Great property, lots of space so we were not falling over each other. The only downside for the older members of our group is that all of the beds are super high and they had problems getting in and out without assistance. The toilets are very low and again they had problems getting up without assistance. It’s a great neighborhood and close enough to shops, restaurants etc with a car. Would have liked blankets as it was cold in the bedrooms upstairs and we were not able to get the temp correct in the short time we were there. Overall a good experience and we look forward to a return visit when we are next in the area.

We reserved with Connie almost 18 months before Elon 2024 graduation. The house was perfect for our family and all the grandparents and older siblings that traveled from various states for 4 days. The house was just 30 minutes to campus but allowed us to be together and spend quality time together. Thank you Connie and Dylan! Your home was clean, inviting and had everything we needed.

The house was very inviting and well equipped. It was a wholesome environment. Sitting on the back deck was very relaxing. The decor was splendid!
My only recommendations would be to make at least one master closet available to renters. For a shorter stay the hooks available were fine, but we were here for a longer conference and needed a bit more storage space.
Also be aware that the stairs are very steep, so older and very young people may have issues.
Overall, we loved the location. The home surpassed our expectations and was even better than the pictures showed. The nearby golf course was fantastic. We would love to stay again!!

This house worked out great for our group of 10 adult women soccer players here for a tournament. The beds and gathering spaces were comfortable. The several hooks in the upstairs hall BR and the coat rack in the BR over the garage were appreciated. We had a wonderful team dinner on the deck one evening. More coffee cups and plates so that the dishwasher would not have to be run so often would be nice.

We absolutely love the location and the house. It had everything we needed to thoroughly enjoy ourselves. Lots of space for everyone to spread out, the kids mostly hung out in the family room if not playing in the back yard, which the really enjoyed. We're serious card players and the dining room was perfect for our pinochle games and spectators, (not all the family plays, but they do like to watch). We were in the area for a family reunion and this was perfectly situated between both locations, the airport and shopping.

Elon graduation weekend
We stayed at this beautiful home for our daughter's graduation from Elon. We are from California and wanted a place where most of us could stay and we could gather in between festivities and just be together. The house is lovely - rooms spacious and what we enjoyed most is the living space. We were fortunate that the weather held and we were able to visit outside however had the rain come, there was plenty of room for our large group to move indoors. Perfect place for a family gathering. Easy entry and exit. Plenty of glasses, dishes, etc. Hosts were great. Would stay again.

Spacious Home
Perfect home for a large family gathering! Enough space for the entire family with the perfect sleeping accommodations! Many homes have multiple rooms, but Ms. Connie has made every room reel like a master suite. Plenty of space for the kiddos both inside and outside. They’ve got everything needed to attend the entire family under one roof and nothing has been unthought of even for the infant. Beautiful home!

Beautiful house
The house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood, close to everything you need/want, yet quite and holds a lot of people very comfortable, they have everything you need in the kitchen. We did have a couple of questions which we messaged them about in the evening, and as of the next morning, we still didn’t hear back from them, had to follow up. There was an issue (beyond their control) that was not disclosed ahead of time, there was a note in the kitchen instead. The day of check out, one place stated 10:30 and another stated 11:00, the cleaning crew showed up at 10:10, though they were nice and said they’ll come back. Overall it is a wonderful place to stay.

This stay served its purpose for our family. There was plenty of space to move about comfortably, both inside and out. The outside property was well maintained and we enjoyed a movie night on the spacious deck. The property gave the feeling of a generational family home...warm and established. Only con...the property could use a deep floor cleaning, detail to showers, and high dusting. Major pro...the washer and dryer was fast and efficient.

Suggest PROFESSIONAL Cleaning.
Overall the home was nice. But it didn't feel like a vacation rental because it was too many family pictures displayed. Home needs a professional cleaning inside and out! We literally had to clean every room with the exception of the dining, sitting and family room prior to use. Was a lovely home but we had to sweep both porches and remove old dust webs. Bird feeders on front porch need to be removed. There was bird poop and food everywhere, which we swept and cleaned off. The home smelled stale. Great location. But was disappointed with overall cleanliness. The refridgerator had mold growing and juice spilled in it. We literally had to clean it thoroughly before we put our items inside. Way to many dead flues in the window seal and dead bugs in the bathrooms. We felt like we were the cleaning team. I feel I should be reimbursed for cleaning the house!

Graduation weekend
Rented this property for the weekend for graduation from Elon University. 2 families stayed there-13 adults and 1 baby. Very comfortable. Lovely outdoor space. Connie was accommodating with option to cancel due to Covid. Thankfully, we did not have to cancel!! Perfect weather! Terrific Weekend!

The house was spacious and accommodated all of our needs. The owners were always so kind and quick to respond to any requests/questions. This property was a gem. the locaction was convent for quick access to food as well as stores. The home was very nice and comfortable. Our entire party were more than pleased. We has a small Easter Egg hunt in the back yard with the mods.

Perfect Home Base for Our Family
We were in town for a family member’s wedding and this home was the perfect home base for us, our adult children, and three of our grandchildren. It was very clean and very spacious and worked well for us. Communication with the homeowner was excellent. We highly recommend this home.
