Belle maison sur l'un des points les plus élevés de Castle Rock! Si vous aimez les magnifiques couchers de soleil, les vues épiques sur les montagnes et l'incroyable observation des tempêtes, mais avec un cadre isolé dans le Colorado, vous adorerez cette maison.
La maison se trouve sur 9,6 acres, mais les épiceries et les restaurants sont faciles à marcher de l'autre côté de la rue et les activités de plein air et l'accès à l'autoroute sont tous à moins de 2 miles.
Profitez du poêle à bois dans le salon par des soirées fraîches et enneigées et observez la faune à travers les fenêtres entourant la salle à manger. Cette charmante maison tranquille offre une belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Des chambres confortables et spacieuses et de nombreux lits supplémentaires pour la famille ou le divertissement.
Des sentiers incroyablement cool juste devant la porte vers de grands affleurements rocheux spectaculaires et des endroits à explorer. Idéal pour les aventures d'enfants, les amoureux de la nature ou les photographes! J'ai récemment ajouté deux bancs incroyables fixés aux rochers pour ces photos épiques avec vue sur la montagne! Et pour les enfants de cœur, j'ai ajouté une console de retour ATARI avec 120 jeux ATARI rétro des années 80!

Very clean, beautiful view of the mountains, close to stores, lots of games, perfect for a family with kids. Loved sitting by the fire pit and looking at the mountains! Host is good communicator and helpful!

We have happily rented this property three times, and each time gets better. It is the prefect spot for a family with kids. Beautiful views, and so convenient to Castle Rock. Brian, the owner, is so easy to work with. We will be back.

My husband, our 4 kids ages 3 - 20, and my mom stayed for a week. There was more than enough room, the house was generously stocked, and the view from the property can’t be beat. Highly recommended!!!!

We wanted to stay in Colorado with s wonderful view. We found the perfect house in Castle Rock
The view out the back patio is just outstanding. An unobstructed view of the Front Range including Pike’s Peak, Sleeping Giant, and Mt. Evans. In the morning I’d wake up and and enjoy a cup of tea with a view. In the evening my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine and a marvelous sunset.
The location of the house is between Pikes Peak and Denver which makes it a great location for road trips.
The owner of the house was attentive to all our questions and needs. It was a great stay for us.
Overall I’d recommend this location for anyone wanting a great view at a reasonable price in Colorado.

As has been said, the views are breathtaking. We also found the location perfect for our adventures both in Colorado Springs and Denver/Boulder. We loved the privacy of the property too. Despite “neighbors”, it was really secluded and we felt right at home.

There were at least 3 mice in the house. They were found in the master bedroom and the kitchen.

We had a great stay with no issues. The views from the backyard were so beautiful. We had plenty of room and felt like we were at home being away from home. We would definitely recommend the property.

Great location, spectacular views, very nice lower level apartment that is well-represented by the photos. The main bedroom has a recurring ceiling leak, but Brian responded quickly when we contacted him. Other than some missing household items, the apartment is very well-stocked and nicely decorated and furnished. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this property to others.

We needed a base to stay near family, close to Denver to visit friends, and to drive to Copper to ski for a day. We especially loved to bunk room for a cousin camp out! It was a great location that met all our needs! And the VIEWS!!!!

Celebrated my son's wedding at a venue nearby. Just a tip to the owner though. The driveway entrance could be marked better to find property. Also, I'm used to soap and shampoo to be provided. The supply was minimal. Insignificant details but enjoyed our stay overall.

This was our experience - stayed one night and then had to evacuate because of a mice infestation. Was disappointed when we checked in- the place does not look like the pictures, only one “bedroom” has a closet, you have to walk through a “bedroom” to get to another bedroom - the house and furniture look very worn and tired. Brian was response to our calls concerning the mice but we expected a full refund but only got partial. We were really stressed finding a place for with our four grandkids when we had to evacuate but luckily a friend helped us out.

Our family of 6 stayed here for a wedding at the Sanctuary Golf Resort. Awesome views! We enjoyed playing basketball, the spectacular bench overlooking the valley, and playing board games inside and out. Grocery and gas store was very close by. The owner/host graciously made an early check-in happen and installed an a/c unit prior to checking in -was a hot weekend! Would most definitely stay here again! Thanks Brian!!

Beautiful
Brian was great with communicating! The property was perfect for our family and close to all that we wanted to do! We will remember our CO trip forever! VRBO is always the way to go - we were very happy with our space - especially the patio in the evenings for grilled dinners, campfires and the scenery.

We had a great time!
Overall the property was a great location for us, and we had a great family getaway. There were a few issues that came up… the pullout bed was broken, the washing machine broke in the middle of the wash cycle, and the ceiling leaked in the master bedroom. Thankfully we caught the leak before it went into our luggage. The views were beautiful though!

Close to everything, but very quiet and beautiful. We loved hiking Castle Rock early one morning, then a great breakfast in town. The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean except for one area of a bedroom. We will stay here again. Owner was very easy to work with.

Great location with incredible view
We were in Castle Rock for a wedding in Castle Pines. The house was wonderful and conveniently located. Everything needed was provided, making us feel right at home. Beautiful inside and out, especially the view across to the mountains.

Our sons wedding
Our son was married at a venue in Castle Rock. Our VRBO was conviently located between the rehersal dinner, the wedding and Denver. It was the perfect location and a beautiful location.

Nice home in a quiet area
Had everything we could want. The layout is a bit unusual, and we didn't understand from our reading of the listing that the attached buildings were being used by other renters. However, our space was super private and had beautiful territorial views of the city and Rockies in the distance. And Brian was an excellent host.
