Ran out of toilet paper first night. No extra rolls in room. No one at front desk. Front desk person could barely speak English.

I didn’t like that I wasn’t told anything after checking in. My room didn’t get cleaned for 2 days because the front desk young lady didn’t tell me how it works. Also when I came to the front desk to ask for clean towel she demanded me to bring the dirty towels to the front desk. That was new to me, never heard of such thing and I travel nationally and internationally

It wasn’t the best thing to see cigarette burn holes all over the decorative sham across the bed in a non smoking room. Easy fix, just took it off the bed and didn’t use it at all.

There was blood on my sheets the place was dirty and one of the staff members threatened my family and I with physical violence , menacing and inappropriate language.

I stayed in room 604 July 14,2023. The bathroom shower was nasty; it had residue from previous guests’ body dirt (I have pictures and videos), the drain was worn in the shower, the sink’s hardware was old and rusted, the shower head was coming out of the wall and there was whole in the ceiling wall where the light was located. The walls in the room had spill stains, the trays that had cups and things on it was dirty and sticky, and the ironing board was full of stains. This is unacceptable. I asked to speak with the manager, I was told she came in at 10am. I shared the rooms condition with the front desk staff and asked the manager to call when she got in. As of 9:21pm July 15,2023 I haven’t received a call. DO NOT STAY HERE!! The reviews are fabricated to get customers.

Appreciated the price, the clean, nice pool and the room was very clean. The entire facility seemed to be very clean and the free breakfast was nice. The housekeepers, cook and maintenance worker were all super nice and we enjoyed exchanging hellos and smiles.

I wish that there had been bacon or sausage (a variety) rather than the same meat every day (Canadian bacon). The staff was generally friendly, but a male desk attendant was pretty rude to one of us a couple of times. The workout room smelled like cigarette smoke and so it wasn't usable and one of our rooms also smelled like smoke when we arrived.

Beds were comfy

Elevator was dirty and smelled like pot . Bathrooms are not functional... Toilet paper holder was gone...door to toilet would not lock. Shower head so low you have to bend over to take shower. Tight parking lot.

The breakfast was fresh and hot both times we ate.

Convenient to coliseum.

When room booked, I requested smoking room. When I checked in, I was told the facility is now all non smoking.

Man at front desk was rude and unaccommodating. Our room air conditioner was broken and it was very warm. No effort was made to fix until after 9:30 at night when we were already sleeping.

Everything was great. Nothing to note here. To go above and beyond, I would remodel to remove popcorn ceilings and put floor and rugs instead of carpet.

The room has a fridge but it is barely cold enough to keep the food cold.

Hotel was decent for the price. It was fairly clean (I did kill a small bug crawling on the linen...LORD, I pray it wasn't a bed bug). Staff was pleasant and check in and check out were a breeze. Decent size room.

Bed Linens need work. Mine had what look to be cigarette burns and there were many holes in the linens AND don't get me started on those God awful pillows. They were straight TRASH. I had all 6 pillows under me and still didn't have one good one. I came home with the worse pain in my neck. There was a fire alarm during my stay and staff didn't seem to be very concerned nor communicative with the guest. I overheard it was an issue with the alarm system.
