A lovely house with a fantastic view of the Catalinas. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Hosts are very ressponsive.

The best thing I can ever say about a property is that it is one that I myself would own, and I would be happy to own this one.

Top notch, everything was better than expected. The view of Catalina Mountain was welcoming each and every day. The rooms were comfortable and kitchen perfect it had everything available we wanted including a coffee bean grinder! I will keep my eye open for this property again if it should become available. We are repeat visitors to this beautiful home in Saddlebrooke. No detail was overlooked when renovations were completed a few years ago and the result is stunning. The expansive wall of windows offers jaw-dropping, unobstructed views of the Catalina Mountains. The house is comfortable and completely equipped with everything that you could require for a lengthy stay. The community amenities are too numerous to mention (pools, golf courses, libraries, pickle ball courts, clubs...) but you can be as isolated as you choose. It is an ideal property and the owners are wonderful people who are very responsive and helpful. We love this location and hope to return many times in the future.

This is the place to stay if your are in the Tucson, AZ area. The house is open...from the kitchen, dining room, and living area you can witness the perfection of the desert and mountains. The house, itself, is clean. We enjoyed the changing desert flowers in the yard. Best of all was sitting outside after dinner and watching the coming of sunset as well as thunderstorms. Location, Property, Amenities, VIEW all excellent!

This is the sixth year that my husband and I have had the good fortune to stay in this fabulous home. It is the perfect set-up for us with 2 master bedrooms with baths, a great laundry room, well equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, and great room. Dennis and Janet carefully planned their great room remodel with style and comfort in mind. We find it relaxing to read, watch TV, entertain friends, cook, and simply look out at the unobstructed view of the Catalinas. We also thoroughly enjoy their new patio updates in warm weather.In past years we have spent the majority of our time playing golf and exploring the outdoors. This year had much colder weather in January and February which led us to discover the many entertainment opportunities that SaddleBrooke has to offer. We especially enjoyed the "Chicago Concert" at the DesertView Performing Arts Center and the showing of "A Star is Born" which was just $3. The 3 clubhouse restaurants provide great dining experiences as well.If you enjoy a comfortable clean home that is tastefully decorated, and totally outfitted with everything you need, as well as the best view around, you will not be disappointed in staying here!

We have stayed in several VRBO homes over the past several years but this was by far the best. We stayed the month of December and found everything in perfect order. It is a beautiful re-modeled home, very well furnished with the most beautiful view of the Catalina mountains. Owners were very accommodating and the use of their golf cart enhanced an already great stay. Would highly recommend this property and we plan to stay again.

We were lucky enough to stay here for two months while we waited for our house to close in Saddlebrooke. Well stocked home with a remodeled kitchen and family room and large windows looking toward the mountains. A truly "GRAND VIEW". The Williams are also very responsive to any issue you might have.

My husband and I have been fortunate to rent Janet and Dennis's Arizona home in January-March for the past 5 years. We are avid golfers and enjoy playing the 3 golf courses in SaddleBrooke as well as using the exercise facilities. But most of all we love the home that the Williams have created. They have chosen top of the line appliances for their kitchen and comfortable attractive furnishings for their great room. Every evening we find ourselves captivated by the mountain views and often are treated to spectacular sunsets and wildlife sitings across the way. In February The Super Bowl has been exciting to watch on their big screen TV. Outdoor living is just as comfortable for dining under the stairs or a cocktail in the early evening after a game of golf. We feel very spoiled in this home away from home! The Williams' upkeep of yard care, pest control, and cleaning is excellent. For 5 years we have found the house sparkling clean and well stocked with cleaning supplies and paper products upon our arrival. From wine glasses to new fluffy towels, every detail for a wonderful stay has been thought of by this couple.

We have rented from Janet & Dennis since 2013. Each year they have made improvements to their home. This year was a complete redo of the outside patio areas. The home is a comfortable and a most pleasant place to vacation at. Dennis & Janet are always at hand to provide information and or assistance whenever required per phone or e-mail.

I stayed for the month of August at this gorgeous home in Saddlebrooke and could not have found a better place to stay. The home has everything one would need with all the comforts of a resort and more. The house has beautiful furniture and accessories throughout, comfortable beds, spacious patios on three sides of the house providing unobstructed mountain views and plenty of seating from which to watch the sunrise, blue skies. The great room was even a great place to watch the sky light up the mountains during a thunderstorm. There was every cooking utensil one might need and more, a wine cooler, two refrigerators, washer and dryer, large screen TV, a beautiful dining table indoors, lots of outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, outdoor fireplace (not used in August) a water feature which attracted birds and attractive outdoor plants. The owner was always helpful and prompt in addressing any questions via phone and email. I would certainly recommend this home as my first choice for rental location at Saddlebrooke and would highly suggest staying here. It will be difficult to find another location in Saddlebrooke with such spectacular views or elegant furnishings. Should I decide to purchase a home in this community it will be a challenge finding a location as beautiful.

This was our second December stay at Dennis and Janet's beautiful home in SaddleBrooke. To highlight a few favorite things... sitting in the peace of the patio watching the morning visit from the cardinal in the fountain, heading to sleep at night and knowing a superbly comfortable bed awaited us, gazing at the uninterrupted view of the star-filled night sky, cooking Christmas dinner with everything a cook could ask for in the well-appointed kitchen, and generally feeling like no luxury or detail was missing. This is a truly fabulous place to get away from it all and Dennis and Janet are wonderful to work with in every way!

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous home for nearly three weeks. We arrived late at night, exhausted after a cross-country move. After we unpacked, I stood outside and saw billions of stars above versus the single star I'd been able to see above the lights of downtown Chicago for years. How wonderful that moment. Then I saw 4 shooting stars. An auspicious beginning! The next morning, the floor to ceiling windows of the living room stunned us with a view of the breathtaking mountains. They reminded me of The Sound of Music. So beautiful. The house was spacious, the kitchen area fabulously roomy. The living room had a large mounted TV screen and fantastic speakers making for a great viewing experience. The rooms were cool, which was great since we were there in August. We did not have an opportunity to use the golf cart and see the Clubhouses, etc. because we were busy setting up our new home, finding doctors for my husband, and so on---but driving in and out of the Saddlebrooke area was -- in certain areas -- almost like being in some fairy tale. It's so beautifully landscaped. Again, really breathtaking. The owners have a simple manual, which explains all you need to know while in the house, with recommendations for the Clubhouse and so forth. This was extremely helpful and easy to follow. Highly recommended.

This was the best VRBO experience we have ever had! The attention to the details is what really made this home very special. It felt like a home...not a typical rental. It's absolutely PERFECT. The view from living room/dining room/kitchen is spectacular. The Kitchen...what FUN cooking right in the middle of everything! We watched the "mountains turn pink", listened to the bubbling fountain on the back patio as the cardinals dipped in for a drink; and especially liked the privacy we felt while there. Everything we needed was there! Well done Williams family, very well done! Thank you for making us feel so welcome in your beautiful home!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks because we wanted to see what summers were like in Arizona. We wanted a home with a view from the back patio. This home had a killer view! Unfortunately it has probably spoiled us for any other property in Saddlebrooke. We saw javelina, coyotes, deer, quail, cardinals, and a fox. The home itself is beautiful with modern furnishings. This is no typical rental house. It totally exceeded all our expectations.

My husband and I had rented Dennis and Janet's home for the previous 2 years during the month of January. This year we were fortunate to stay January through March. We have always enjoyed the fabulous mountain views, comfortable furnishings, great appliances, immaculate upkeep, and the 3 beautiful golf courses. It was truly a wonderful home and area to vacation and entertain friends. However our recent stay (2016) with the new remodel and updates have put this home over the top of any that you may find in SaddleBrooke. The redesign showcases the mountain views while providing a great room with a state of the art entertainment system, gourmet kitchen, designer furniture, and great outdoor seating arrangements for gatherings of friends. We loved living in this gorgeous home for 3 months and can't wait for our next year's visit.

We had the pleasure to stay at this residence for a 2 week period and could not have been more impressed with everything as it was represented. The house was immaculate, the setting was perfect, it was very hard to pack our suitcases and leave when our vacation came to an end.......we wanted to stay there longer!!! Dennis offered excellent correspondence and information from the moment that we initially emailed about staying at his place, and was attentive all throughout our stay. I have been using VRBO for a number of years now, and this was by far the best property and experience that we have had. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

My wife and I stayed at this great home from June 2 through the 16th. As you may surmise, it was hot but not unexpected, over 100 degrees each and every day. But the great air conditioning made our stay very comfortable along with all of the great furnishings and personal touches rarely found in rentals. The master bedroom has two electric adjustable beds with vibration that soothed all aches and pains. The furnishings were like a model home and every pot, pan, utensil and glassware was top-notch. The view was spectacular, as this house is on a corner lot above the street below, affording a panoramic view of the Catalina mountains. We have rented dozens of homes and condos throughout the years, and this was the best one yet. Rent it now!
