L’appartement est grand
La literie du canapé convertible est en mauvaise état. L’appartement n’est pas lumineux(une unique petite fenêtre dans la chambre à l’intérieur d’un renforcement )

Emplacement idéal, équipement moderne et très propre.
Pas de wifi, pour des gens en voyage c'est peu pratique surtout que la 4G ne passe pas dans l'appartement.
Aucune fenêtre sur la pièce principale.

Very special, clean, modern Apartment in a medival building.

The apartment is comfortable and very attractively refurbished. The kitchen- diner makes for sociable mealtimes.
There is plenty of parking nearby and yet the apartment is close to the centre of the town .
Even better than we imagined.
There were no towels.

Best location in town. The owner is quick to respond, willing to go above and beyond and is very nice. Highly recommended!

Stunning location in a medieval building on the ancient town square next to the cathedral. A well renovated one bedroom Appartment, done with grace and sympathetic to the medieval building. Clever use of space for a waterfall shower and a hand shower also for the ladies worried out wetting their hair. Double glazed windows cut the street and bells from the cathedral. 70meters from the nearest carpark. Which is just behind the market hall. We arrived on a Friday evening so could unload the car and park a 3min walk!)
A fan would be great in the summer! Keeping the windows open increases road noise

it was clean and spacious
There were no windows! Only a tiny one in a niche in the bedroom. We had not been made aware of this, and paid the same price than the other appartments. We were really disappointed! We were with our nine-year old son who slept in the windowless living room without ventilation. We do not understand the high rating on booking.com

This is old house with modern renovation. so you get whatever you basically need in daily life.
4 issues:
1. response speed: I asked if there was any chance to deposit luggage 2 hours before check-in. Flat service team replied me on the day check-out.
2. hot water for shower is amount limited. If you shower more than 10mins. water temp would become lower than body’s( wrote to flat service team, never got response)
3. old flat issue: spider visited bed through the ceiling window( I can not close this window, because attic is really hot in July, and another window facing restaurant very noisy and food-smells perfect in night). I can not manage to move her, and I don’t want to stop her life either, so I spent night on sofa ( I like the sofa the most of this flat)
4. Drainage of the wash basin needs plumber to check. water flows down very very slowly, but some leaks on the towels on the lower plank.

the location was very central. the fittings were modern and worked well. the cleaner was very helpful
the lack of instructions for basic needs land the absence of the owner to explain how things worked. the electronic windows and blinds were operated remotely and there were no functioning batteries in the remotes. we arrived as per the agreed time but could not enter because the promised code had not been sent. it was far too hot and no fan was offered. as a consequence we lost many hours of sleep. we were not told at the beginning of our stay where the nearest bins were to get rid of rubbish. the Tv was set at a sound level so low in a noisy area we couldn’t hear the Tv!

the cods and waiting last minute to receive them. This is not fair. I paid online and received the codes around 19h for check out at 10 am the next day.

Nos enough toilet paper, no facial tissue, owner asked us to buy our own toilet paper and leave the rest, also we were asked to find the nearest street trash can and take our trash, also we were asked to sweep the place before C/O and check out was at 10 am
