3000 Sq ft, 4 bedrooms plus office, heated private pool, pool table & Tiki bar!
Notre maison est de 3000 pieds carrés et est située dans un très beau quartier de la belle surprise de l'Arizona. La piscine privée et le bar tiki éclairé sont parfaits pour recevoir à l'extérieur, ainsi qu'une table de billard, et deux salles familiales pour se divertir à l'intérieur. Chambre # 1 au rez-de-chaussée avec lit Queen et salle de bain principale. A l'étage # 2 chambres avec lit king # 3 chambres avec lit queen partagent une salle de bain, # 4 chambre très grand maître avec lit king, salle de bain privée et balcon. Cette maison est non fumeur.

We had all the amenities/accessories we could need while staying here. Lovely home with a small park across the street. Grocery store and restaurants within a short 5 minute drive. Seperate living spaces for larger groups. Only "negative" thing was no hottub. Listening said it had ine but its the tub in the primary bedroom upstairs. Not a deal breaker by any means! The primary bedroom and bathroom was to die for! So big and shower was amazing! Will definitely stay here again when we come back!

To get away from the midwestern winters, we escape to AZ in February. This year, we tried Surprise, and it did not disappoint. We stayed the week before spring training games started, so local restaurants were busy, but not crazy. Ask for the happy hour menu at the Toast... great appetizers and drink specials. Really enjoyed the heated pool, and 4 bedrooms for 4 ladies was the best. Great hiking nearby at White Tanks park, plus a walking trail through the neighborhood. We also found out that you're never too old for ping-pong. Kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of grocery stores nearby. We did have a few minor issues with the cleaning, but owner was very kind and responsive through VRBO messaging. Would definitely recommend.

We has a great time, the house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The house was large enough to let everyone to have their own room with tv… The grandsons loved the warm pool and at night it was family game time on the pool table and ping pong table … I would highly recommended this house and the owner …

Four couples stayed in this four bedroom house for the USTA tennis tournament in February. It was very adequate for what we needed. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t quite nice enough to enjoy the tiki bar or the pool but nonetheless it was very enjoyable.

We Loved the House and all the amenities that are available, unfortunately the pool heater decided to stop working, so the pool was not an option in Decembers weather. Fortunately these owners are caring and tried diligently to get it fixed. Lucky for us Lisa called and apologized and gave us a refund for the pool being unusable!!! I would definitely recommend this House!!

Awesome House and visit
We really enjoyed the house and the awesome pool!!! The location was great for us! The only thing that could have been better is if MLB wasn't in a lockout... we didn't get to watch any games.

Sibling Get Together
6 siblings, who had to cancel 2 vacations d/t Covid finally get together. We could not have picked a better place. This house is a vacation paradise, all we had to supply was the food and drinks. The backyard pool and patio, where we spent most of our time, allowed all of us to sit back and relax. Lisa, your place is a 5-star vacation home in every way.

AWESOME!!
The property was awesome, inside and out! What a beautiful home. Wish I had it !!! We had a family reunion and split time between this house and our son's and everyone enjoyed coming over. The inside is so gorgeous and there was nothing it didn't have. The only one thing I would suggest is get a better internet service. It wasn't very good and kicked us off a lot. Other then that is was a perfect trip and I would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Great Place for the Family!
We were very happy with this rental for our vacation to Surprise. The house was exactly as described, I would say some of the pictures didn't do it justice - it was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was perfect and the instructions given for the house were easy to follow and very informative. Our only hiccup was with the wi-fi as it was spotty throughout certain times of the day which made it challenging for work purposes. But overall, we were happy with this rental and would definitely recommend to others!

BEST VRBO I HAVE EVER RENTED!!!!
What a nice home!!! Everything was just perfect. Easy living at its best!! Pool was wonderful, bedding and towels very nice, kitchen a great place to cook in!!! Only left to go hiking and hit Sedona otherwise my family was so happy at the house...Thanks so much to Brad who helped me.....

Spring Training Trip
This was a quality property. Everything was as described and then some. We had 8 people and were very comfortable. We cooked a lot and had everything we needed. Owner was very prompt and cordial. Very quiet neighborhood yet close to amenities. Would rent again.

Perfect Family Reunion Base Camp
This house is just as advertised, but honestly, was better than we ever hoped for. The location, the great condition, the very nice furnishings and fully equipped kitchen...it just could not have been better. Fun for ball families
We stayed here for a tournament in Peoria and so happy we did! The house was clean,well stocked and so big! We were 3 families - the boys loved the pool table and when they weren’t at the diamonds, spent hours in the heated pool. Only thing is could have used a couple of extra pool and bath towels. Loved the area it was in and it made our trip one of the best yet! Thanks Lisa!

Excellent vacation spot

Wonderful vacation House!
We all had a wonderful time staying in this well equipped spacious vacation home. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard with the nice warm pool, seating area and especially the soft grassy area for our 1 and 3 year old grandsons to play in! The dining table was large enough to accommodate everyone. The kitchen was well located attached to the dining room/great room so the cooks could be a part of everything. The park and grassy area with jogging trails across the street were a big hit. This house is great for families!

This was a vacation house I would definitely stay
We had so much fun here. This house has everything you need and more. Close to shopping, eating, golf and other sports arena's. We enjoyed just sitting in the backyard having a glass of wine and looking at the beautiful pool.
I don't feel anyone will be disappointed by staying in this inexpensive beautiful home.
