This was pur 2nd year staying at this unit. If we return to PCB we plan to book here again. Condo is clean, convenient, and has all the amenities you need for a great beach vacation.

The condo itself was great! I cannot say one negative thing about the condo. The owner was excellent with communication, checkin was easy. The kitchen was my favorite this condo has a little cabinet with things you can use for cooking like spices etc which was very nice and some condiments were left in the fridge which was great!!
My only complaint about this complex was that it has A LOT of teenagers without parental supervision. They woke me up 2 nights in a row yelling , horse playing and in the pool. I did go out on the balcony and say something to them which they did end up getting out of the pool but still being very loud , this was at 2am. The next night I did talk with the security guard and she said she would keep an eye out for them that night which she did. About 1:15am I was woken up again by the teenagers being very loud and running and jumping in the pool. I did not go out on the balcony that night but I did crack the sliding door and could hear the security guard getting on to them, they got out of the pool but were still very loud. I LOVED the room itself but will not stay here again due to this.

We had an awesome stay! This property was in excellent condition and was very tastefully decorated. In addition to overhead lighting, there were several small lamps to make the place seem homey. It is well equipped with absolutely everything anyone would ever need for cooking . The view of the pool and the gulf is amazing.

This is our 3rd time visiting this condo and we just absolutely love all of it! First of all, the view of the beach and ocean from the balcony is so perfect! We also loved the comfort (beds, living room furniture), cleanliness (a little dusty, but just like no one had been there for a bit…totally not even an issue), and convenience (2nd floor - no need to use the elevator, steps from the pools and the ocean, etc.). Can’t wait to plan our next stay!

My husband and 4yo son came for fall break. Check in was easy and front desk staff were helpful and kind. No surprise additional fees. Property was well maintained and had a family owned kind of vibe. Was able to park incredibly close to our room and in and out of the complex was a breeze. Ground parking. No garage. Linens were clean and comfortable. House hold supplies more generous than I’ve experienced previously. Wi-Fi connected easily. Beach chairs were a great bonus. Two pools available and they were both warm enough for us to comfortable swim first week in October. Would definitely stay again.

We love the location of Summerhouse and all the amenities it provides. On top of that, this condo is the best unit we've stayed in at Summerhouse and will definitely seek it out to stay next time we come. The condo comes with so many extras. It's well decorated, super clean, easy access on the 2nd floor - so you can bypass the elevators. Everything about it is top notch.

The unit and property were perfect for our vacation. Beds were comfy, place was clean, and there were plenty of amenities stocked. The beach chairs and sand toys were especially appreciated so we didn’t have to pack our own. The balcony was my favorite part—a perfect view of the ocean. Most nights there is karaoke, a live band, or a poolside movie happening and you don’t even have to leave the balcony to enjoy it. The owners were very responsive to any questions as well. We loved our stay and would come back again in the future!

The condo was really nice, exactly as the pictures and description described. 6 women slept very comfortably. We were really close to Finns barista bar for coffee and food, Liza’s, and much more! The amenities were also very nice. Check your packet when you check in, the owner pays for one day of a free beach chair service that includes two beach chairs and an umbrella. When you arrive, you will get wrist bands with a scanner inside that will allow you pool and beach access. The staff runs a tight ship, so you do not need to worry about other guests having a negative impact on your stay. We ran into one hiccup where I had girls go ahead to help set up for a surprise but staff would not let them in because their names were not on the reservation and the rental manager did told me they would call front desk to help me, but seemed to have forgotten. However, I appreciated the staff sticking to their rules and would just advice any new guests to make sure that they plan accordingly for that!

We had a great week at this condo! Very convenient to the beach, parking and pool. We were far enough away from all the Spring Break commotion so the beach and pool here were not super busy which made it nice and relaxing. The beach chair service is a nice touch and the extra chairs & umbrella from the condo worked perfect for the kids. The condo has great views, very comfortable beds, and is well appointed with anything you may need. We had one minor hiccup at check-in since we didn't know the unit number but we were able to get that sorted out fairly quickly. Overall we hope to visit again!!

The rental was on the 2nd floor. Amazing views of the pools and the ocean. Next time, we would rather have a first story unit for better access to the pool/ocean. Very spacious, clean unit, with well written out rules, located above the fridge. Lots of families and kids for our kids to have entertainment. If you’re looking for an adult only or quiet location, this place is not for you. Overall it was a wonderful experience for our first family vacation! Also this has nothing to do with the rental, but thank goodness for the pools, because the seaweed, in the ocean, was absolutely terrible!!!

Prefect Location, Relaxing, Entertaining!
This is the condo for you if you like easy access to the beach, the condo itself, and parking lot! Literally steps from it all. So convenient to not have to wait on elevators. Also, this unit has everything you need so you won't have to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, ect. We sat on the balcony at night listening to the live entertainment. There is a weekly schedule with daily and nightly entertainment for the whole family.
They really keep the property and the grounds very clean. Definitely will be back!

This is one of the nicest condos we have ever rented through VRBO! Condo is spacious, clean, and stocked with whatever you might need. We enjoyed the use of the extra beach chairs and boogie boards, and the umbrella and chair service can’t be beat! We hope to visit again soon!

Perfect for a relaxing vacation for families!
We had the best time at this condo! Our daughter is almost two, and this place felt just like home for her. She loved the beach and pool and playing with some of the beach toys that were available. Beach chairs we set up and ready for us every morning. It was easy to have groceries/food sent to the condo and an easy Uber to St. Andrews state park. The beach was quiet, not crowded, and right outside our window. We loved seeing the waves from the bedroom and nights on the patio were a great way to wind down with live music. We will definitely be back!
