The location was awesome. We were about 25 minutes from the convention center for our cheer competition.
Right across from Barefoot Landing which was perfect for food and entertainment.
The house was a perfect fit for our four families. 5ish minute walk to the beach. The hot tubs were amazing for a late night relax. The indoor pool at the Resort was a plus for after our girls performed.

Nice home with plenty of space in common areas, bathrooms, and to retreat to a bedroom when in need of privacy. Neighborhood is extremely convenient to restaurants & shopping…. We also walked to the beach several times. Courtyard/pool adds a nice private outdoor option. The master bedroom closet is very large & was a perfect separate sleeping place for our toddler in her pack n play. My only disappointment was that for this being a large family home, the cookware left alot to be desired and there were no pot holders or basic spices like salt & pepper, so we had to go out & buy a few things. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We love the house and the location was very good. We had an issue with the television but we got it resolved. It was a little dusty and the dishwasher was dirty.but overall we had a great time.

My family and I just had the best time stay at this home. It was close to everything, the pool was great. It was in walking distance to the resort amenities and beach. Nice and quiet at night.

The house was very nice, accurate to the description & we enjoyed our stay there. The weather & the pool temps didn't cooperate but the neighborhood, resort, restaurants & beach access were amazing amenities. We would definitely visit again!

This house was perfect for 8 adults during our week long vacation! The pictures are an accurate representation of the home. There were a few ‘quirks’ with the place if I had to list a few: we could never get the TV or WiFi to work (there was a management help number that we considered calling but those weren’t priorities during our family vacation!), the kitchen wasn’t super well stocked with cooking supplies (plenty of silverware, cups, plates, etc. but not a lot else bedsides a couple of pots and pans…so be prepared to buy something if you plan to cook!), there was a chair missing from the kitchen table so we had to pull a patio chair in to accommodate all 8 of us. Overall though, it was the PERFECT place for us all to stay during our beach vacation. We enjoyed playing Phase10 in the evenings and using the complimentary shuttle to the resort. Highly recommend this home!!

The property was beautiful! The only downfall would be the need to hire a better cleaning crew or person. There was no comforter on the bed in the master bedroom “ glad I always bring my own”, there was food on the floor in the master bedroom , a big hair ball in the master bedroom outside of the shower laying on the base of the tub, slippers under the couch , a huge spider web running from the side of the couch to the end table and linen in the washing machine. I didn’t agree with the returning of the wristbands. We were on pins and needles worrying about the kids losing them because those $10.00 add up. Even though my grandson lost his. But over all we still enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately our trip happened during Hurricane Ian, so it didn't go quite as planned. I do understand acts of weather can not be controlled.
However, when I and my family were trying to decide to proceed with our trip planned in late September or cancel, I called an iTrips representative who told me they would not consider giving me my money back for "just a little rain". The Rep was not helpful and quite rude. We ended up going since three families had made prior arrangements including booked flights and time off work, month ago. The "just a little rain" ended up being a Category 1 hurricane when it hit the beach area on September 30th. The pools ended up being closed the entire time we were there so the kids did not get to use them.
During the hurricane we lost power for about 3-4 hours and the iTrips person on call did not have any supplies to offer us, such as candles or flashlights. He did respond to me via text but was not helpful. It seems the houses should be equipped for emergencies such as power outages.
Regarding the home itself, it was beautiful and clean. It had plenty of room for our three families, and very close to the beach, within walking distance. It had a wonderful Spa which we utilized. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe.
The house did lack supplies that you would think would be provided. They left you with the bare minimum. There was only one hair dryer attached to the master bathroom wall in the entire house.The upstairs towel bar was missing and the front powder room bathroom sink was wobbly. They left us with one garbage bag for the entire visit (the information attached to the refrigerator said we would have 3).
The TV's were not user friendly, and took my husband many tries to get them to work.
When I text the maintenance man to ask for help with the TV and for 2 more garbage bags, he was very rude about having to stop over.
The workers did come fairly quickly to clean up our pool area after the Hurricane so we could use the patio and pool. The pool needed to be heated for an extra charge, which we did not do.
I understand there was added stress due to the hurricane, but we were somewhat disappointed by how things were handled.
We might consider another vacation in this neighborhood when not Hurricane season, since we did not get the full benefit of the resort.

I’m rating everything 5 stars as the house itself was wonderful. What I did not like is that there was a high daily charge to heat the swimming pool. We opted not to pay that exorbitant charge. When you are paying this kind of money you do expect certain amenities such as a heated pool. We couldn’t use it since the water was way too cold. The kids wouldn’t even use it. Also, there was one dish towel and no dish cloths in the kitchen.

The house itself was exactly as pictured. Very nice. One of the negatives is that I don’t think this house is managed by North Beach Resort and Villas. I say that because inside the house there was thick dust on the light fixtures and ceiling fans. The major problem was roaches inside the house. When these issues were brought to the manager’s attention, I must say the response to correct the issues, was very prompt, so I appreciated that. The cleaning crew came in and did all that was requested. Pest control came and sprayed. The only drawback was that even though the property was treated inside and out for the roaches, there were still at least two or three spotted in the house each day out of 7 days. I think if all cracks in the house and garage were properly sealed and the house bombed with insecticide, it may fix the issue with the roaches. Probably would not stay at this particular property again because of the roaches. I know roaches are native to SC., but I have in the past stayed at two different properties that were managed by the resort and did not have these issues.

Place was nice and in good neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and pools at resort. Good amenities. Count and document number of keys and wristbands you have. We were given 3 keys and iTrip claimed they gave us 4 so we were charged a fee. Grill was very dirty and sliding door to pool didn't lock. Pool guy comes on Tuesday and Friday morning unannounced so was a bit awkward and inconvenient. Few cockroaches we found here and there. Overall decent experience and fun family vacation.

Beautiful house and big enough to fit us all comfortably! Only downside was the grill, hadn’t been cleaned but everything else made up for it!

pros and cons
Pros: A very nice, large, comfortable house in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to beach, pools, and boardwalk. The master bedroom and bath were very large. Quiet.
Cons: The house was "tired". Kitchen appliances were very used, burners on stove were hard to regulate, refrigerator had broken bottom drawer and very slow water supply (filter?), dish washer door was hard to latch, handle missing on toaster. The oven was very dirty. There was food particles in dish washer. The outside gas grill looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The pool was very small. Some furniture was broken--the master bed had a finial missing and a table in the living room had part of the bottom rung broken. There were cobwebs on the dining chandelier. Wifi didn't work in the upstairs bedrooms. The sliding glass door to the pool wouldn't close properly or lock, and was missing a child alarm that the other two access doors had. I have pictures to support all these statements.

Disappointed in Cleanliness and Kitchen Equipment
Having checked in at 4 pm and obtaining our keys, we were surprised that cleaning crew was still inside the house. We waited until they left, but to our dismay we found food in the beds, candy and popcorn. We found chewing gum purposely stuck on lamps. We complained to the management, and cleaning crew came back. But upstairs bathroom smelled like urine. While we were there, we killed a half dozen cockroaches. We had to clean leaves out of the pool. That should have been done before our arrival. The kitchen silverware was lacking. We did not have nearly a set of 12. The Teflon frying pan was peeling, so we could not use it for eggs in the morning. They need to take inventory and stock the kitchen better. The vacuum cleaner was worthless. We all developed coughing and sneezing by the end of the week. On one of our last days, someone came to change the air filters. And someone came to clean the pool. It would have been nice if that had been done ahead of time. I feel sorry for the homeowner, because it is a lovely house, but it needs better maintenance. We were happy that the living quarters were roomy enough for our family so we could visit together. The kids enjoyed the pool. I feel I overpayed however due to the condition of the house.

This is a wonderful home to stay with family.
The property was outstanding. It is in a beautiful neighborhood and walkable to the resort pools and beach. The house itself was a wonderful layout for us and our three adult daughters, their husbands and little children. The pool is very nice and the kitchen is great for preparing family meals.
The company iTrip was easy to work with. Everyone wants to return next year! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Overall good with a few issues
Overall the property was and resort we're great. Our biggest complaints came with the kitchen supplies and grill. Honestly, the grill should be thrown out! Horrible condition with about 3 inches of grime underneath the grates. The brush that was included had mold on it. One of the reasons we went with a villa over the condos was the grill so we can have a cookout - really disappointing!
We had to buy a frying pan because the ones they included I don't thing I would cook something for my dog! For a house that sleeps 12 I would have more utensils - we only have 8 forks provided. There were also multiple lightbulbs out that we replaced (they did have extras on site). Lastly, need to pay attention to high dusting! All light fixtures were caked with dust!
Now, despite all I mentioned previously, it was still a nice property and a great resort. We loved the pool bar and all the amenities. Would I stay there again? Probably, but I would hope it would be a little cleaner!

The Best Vacation!!
The house was tastefully decorated, spacious, and spotlessly clean! The neighborhood and outdoor space was beautiful! There was a pool at the house and we also had access to the beach club which was within walking distance. Everything about this house, amenities and location were well-suited to our needs and preferences. It is a very welcoming space!

Spacious Retreat
Great Layout for multiple families or groups. Pool was a huge plus. The maintenance team was very responsive when I texted about some ducks that took up residence in the pool.
Furniture and furnishings could use an update. Kitchen appliances were dated. Couches and beds uncomfortable. No plastic plates or cups for use on the patio near the pool.
itrip office and check in/out process was SO MUCH BETTER than dealing with North Beach Plantation. You could probably get away without a rental car here.

Spring break
It was an excellent property. My only criticism was the master bathroom huge. Closet monstrous but the other bathrooms small and very small and cramped . The adjoining property for swimming and beach were excellent as well

Great location. Very nice house, pool was great for kids. Liked the proximity to the beach. Only suggestion would be is that the beds were extremely firm a little to firm for our likings. But all in all great place, beautiful town will be back.

Clean property that looked like pictures
Our stay was great at this property. There were a few issues with the amount of linens for the stay but was corrected quickly. The property was exactly what it looked like. Checkin was great being we were driving from a distance and arrived early. The property management people were very accommodating to getting in a little bit early. All and all it was a great trip.

Perfect for large group
Everything was as expected. With 7 adults and 2 kids, things went smoothly. A couple hiccups(the propane tank running out while we were grilling, the water from the fridge stopped working) were quickly attended to and taken care of. Would recommend.

Valentine's weekend Myrtle Beach
The house and location was great I especially loved having accsee to the resort next door. The weather was pleasant , I would love to go back when it warms up that way I could enjoy the private pool only the ng missing was a jacuzzi.

Perfect girls trip!
We did a small girls trip before my sisters wedding. It was WONDERFUL. The house was spotless and perfectly accurate to the online listing. The neighborhood was adorable and the resort was INCREDIBLE. We are already planning our next trip!

Rental house
Excellent time. Very close to everything we wanted to see. Beautiful home but not very clean. The floor was very dirty and many spider webs, carpets still had food on them. Maintenance said they would come and clean again but never showed up.
