The list of amenities is nice, but if the amenities don't function properly, what's the point of them? Upon arrival, the cabin appeared clean and well kept. After staying there an hour, it became quite evident the opposite was true. Kitchen floor was sticky to walk across, cans of "bed bug spray" were left out next to the bed, finger/toe-nails were found on the master bedroom floor, the "towel warmer" was a towel rack that was once a warmer (didn't work), the fancy shower was broken at the shower head and spewing water out the top, the hot tub was warm, but only half of the jet are operational. The kitchen sink smelled like someone had cleaned fish in it and left them to rot. Yes, there was a can of bed bug spray, but not a can of Febreeze to cover that smell. I've stayed in cleaner campsites. I normally don't even write reviews, and certainly not to complain about cleanliness. However, this place not only fell far short of my expectations, but it was bad enough for me to take time to point these things out to warn future renters.

We then got a text message at 245 saying that we couldn't check in until 430 because it still needed to be cleaned! Cabin was clean, the view was great, bed was comfortable, movie theatre was fun and hot tub nice! We saw three bears pulling out of driveway one afternoon and was very cool! Drive up a little steep but wasn’t too bad. Blue Moose burger and wings was great and the Local Goat awesome for burgers! Would stay at this cabin again!!!

Definitely another day in paradise... they have this cabin named right. We fell in love and didn’t want to leave! Cabins inside was perfectly clean and in order. Outside living/porch area could have used a bit more attention (cobwebs and dusty especially around the fireplace/tv area). I would recommend a leaf blower to blow everything off then it would have been just right.
Because this is a 2 person cabin the theater room with 4 theater seats didn't really make sense. We did all our movie watching out on the couch because it was more comfortable than sitting in movie theater seats.
We would have loved to see a large comfortable 2 person recliner in place of the theater seats.
Overall loved the cabin and looking forward to returning in the future.

A couple negatives: the shower had some issues with leaking or inoperative shower heads, the pool table room is really to small for a pool table (need a short cue) and the road to it would be very tricky in winter conditions. It was clean and ready to check in. Except for the shower, it was well maintained. We'll be back.

The picture on the website are great, BUT, in person it is just WOW!! The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable and the porch and outdoors were spectacular! We ran out of wood and immediately someone came with more. We did have a problem with the washer leaking all over the kitchen floor, but again, someone came right out and repaired it. If we ever get back to TN, we will stay at this cabin again. A very romantic place to spend an anniversary!

We had a storm come thru, the gate by the firewood was broke so it banged against the house right by the bedroom keeping us up all night, trim on floor was loose in kitchen, pool table was very dirty, floors were dirty with hair and bobby pins all over the place, after using the dishwasher we still had to hand wash them, toilet in the bedroom was loose. BUT it was a very nice place overall and we will be back just I will probably clean it myself next time =-)

I got up before sun rise each day. After enjoying the rise and a cup of coffee, the hot tub was a great start to the day. Heaven on earth may have been a better name.
My only suggestion, the game room and theater room were a waste of space. This would be a perfect cabin of 4 if the two rooms mentioned were combined into a second bedroom.

We were here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The location is not too far off the main road to be inconvenient, yet secluded enough to escape the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg central. Property manager stayed in constant contact to make sure we were doing OK and the check-in process was great. Very professional. Would definitely recommend this to others.
