The master bedroom door stuck and did not fully shut. Ice maker in freezer was slow so we bought a bag of ice. Loved the floors and no carpet, just area rugs. Vacuum was provided in the unit. Nice counter top and working dishwasher, but no pantry. Very spacious and comfortable condo.

Overall our stay at this property was good. The biggest downfall are the lack of amenities. Every other vacation rental we have been in has had condiments, baggies, aluminum foil, travel size shampoo and conditioner. Those things are so convenient and make a big difference when traveling. Also, the cleanliness of the property could have been a bit better. The floor was sticky, and the comforters needed a good wash or replaced. As far as furniture there really needs to be another couch or love seat in the main room. The 3 chairs provided were very uncomfortable. The porch and dining room tables worked well. Also, the beach items could be updated. Many of the chairs lacked straps and or were broken. Also, a beach wagon would have been wonderful. It’s a long walk to the beach without having those items.
We enjoyed our time at this property, however for the price some of these things would make the stay more convenient.

Great location across from the public beach and easy walk to the village (although there is a free trolley). Nice amenities, staff easy to work with; check-in process went very smoothly.

We arrived and Siesta Key is beautiful!. They have pubic transpiration, a trolley that goes from one end to the other end of island. Beaches are clean clear water, warm beautiful

Great view
We had a great week at Siesta Key. The condo was very nice, had everything you need and then some. The view was great. We spent all indoor time on the lanai enjoying the view. I would recommend this condo if you are thinking of staying at Siesta Key.

Lanai and location were great
We did a lot of walking during this stay but that was great for us. Walked the beach and to the village every evening for dinner. Every night we sat on the lanai. Sunsets from the beach, a short walk away, were amazing. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Very nice place and we would stay again.

We loved that there was a short walk to the beach and that this place had a beautiful view. Loved having our coffee out on the lanai in the morning. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Was grateful that they had beach chairs and an umbrella.

We had a great vacation good location,nice views . Unit had a very comfortable bed. Bedroom needs new carpet and cleaning crew needs to do a better job as there was a dirty sock in bedroom closet and hair in shower and bathroom floor, chips on porch. No big deal but I paid for a clean unit and that’s what I expect.

Nice condo. Clean. Beds were good. I expected Kleenex and more bathroom tissue but that was easy to purchase. View was wonderful! Close to the beach access as well.

From the super clean & well kept condo and complex to the super comfortable master bedroom mattress, this condo exceeded all of our expectations! This was our first visit to Siesta Key and we fell in love with the area. We will definitely be back!

Best Location for the Best Beach
From the very first second we walked in the door, I knew we chose the right property. We could see through the whole condo, directly onto Siesta Beach.
Everything was provided for, coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas. The bathrooms were beautiful, the kitchen fully stocked, even though we went out for most meals.
The place was perfect, the beach/island is beautiful.
Definitely coming back.

I would high recommend this condo for its great location, amenities and you can't beat how clean the property is. There are endless great restaurants within a short walk, drive , or you can use the free shuttle. The condo is set up for cooking with all the amenities that you could possibly need for your week + stay. I can't say enough great things about this property!

Best Vacation EVER!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Crescent Royale. The view from the lanai was amazing. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We walked to The Village many nights while we were there and spent our days on the beach. The condo came equipped with everything we need to make our beach days perfect, chairs, toys, towels, etc. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for an awesome vacation!

Another wonderful vacation!
My wife and I had another great time in this condo - second year in a row. We loved the weather, the views, the beach and the accommodations. It all made for a perfect way to re-charge the batteries, so to speak. The updated security and the switch to salt water in the beautiful pool were nice additions this year, as well. Looking forward to going back next year for sure.

Great Condo!
My wife and I stayed at this condo for a week and we had a great time. The condo has everything you need. The views from the lanai and master bedroom are awesome! It was great having use of the beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. The condo itself is roomy and well laid out. The furniture is extremely comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms are very nice. We loved the fact you can walk to Siesta Key Village if you'd like - approximately one mile. One other note ... when we first arrived, there was an issue with the wireless internet connection. Within 30 minutes, someone from the office came to fix the problem. We were very impressed! All in all, we can't recommend this condo enough ... would definitely return!!

This is the WHOLE package! Perfect vacation spot.
My family recently stayed at this condo, and we can't recommend it highly enough. This is a great location! You walk directly across the street to the beach and can see/hear the ocean from the lanai. It was a wonderful treat having all the beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc. available for use, especially if you fly and are unable to pack those things. The unit itself feels luxurious...the kitchen & baths are nicer than mine at home! The pool, covered parking, & easy check-in are extra nice bonuses too. We also enjoyed Siesta Village for dinner & drinks. No need to drive...We walked there & took the free cabs home. Book it!

Wonderful Week of R&R on the Beach
Undoubtedly our best beach experience ever. We can see why it was voted #1 in the US. The condo was very well equipped and perfectly situated with a magnificent view of the beach. Morning walks on the beach and evening walks to the village were also an awesome experience. We had a wonderful time and definitely would come back.

The listing and photos are accurate. What you see is what you get. Beautiful condo. Very spacious and clean. Updates such as granite countertop is very nice.
As for the property itself, Crescent Royale is right across from Siesta Key public beach parking and 10 minute walk to Siesta Village. Pool area is very clean, indeed, the entire property is nicely manicured and maintained. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Close to best beach
Stayed in November 2013, adult couple and daughter. The condo was very clean, pleasantly furnished, quiet, and well equipped. It's about one mile to the closest restaurants, stores etc, (We ate at The Cottage twice, it was excellent). Management at the office was very friendly and helpful. Neighbours were quite welcoming. The beach is literally across the road and was very nice. The pool area is also very nice, and clean, though we spent most of the time at the beach. We appreciated the beach towels, toys and chairs provided; a new beach umbrella would be appreciated, other than that no complaints we had a great stay and will definitely be back.

Family Vaca
My family and I had a wonderful time at this property in October, 2013. We are familiar with Siesta Key and the beach but this was our first time staying right on Siesta Key. The location is perfect. My wife and I love the beach but the kids can only handle a couple hours before they get restless. Having the condo across the street allowed the the kids (supervised by our oldest) to go over to the pool or back to the room for a bit while we soaked in a little more precious beach time. We took advantage of the free taxi service that runs around Siesta Key and also walked into the Village which is very close by. Morning walks on the beach and beautiful sunsets every night literally outside your door. Very very nice!
We are planning on going back soon and would highly recommend this unit for a family getaway.

Great 4th of July Vacation
This is a great condo in Siesta Key. It is located just a few steps from the beach with all of the amenities you would need for a great get a way that feels like home. We went the week of the 4th of July and had a great time. We had dinner at some of the best restaurants in Siesta Key, Sarasota and Longboat Key which are all nearby. The Crescent Royal condominiums are perfect for a week long trip to the beach. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai and watching fireworks on the 4th.This was our first trip to Siesta Key we loved the white powder beaches! I highly recommend VRBO #403774 as your next vacation.
