Stayed here for a week to enjoy Boston and the area. Apt was perfect for a family of 4, even up to 6 or 8. Location was amazing, 20 minute drive to downtown Boston any time of day, and within walking distance of a drug store, brewery, and a few restaurants.

The space was perfect for us. Really helpful to have parking. Good location from Downtown Boston. Loved Assembly Row being so close for dinner after a long day. Host was available for questions.

We enjoyed our stay. House was very comfortable and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. Once we got the hang of using public transportation, traveling to the city became more manageable.
There are not a lot of options for dining out near the house so plan to stay in the city through the dinner hour or bring groceries in and cook. The kitchen appeared to be well stocked. We did bring in food one night which was relaxing after a long day walking and the enjoying the sites.
Make sure you are up to walking stairs as this unit is on the second floor. Our host was very responsive to a broken toilet handle issue and had it repaired very quickly.
His communication is very good and instructions for access to the house was easy.

Our family of four had a great time. Apartment was as described, clean, comfortable, plenty of space, convenient location to everything we wanted to see in the area. Off street parking definitely a bonus. Neighborhood is quiet and cute but the street parking seemed full all the time. Only negative is that it is an old house with creaky floors so when there were people upstairs, we could hear them moving around late at night. Otherwise everything was great. Really appreciated the coffee and snacks and laundry cards provided!

We had a wonderful stay at Tim and Claudia’s. The property was clean and spacious. They were very responsive and accommodating with our middle of the night arrival. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Boston!

We enjoyed our stay! It was just the right size for all 6 of us. It was close to everything but quiet at night. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and cozy. We would stay there again if we came back to the area!

This place is great for families. Great amenities close by and a half mile walk to 2 different T stations(orange and green lines) Entry was easy and communication with the owners was great. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an enjoyable week.

The home is just as advertised. Very clean, well appointed and good size rooms. We were able to walk to restaurants and Assembly Square for shopping. We also were able to walk to the T at Gillman Square for a trip into the city.

Great location with everything you need. Comfortable sleeping quarters. Parking a plus but we found out it’s better to Uber around Boston. Be sure you can navigate stairs if your on the second floor. Thanks Tim!

This was the perfect choice for my friends on our trip to the Boston area. The property was clean and easy to get to by following the provided directions. It was also great to have an off street parking spot.

3 friends and I enjoyed our stay. Just as described. Lots of room for staying in on a rainy day. Restaurants close by. 20 mins walk to the subway. Easy check in and check out. Convenient to the highway. Host was readily available if needed. Don’t need your car while there.

The place was great-very large and well equipped. Owners were easy to communicate with and location was an easy walk to the expanded subway line to make getting around Boston easy.

First visit to Boston and couldn’t have gone better. The apartment was perfect location to the T(10 min walk). We are a family of 5 and plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. Cooked and had all the essentials. Host was very attentive and answered whenever we reached out. Solved our problem with parking a second car. Safe neighborhood to walk from T station at night. Definitely would stay again. Great hosts❤️

We were a bit of an eclectic group, friends and family, old and young and this place worked out very well for us. It was very clean and the ability to have a place to park was tremendous. Tim was a great host and we had no problems or issues at all. I would recommend his place to anyone who is visiting the Boston area.

We had a wonderful time in Somerville. The apartment we stayed at was a short bus ride and train ride from Boston, so we were able to explore the city and have a good time. However, the hosts failed to provide us with the code to enter the apartment at our agreed upon check in time and we waited on the front porch for hours. They also did not answer our calls and texts.

Had a really good experience here. Tim is very responsive to any questions and had great information avaliable for all the local attractions and needs. Plenty of room for our family of 4. One bathroom was fine for us, but could be less ideal for a bigger group. Parking was tight and roads are narrow, so I would use Uber/Lyft or public transit primarily instead of a rental if I had to do it again. Good location for getting to downtown or getting out of Boston for our trips to Salem and Portland. Good stay.

The apartment in Somerville was perfect. Several great restaurants and a brewery and coffee shop in walking distance. Situated 10 mins drive from downtown Boston and has all of the amenities one needs.

My family stayed here for 4 nights in the middle of June for a short vacation. I wanted a place where the 6 of us could all stay together, yet not feel cramped, this space was perfect. Tim was very responsive to all of our questions and the rental was clean and in a safe location. We didn’t have a car, we used Uber or Lyft to travel and never had a problem finding one close by for a reasonable price. We look forward to staying here again next time.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay while we toured Boston visiting colleges with our son. It was nice to get back to a quiet place after the hustle and bustle of the day. It was very convenient to have a parking space for the car we were driving. Beds were comfortable, kids were happy, and our stay was lovely.

Enjoyed our stay at this property during our spring break trip to Boston. Great location, close to downtown Boston. Loved that there was off street parking for the few days we rented a car. Property owners easily reachable and very friendly. Will definitely stay again if we ever are in the area. They are very accommodating!
