"Evangelyn" est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée très propre et bien entretenu situé au 218 ouest de l'Arctique. Cette location est considérée en bord de mer, mais vous devez traverser une route à sens unique très calme pour accéder aux deux entrées de plage différentes directement de l'autre côté de la rue. "Evangelyn" est l'une des 3 unités d'une maison privée. Il y a une unité à l'étage et deux petites unités en bas. "Evangelyn" a deux chambres et une salle de bain pleine grandeur. La première chambre a un lit queen size, un placard et une commode. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et un lit double supplémentaire, ainsi qu'un placard et une commode. Les lits sont préparés avec des draps 100% coton. Cette location a une cuisine entièrement équipée pour tous vos besoins de cuisine, une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, Comcast Wifi, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD et service Direct TV. Il y a une table de pique-nique située directement à l'extérieur pour les sièges et les repas en plein air. C'est un espace merveilleux et accueillant pour que les clients puissent se détendre et se relaxer. Situé à moins de deux pâtés de maisons des restaurants, des boutiques et de la jetée, mais sur le côté ouest plus calme de Folly. Super emplacement et bon rapport qualité / prix! Merveilleux pour un individu, un couple, deux couples ou une petite famille.

This is our second year staying here and the property is perfect for us. We don't like being inside much so it provides the minimal support we need, while being literally across the street from the beach and a few short blocks from town! It's so easy to come in and out and the beds are really comfortable. We will be back :)

Great place to stay with the beach just steps away.

It was a perfect spot for us. While some repairs need to be fone (hello we were there the end of July, can you say beyond busy time!) the house clean and perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach and very doable carrying a chair even with a bum knee. No steps to climb was a very great added benefit for us "older" ladies😁 The only thing missing was a view of the ocean but for the price we paid, we understood that limit. The dunes were pretty though. It was a great stay!

Overall nice place to stay and the location to the beach and shops is perfect! We suggest providing more beach chairs, we had to purchase 2 of our own and leave them there. Provide better outside eating area, provide charcoal grill would be nice along with an outdoor umbrella. We recommend updating the bathroom and kitchen area. We recommend replacing front door and if possible add a screen door. All around we enjoyed our stay and look forward to being back next year!!

Lovely and quaint apartment. Easy to book and easy to communicate with the owners. Wonderful beach access right across the road. Easy commute to downtown Charleston. We hope to come back and stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying here! It was very clean and conveniently located to the beach and shopping and entertainment! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Lynn who was extremely kind and welcoming! We will be back!

over all good, a few things needs to be addressed. the (up stairs) neighbor t.v. could be heard (clearly) from the door that was bolted and locked (leading upstairs). the entire place needs a fresh coat of paint, the bathroom vanity needs to be replaced.

I have stayed at Evangeline before with family & kids, so I knew that it was the perfect place for my girlfriend and I to have a quick, last minute Folly visit this time around. The home was as before, clean/tidy and comfy. The location is one of the best; across from the beach, in the quiet area but still a short walk from everything such as Center St, pier, restaurants & shops.

We truly enjoyed this rental and everything within it. Every step was covered and very easy to utilize. The location was just perfect with 2 small children and senior adults for getting to everything (beach) especially. It was the best arrangement for us. Thank you for offering a safe very clean and exciting place to visit and stay. This was just perfect for the Easter week and getting to visit Folly Beach! 5 stars to you. P.s. we tried to clean the sand off the floors before we left because it was so clean when we arrived. Have a wonderful season. We loved all of it!

Great location. The only minor negative is that there was a lot of construction going on that we were not aware of. One of the construction truck's battery died and we ended up having to jump their truck - no problem, so a lot of extra activity with the construction.
We loved our stay though and would definitely return.

Great location, very clean, perfect for a sister getaway.
Our only issue was with renters in one of the other building units that did not respect the quiet hours. We easily heard all their noise through the shared wall, one night until 2- 3 AM. 😳 It did help some when we closed our bedroom doors.

Wonderful Place, Perfect Location
Our little family of four absolutely loved our stay at “Evangeline”! The location was perfect - short 5-minute walk to town and a super short walk to the beach. There are public restrooms and showers right at the beach access, which is great if you don’t want to track sand into the rental. The apartment was super clean and well-stocked with towels, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc. The living room was the perfect place to rest, play board games, etc. after a long day on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and plan to make it our annual Folly Beach rental location. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive to our questions. 10/10 recommend

Very clean. No stairs was nice for older folks. Short walk to beach. It would be nice if scissors, dust pan and a small vacuum were available for renters use.

Our second time staying, smaller property, but plenty of room for our family. Beach access is literally across the road.

Perfect location
The location is truly 10/10. The end of the street is nice and quiet. The rental is across the street from the beach and a 5 minute walk from the Main Street with restaurants and shopping. It was a nice quaint lower level apartment to keep our belongings and sleep.

Location is all that matters
At Folly Beach, location is all that matters. This home was amazing and served our needs perfectly. It was a quick walk from the front door to the beach, restaurants, and bars. No golf cart or wagons were needed. The home is an original build so don’t expect all of the excess and size. It is perfect for a family of 5 or two couples. The house was exceptionally clean for it’s proximity to the beach. Dedicated parking so you don’t have to pay daily. I cannot compliment the home or the management team and more.

This place is all about location. A one minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute walk to the main street. It is nothing fancy, but it is a clean place to lay your weary head. If you are planning on spending your days on the beach and going out on the town in the evenings this is the place for you. We never got in our car once we arrived until it was time to head home. Thanks for a great trip!

Nice and clean place and close to the beach and downtown area.
It was my first VRBO experience and first stay in folly beach. Check in and out were easy. I was a little nervous about getting locked out by mistake since I only had one key.

Great location and comfortable stay in Folly Beach
We stayed with our two kids and loved the location and comfort of the property. It was wonderful being so close to the beach while also a couple blocks away from the main street so it wasn't so loud in the evening. The set-up was perfect for a family with the two bedrooms. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. My only minor comment is regarding the kitchen and bath. It would be nice if there were at least a small travel size shampoo/conditioner upon arrival and things like foil, plastic wrap, and plastic bags for food storage. Loved our vacation!

Great Location!
Excellent location for getting to the beach especially since my son takes surf lessons right there at 3rd west. Not too bad of a walk to dinner either from there. Love that there’s no steps to deal with.

Easy beach access
We loved this space! It is so close to the beach and plenty of room for a small group. Having two parking spots was very nice! We were comfortable here and loved the stay. We could walk to and from the beach every day with no issues. I would recommend this place to anyone. We hope to be back in the future.

Comfortable and convenient
This property is just as pictured. Well appointed and super easy walk to beach access and downtown. Note there is no dishwasher if that is important to you. We would definitely book this property again.

Fantastic location
Located on a quite street, and extremely close to the beach. Had everything you could need: plates, cutlery, pans, bowls, etc. Super clean, with lots of extra pillows and blankets. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay again!
