Des vacances de rêve pour la famille et les petits enfants. 28 personnes AUCUN GROUPE OU PROM. Maison neuve à Surf City, à quelques pas de la plage, 10-12 chambres à coucher, 7 salles de bain complètes plus 2 salles de bain, 6 000 pieds carrés. Surf City est une ville familiale et vous pouvez vous promener à tout ce dont vous aurez besoin et vous pourrez garer votre voiture pour la semaine. La location est de 18h du vendredi à 13h vendredi. PREMIER ETAGE: garage, ASCENSEUR, grande chambre avec lits superposés pour enfants avec 8 lits superposés, chambre / bain queen, salle de sport avec sauna, salle de jeux en verre donnant sur la cour avec deuxième cuisine / bar, table de ping-pong, air hockey, baby-foot et boîte, grande salle de laveuse / sécheuse. DEUXIÈME ÉTAGE: 4 suites king privées avec salle de bain et placards. 1 suite dispose d'un canapé-lit dans la pièce supplémentaire, 1 suite avec un canapé, un matelas pneumatique et une aire de jeu et 2 suites avec 2 lits simples. Demi-bain dans le hall et sur le pont extérieur commun. TROISIÈME ÉTAGE: grande cuisine design avec grand îlot et coin repas pour 18 personnes, coin repas extérieur sur le pont, grand salon et solarium avec coin bar complet de 12 pieds, cheminée. Master suite avec salle de bain, dressing et terrasse privée. Chambre privée supplémentaire dans la suite principale. Grande terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur la baie et l'océan avec coin salon. ESPACE ARRIÈRE (entièrement conçu avec des pavés): comprend un barbecue à gaz, un foyer à gaz, une piscine creusée chauffée de 16 x 32 pi, un bain à remous creusé de 10 x 12 pi pouvant accueillir 14 personnes et une table de pique-nique pouvant accueillir 16 personnes. Nous fournissons les draps, les édredons, les oreillers, les serviettes de bain, les serviettes et les serviettes de piscine. A votre arrivée, tous les lits seront faits pour vous avec des draps propres. Nous lavons tous les draps lorsque vous partez et le nettoyage est inclus. The house was amazing. The host was amazing. This house has everything. We celebrated a 60th birthday on May 11th. The pool and hot tub were warmed perfectly and added an extra layer to the family celebration. We had an issue with the bbq grill which was rectified instaneously. Jim wants to ensure all renters are completely satisfied which we were. this house gets a 10 star rating.

We just finished up a weekend stay at this amazing house. There was so much room which allowed everyone to have privacy. The top floor living area was wide open which allowed multiple people to have conversations. The icing on the cake was the outdoor pool and hot tub. We were pleasantly surprised it was opened and heated this early in the season. Even with the cool air we were in it all the time. Jim was super responsive and we could reach him by phone or text. Will definitely book again!

We had a great winter stay at this house for a family reunion. We had 12 total (4 separate family groups) staying and everyone had their own private space to go to, which was nice. The amenities during the winter are less (e.g., pool, hot tub closed, didn't utilize the beach chairs, towels, beach much), but it was nice as LBI wasn't crowded. (However, a lot of restaurants, stores, etc. were definitely closed). It truly is a hop, skip and jump away from the beautiful shore, and easily walkable (even for my elderly parents with a walker).
It was nice as we were able to check in a bit earlier as it was a slow season time period. The huge kitchen table was a bonus for us to all be able to sit together. The kitchen supplies were decent (not top notch, but work!). Small items that you need for cooking would have been nice to have as a staple there (we forgot vegetable oil, cooking spray, salt and pepper, coffee filters). For the cost of the house per day, it would have been nice not to have to lug toilet paper, paper towels, tissue, facial tissue, dish washing pods, plastic bags for small garbage bins, etc. (Making you more likely to take everything with you vs. leaving it for the next person). There was some confusion on check out (We didn't know we had to wash our bath towels prior to leaving to avoid a $150 fee) - from our understanding, it was the beach towels from the basement, which we didn't use. Regardless, beautiful huge house, free cable and wifi, and enjoyed our stay!

If you can imagine the most perfect location with the most amazing amenities, you might still not imagine how amazing this house is. Beautiful inside and out with large suites for all our family members was just the beginning of our amazing reunion! The elevator made it simple to get my 82 year old mother and her 87 year old sister around the house. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals for our extended family and a table huge enough to accommodate everyone at the same time. The weather did not dampen our time spent in the heated pool and the extra large hot tub. There was even a very competitive game of Horse played in the pool as Ophelia dumped heavy rain down. The short easy walk to the beach was good for the sisters to be able to see the ocean up close. Jim, was easy to reach by phone and text and is a super host! We hated to leave the oasis, but can't wait to return!! The pictures don't do it justice as the house was super clean, spacious with amazing views all around.

With all the 5 star reviews, our expectations were very high when we booked this property. We had a team building retreat for our staff and the house exceeded our high expectations! The house is beautifully designed for a large group. The pictures do not do it justice. If you have a large group looking for a cozy but spacious home that is steps away from the beach, don’t hesitate and book it!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at this property and once again it did not disappoint. The accommadations were perfect for a family get to together in honor of our 90 year old grandmother. There is ample space to gather for games and conversation. I would recommend this proprty to anyone and will defintely be back! Thank you Jim for having us!

With such a large family this is the only house that really fits us comfortably with plenty of bedrooms and in suite bathrooms. Jim is extremely responsive as a host. Highly recommend for large groups but difficult to get a reservation as repeat guests return every year.

We went away to spend time with family. There was enough place for everyone all age groups to have place to play. We had great weather so we were able to walk on the beach and enjoy the beautiful erea this beautiful house had to offer. The manager called to make sure everything was good after check in and was always available whenever and whatever the questions where.

The property was everything we expected. We went to the shore for a birthday weekend in January they were expecting that we would be caught in the middle of SnowMageddon. We did not let that stop us from having a wonderful time. The property was so complete there was no need to go out in the bad weather. Beautiful living space, game room to keep the children happy, and plenty of room to stretch out in. We had a wonderful time.

The property is gorgeous, enough room for 8 families to have their own space, bedroom and bathroom, but yet also interact with the family. The proximity to the beach is great and the roof top sitting area is awesome for hanging out. The pictures do not do this rental justice. We rented in March so we couldn’t take advantage of the pool or hot tub. Would love to come back!

We celebrated Christmas later this year due to Covid. 22 of us with enough room to spare. The house is in the perfect location and Jim was response to all our needs. Everyone felt it was perfect!!!!

This was a great place for our family gathering! The bedrooms were well situated, spacious and the beds were comfortable! A good time was had by all. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely come back!

This house is absolutely beautiful! I celebrated my 50th birthday there with family and friends and we had a wonderful time. We had 19 people stay at the house and it was so much room to be together or just branch out to have your own space. I really didn't have any complaints about this house. Everyone in my party gave the house great reviews. Its a house you can stay in and just be comfortable. The beach is very close to the house and stores are conveniently close. The owner is very gracious,accommodating and gets to your concern promptly. I can tell you, you won't be disappointed with this house! I plan to rent it again next year.
