Cozy copropriété studio de 300 pieds carrés avec une petite kitchenette, parfait pour une escapade en couple, 2-3 amis, ou une famille avec enfants en bas âge. Probablement un peu trop confortable pour 4 adultes.

Il se trouve à quelques pas de la piscine et des bains à remous du village supérieur récemment rénovés. Les nageurs peuvent nager sous un mur vers l'extérieur! L'accès à la piscine est fermé de fin septembre au week-end d'ouverture et à la fermeture du week-end au Memorial Day.

This condo is the perfect size for 1-2 people. It is also the perfect location. It’s just a short walk to Main St. I also loved having the Sawmill trail so close. Great place!!

We didn't love:
The construction noise across the street and busy 4 O'clock road
The comfort level of the Murphy and pull out beds
The RV-like size of the bathroom sink and shower

Loved the creek running through, the property was close to the bus lines or a short walk to town. Loved that there was onsite parking also. The property owners were excellent at communicating too. Overall we had a great stay.

It was a short walk to the lift but able to ski almost to our door. Room was clean but small. Good for 2 people.
Shower was only 3x3 feet. Refrigerator was tiny. Couldn't fit a gallon of milk and 2 liter of soda at the same time. It was the first place we ever stayed at that required us to empty trash before we left. My biggest complaint were the thermostats. They were very difficult to operate and we had problems getting it warm.

My husband and I stayed here for a trip out to Breckenridge for the first time. This place was a gem. Perfect for a couple. Small but super efficient. Amazingly well organized and better stocked than some larger places we have stayed in. Across the street from the Snow Flake lift which was so convenient and we could ski back along 4 O'clock run right to the back door. Able to walk around the village. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was a perfect size for my wife and I. Easy walk to the Snowflake lift with all our gear and we were able to ski back at the end of the day. Walking into town was easy as well. The space itself was well organized and the owners are easy to communicate with.

The condo was in a great location with easy ski in access and a short 2 min walk to the lift. It’s perfect for 2 people, but can be a little small with luggage and ski gear. Overall a great place! The host checked in on us multiple times and allowed us to check in early!

Condo was spotless upon arrival and had everything my adult son and I needed to enjoy a couple of days skiing. Immediate access to Breckenridge ski area with a short walk to snowflake lift and the ability to ski back to the parking lot of the building. Short downhill walk to downtown Breckenridge shops and restaurants. Host clearly communicated check in and check out procedures and proactively allowed us to check in as soon as the unit was ready. Hope to return to this unit next year!

Great small condo close to snowflake lift. Condo was spotless. We asked for extra pillows and they were delivered immediately. Great communication from host. We would stay again!

Could have had more open information about the shuttle or bus routes to get around town. Uber was about the most expensive in this town than I have ever seen!

Small but really well stocked. Perfect for a couple. Loved the location. Close to Snowflake lift and easy to ski in. Walked to town easily, but bus stops were nearby as well. Very comfortable - had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for our 4 day trip to snowboard at Breck. We had a 5 minute walk up to the Snowflake lift and a 7 minute walk downhill to the middle of town. Everything we needed was provided and our stay was comfortable. I highly recommend!

This was my first time skiing in real mountains and the location of our rental actually enhanced our experience. The ski-in / ski-out factor was really great. My wife doesn’t ski and the location made it easy for her to get around and explore the town.

There are thoughtful touches throughout, quality choices (the towels, the extras), all making for a pleasant stay so close to a lift and close to town. Walking everywhere, even in a blizzard, was possible and fun. The hot tubs are a 5-minute walk as well. I’d stay again! Thanks!

Awesome little spot. My wife and I came into town for a wedding and it was perfect for the two of us. Walking distance to Main Street and seconds away from the free ride bus. Would definitely recommend this spot!

The condo was real close to the Main St where everything is at! We rented some bikes down the St and went biking down to frisco! Condo was clean and perfect for a couple or small family! We didn’t have to drive anywhere!

Perfect location for a solo ski trip. About 200 yards to snowflake lift out the front of the property and 4 o’clock to town out the back. It is small but it worked for me. I can’t imagine 4 adults staying here. Clean sheets and a comfortable bed.

Suzanne and Jim’s condo is the perfect accomodation for a ski weekend or holiday. We travelled as two friends in our mid twenties and the accomodation had everything we needed. You couldn’t ask for a better location to ski in and out of. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

Very clean, easy access to the lift and you can practically ski straight in off the slopes. Owners were very responsive and instructions to get in were clear and easy to follow. Highly Recommend.

Cozy condo with everything we (my husband, my 11 year old daughter, and I) needed and literally steps away from the lift. The condo was extremely clean along with enough small appliances and kitchen supplies to cook a few small meals. Highly recommend!
