Great location, just a short walk to the beach and very friendly and accommodating staff.

The villas are located in the Ports of Call resort and are an excellent value. We stayed in villa #4, which was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. We especially loved the plunge pool and strong a/c units. 😀 Resort staff were friendly and helpful. The resort is centrally located, with the beach, grocery store, restaurants, and shopping within short walking distances. A shuttle takes guests to the beach, with the resort providing lounge chairs and umbrellas. The beach is divine and was not crowded on June. The resort’s breakfast is no frills, but plentiful (menu varies each day - croissants, yogurt, eggs, toast, sausage or ham, etc).

While we prefer properties on the beach, Ports of Call’s villas, location, and welcoming atmosphere are hard to beat.

This property was very centrally located...with beach access a short walk across the street. Breakfast was ok, but they were building a new kitchen area so it was limited to bagels, juice, etc...Our villa was clean and accommodated our party of 6 very well. Things were clean and new towels provided every couple days. Close proximity to many local shops & restaurants made this a great base camp for our trip to Turks.

The front desk could use more attention. Many times there was only 1 person on duty and if a customer was checking in we would have to wait a while just to get towels. There were no paper towels by the kitchen sink. I would expect to have at least a starter roll there for when we wash dishes, clean the counter, etc...

Our villa was absolutely amazing. It was so beautiful and clean inside and out. The front desk staff were so helpful and kind. The location is perfect. We would highly recommend staying in one of the villas!

The villa was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the essentials needed. Quick walk to the main resort which has a nice little pool. Easy access to the shopping in Grace Bay. They provided us with basic baby needs like high chairs and a crib (although the crib was missing a mattress and just had folded-up blankets which may not be safe for newborns). Pretty private spot surrounded by shrubs, and plants and detached from the main resort (just another villa next door). Quick walk to the grocery store.

It's impossible to lock villa #3--one of the sliding glass doors does not lock and the screened-in porch does not lock, we had to barricade the sliding glass door ourselves. This isn't a user error, the locks are physically damaged/missing. No mirror in the hall bath and mirrors are in an awkward location in the other bathrooms. The showers are open to the rest of the bedroom (no curtain even). The steps up to the bedroom upstairs seem steep and there is no handrail, my 3-year-old fell down the last few steps because he had nothing to grab onto. Needs more dishes and utensils. The facility seems understaffed, they are slow to get things done (if they remember), and you'll frequently wait in line at the front desk or ~15 min for the shuttle to the beach. We had no trash can in the kitchen, just a recycling bin. Some fans didn't work. Rooms aren't super dark due to plantation shutters. Needs some TLC like the loose toilet seat, slow draining sink, move pavers so you don't walk through plants to the front door, etc. (give a handyman a day to walk around and fix everything type of stuff). While the beach does have free equipment to use like kayaks and paddleboards, they're not in great condition.

The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The property manager was very welcoming from the beginning. He walked me and my guest to the villa and walked us the amenities. The front desk staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond. The staff at the beach was helpful in preparing the beach chairs as well as giving us a ride to the beach. The complimentary breakfast was great and the fact that the grocery store is across the street was awesome. The Ports of Call is in a great location and I highly recommend.

The villa was very spacious with three rooms; two with king size beds - both having en-suite bathrooms and one with two single beds. There was also a toilet. The kitchen had all the utensils. The complimentary breakfast is a plus. There is not a huge variety but I think it was enough. Since we also had the opportunity to prepare our meals in the villa, we had most of our meals in the Villa. The villa was cleaned on the third day of our four day stay which was a bonus. Although Ports of Call does not have direct access to the Grace Bay Beach, they provide shuttle every hour. Walking distance is only like 4 - 5 minutes anyway. And they have quite a spacious spot on the beach, providing beach chairs, paddleboards etc. In short, I recommend this place to everyone.

The breakfast is enough as I said above, but could be improved.
