Cette unité est une suite au bord de l’océan Atlantique de St Regis. Cette suite hôtelière de la résidence St Regis mesure 1 478 m² et un balcon de 45 m². Ce est une unité très spéciale en termes d'emplacement et la taille. Si vous n'êtes pas familier avec l'hôtel, il ya quelques choses que vous pouvez connaître. Cette unité est sur le côté nord qui est le côté préféré parce que vous pouvez voir directement sur la plage et tout le chemin jusqu'à la côte. Sur le côté sud de l'hôtel, vous ne pouvez pas voir sur la plage parce que l'immeuble au sud est trop proche et bloque la vue. Une chose encore et très important est la taille des unités disponibles. Cet appartement est le plus grand des suites disponibles. Le capitaine de bain a une double douche avec deux pommes de douche Raincloud et deux pommes de douche à main. Le walk-in qui relie la chambre de maître avec la salle de bains principale est de 12 pieds de long pour beaucoup d'espace pour vos vêtements. Beaucoup d'autres suites 1 chambre à l'hôtel ne ont qu'une seule douche dans la salle de bains principale et à seulement six pieds d'espace de placard. La tanière dans cette unité est également beaucoup plus ainsi. Vous aurez tout de même accès aux services de l'hôtel et le parking gratuit. Ce était l'hôtel ouverture de 2012 plus attendu que considérée par Forbes, Le Saint- Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Miami Beach, est arrivé. Un havre de incomparable d'élégance en bord de mer, calme goût sans faille, un service d'anticipation et d'équipements séduisants, tels que l'état de l'art sonore surround et un panneau à côté de votre lit qui contrôle tout. Une télévision intégrée dans le miroir de votre salle de bain Plus 3 plus grand écran plat LED ultra-mince DVD et Blu-Ray le joueur de TV (s) avec la visionneuse Internet Personal son surround et de la technologie de service de majordome de contrôle intelligent. Patricia is a perfect host. She was waiting for us even though we arrived late at night. It is where you feel like a real guest, and you can use all the services as the hotel guests. A bonus was that we could use the hotel changing room after we checked out and enjoyed the beach on our last day.

We had such a great time staying here! The condo was exactly as shown in the photos, clean and well managed. We loved being able to use all the hotel amenities while having conveniences of a condo as we were traveling with our 5 month old baby. The bed was very comfortable. Being able to use the valet/parking space was also a great bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 with two kids 6 & 8 loved this place! It was the perfect setup for us and the bathrooms are really nice! The St Regis amenities and facility took this from a great place to an exceptional place. If we come to the area again it would be hard to want to try another place out. Great Value!

I've visited this property several times. You cannot beat the location or the amenities at the St. Regis. The condo is spacious, clean and provides fantastic views from the two balconies. The St. Regis staff is superb, I look forward to returning.

Great property, great management. We’ve stayed at similar rooms at this property both through the hotel as well as through VRBO, and this residence is too notch. Very well maintained, clean, excellent communication with owner and friendly, communicative management. Views are fantastic, check in process is super easy and client friendly as opposed to others I’ve stayed in. We look forward to our next visit!

The unit overlooks the blue waters of the Atlantic. 2 separate balconies in this unit. The kitchen is small but more than adequate for 4 people. The resort is clean and the staff are extremely attentive. Really nothing negative to say about this stay. A five star stay.

Everything about this was out of this world! The suite itself, the 2 balconies, amenities, location, sparkling clean! The suite is gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice! Kevin & Patricia were both so kind and a pleasure to work with! If this is available grab it before it is too late!!! I am definitely coming back here!

Absolutely stunning property with beautiful view of the beach!!!
Thisnis definitely a must book property. The area is very clean and nice. The hotel/residency is contemporary. The condo is as well with very nice amenities. Communication with the owner Kevin and his staff (Patricia) was awesome and they were very helpful and accommodating. My wife enjoyed her birthday get away!

Family vacation
This was our second time to the St Regis in Bal Harbour and our first time in this unit. The owner Kevin and his property manager Patty were very easy to deal with and made our stay seamless. The unit is very nice, has every amenity one could need when on vacation with their family. The condo is exactly like the photos and is very spacious. The property is centrally located and walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. The beach, pool and service at the St Regis was first class and the staff would go out of its way to help you. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning soon.

Beautiful stay at the St. Regis
Just returned from a great stay at the St. Regis. Kevin’s condo is beautiful, just like the pictures. Patrica met us at check in and explained everything thoroughly. Both were great to work with. We loved having the kitchenette to make breakfast each day. Tons of space to spread out in the unit. The only thing that could be improved is the bed in the primary bedroom. It was lumpy and probably in need of replacement. Beyond that everything was spectacular, including all the amenities of the St. Regis. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway!

Great property in a great location!
I would definitely recommend this property to a friend. It looked exactly as pictured. Everything about the property was great. Checkin with Patricia was easy and very informative. We got lucky and only had one bad weather day. Having the shops and restaurants directly across the street gave us plenty to do that day. The rest of our time was spent at the pool or on the beach. Thank you, Kevin, for sharing your space with us. My husband, twin 16-year-old daughters, and I enjoyed ourselves very much!
