Fantastic property, all fitures are as described or better!!! Property owner Sue is always reachable, great communication from start to finish. This was our second stay, and we would definitely stay at this property again!!!

What a lovely home. Beautiful outdoor spaces and very comfortable. Indoor regional decorations. Everything was just lovely. Sue does a great job of communicating. All the features of the home. Easy to follow. Directions are available inside the home. Beautiful location, quiet neighborhood. Perfect sanctuary for our weekly activities.

It was our first stay at a vrbo. We picked the perfect home and host for our first time. Very detailed instruction and communicative host made this a great experience and the house was wonderful. We will likely stay here every year we visit our family. A+++++

Although the purpose of our visit was to spend time with our nearby parents, this rental supplied a very comfortable place to end our day playing cards and getting the sleep we needed for the next day. Everything was clean and the house was very organized. The beds were very comfortable and we are picky!! Thank you for everything and we will want to stay again in the future!

This is our second time staying at Sue’s home. The house is in a perfect location with a spectacular view of the mountains. Very well maintained home and back yard. Communication with the host is excellent. Would absolutely recommend.

The home is very nice. Located on a cul-de-sac near the tennis courts. Large patio surrounded by beautiful landscaping. The house is very clean and well equipped. Wonderful views of the mountains from both the front and rear patio areas. Would absolutely rent this property again.

We could not find a fault in this beautiful home. The neighborhood is so peaceful and well kept. The home is far nicer than the photographs show and the back patio/garden is beautiful. Cleanliness was 100% Sue our host was very responsive and replied to questions immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again. A great view of the mountains from both the dining area and the patio. Close to hiking and the Tucson bike trials network. There's a nice patio for eating outside, even in the warm weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and it'd be top of our list if we return to the area.

This property is awesome. As a former resident of Saddlebrooke, we know quality and this is IT! The owners have thought of everything and our stay could not have been better. Our friends were very impressed with this and enjoyed visiting us as well. Definitely will use again and highly recommend to others. You cannot go wrong using this property. Owner was super accommodating. Communication was on point. No surprises, house was clean and comfortable. Although we booked late and didn’t have time to receive community pool access the owners gave concessions for the inconvenience. Definitely would recommend this place!!!!

Far exceeds the pictures and description. Beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean with a fully equipped kitchen. Responsive, thoughtful and helpful host; Sue went above and beyond the norm. Beautifully landscaped large, fenced backyard where our dog loved to roam. We spent most of our time on the patio enjoying the mountains, birds and two owls as an added bonus one morning. We also saw deer nearby. Wonderfully relaxing stay, first class all the way!

The property was clean and in a fabulous location. My husband spent hours on the back patio soaking in the view of the Catalina Mountains. The location was quiet and neighbors were friendly when we took our daily walks. The owner communicated clearly and answered questions promptly. We highly recommend this home.

Terrific stay! Honestly, the photos on Vrbo don’t do this house justice. Kitchen and main bedroom are very spacious, and the other bedroom is on the opposite side of the house which is good from a privacy standpoint. The main bedroom also has an attached full bath which is also quite big, including a good sized walk-in closet. The living room is very cute, and we loved the rectangular window overlooking the mountains. The yard is actually quite big and beautifully landscaped, with a great patio and a lovely gas fireplace. Also, the neighborhood as a whole is adorable and very quiet. We very much enjoyed taking walks at night, admiring all the intricate yards. Having a garage to park in is also a must due to the heat there, at least in May, in our case. All in all it was the best stay at a rental we’ve ever had! Can’t recommend enough. 10 stars.

We spent many hours sitting in the backyard, just enjoying the views, the birds, deer, etc. As avid tennis players, we greatly enjoyed being steps away from the courts. Such a perfect location! Our dog was obsessed with the backyard and preferred to be out there whenever she could. Perfect place to stay!

Very relaxing and comfortable home and neighborhood.We loved the patio and proximity to golf, pool and tennis. Everything we needed was included for comfort. Fully stocked kitchen as well as towels, linens etc. The owners are sweethearts and really pay attention to details.

This was one of those delightful instances where the property over-delivered. While we had stayed on the other side of the Catalinas in Tanque Verde, we had never been to nor stayed in Saddlebrooke and weren't sure what to expect. The community is safe, well laid out and easy to get around in. The views were spectacular and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Loved the area. The home was immaculate and like the community, well-laid out. The pics really do not do it justice or show how the kitchen, dining, living, master suite and outdoor spaces are connected...but they are in a very comfortable way. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and had literally everything we needed and then some. The living room furniture was comfortable and the view amazing. This trip was a getaway to celebrate our 23rd wedding anniversary and we intended to chill and sleep in...and a king sized bed was a key criteria in our search for a place. The owners not only put a king bed in this home but spent wisely on a VERY comfortable pillowtop. This is, IMHO, far too often an afterthought or a place where owner scrimp. Not so here.The patio was huge with a functioning gas fireplace, really nice gas grill, large dining table and comfortable chairs. The skies are really dark (and landscape lighting turned off at 10:30) so the stargazing was just literally out of this world. Saw many shooting stars but Mars, Saturn, Jupiter and the Milky Way stole the show. This is a very safe, very comfortable, relatively new home in a wonderful neighborhood with breathtaking scenery. Quiet (except for welcome nightly nearby visits by a Great Horned Owl), peaceful and relaxing. Sue was great...super responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay...just far too short.

Sue was a great host, super responsive, their home was better than the pictures, quiet neighborhood, wonderful place for rest and relaxation!

Property owner is extremely helpful and responses quickly. She alleviated any concerns I had for my stay due to COVID and went the extra mile with 5 days vacancy before my arrival! Coffee with the sunrise, mid-morning swim and then ending the day on the back patio with exquisite Mountain View’s. Wonderful community amenities. And the neighbors invited me to their driveway happy hour!

From the moment we arrived and started enjoying the house, back yard and furnishings (and oh by the way - the Mountain View to live for) we enjoyed are time there immensely and if we hadn’t purchased a new home - we would be asking to stay there over and over again.

This home has the most beautiful views from the patio! Very peaceful and relaxing. Unfortunately, I had multiple meetings scheduled so had very little time to access all of the wonderful activities. Sue was fabulous to work with. They even offer a golf cart!. I did not use, it however it is a great option if you are staying and utilizing the amenities on property. I would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it.
