Third time there. Love the location!! Very walkable to shops and restaurants. The best beach!! The staff was outstanding. Everything was superb!!

There was no breakfast included in our stay as there is no proper restaurant on site - just the bar and snacks - which we knew in advance. Property was a boutique hotel / time share set up so quiet and easy access to beach. Staff were friendly.

After we booked and confirmed the vacation for 4 nights only, because of the availability, we are notified via email, that we need to be moved to another unit just for the last night. No option was given, take it or lose it….The second unit 502, kitchen needs an upgrade, pans all scratched and damaged, no pots, no garbage bags, no dishwasher detergent.

The staff, architecture, drinks, food, cleanliness and attentiveness was excellent.

The biggest surprise and downfall of our stay we're the mosquitos. They were in our room, in the hallway, could barely use the balcony because of them. My wife's birthday dinner at Graces Cottage was ruined and we had to leave because we could not eat outside. Very, very disappointed with something that can be more actively be monitored and controlled

Restaurants were within easy walking distance. The facilities were very nice. Never had a problem getting beach chairs and an umbrella. Management was friendly.. The grocery store was within walking distance. A cooler provided by the room was very handy as well as the rolling shopping cart.

Internet was spotty. If you went from the living room, you have no internet. The pool and the beach had separate internet connections.

This was our second visit to this property. We specifically selected the property because of it's location and the size of the resort. There was never a sense of it being crowded. The staff could not be more friendly. The cleaning crew are terrific. The new property general manager was always available and willing to receive feedback.

There was a mosquito issue that was a bit more of an issue than we had imagined. Property management was working on resolving. The beach chairs could use a bit of an update; they were not as comfortable as we had hoped, but clearly nicer than neighboring resorts.

The unit was similar to a condo with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and living room. There was also a nice-sized wrap around balcony complete with outdoor furniture, which overlooked the beach and the crystal clear waters of Grace Bay. Our unit was spacious and perfect for the 6 members of my family. The hotel's location was excellent. We did not rent a car but could walk to most restaurants, shops and the grocery store. Villa Renaissance is located right on Grace Bay, which is a gorgeous beach. The pool was lovely too. The Villa Renaissance did not feel overcrowded or frenetic. The staff tried very hard to make sure we were happy with our stay. We would like to return again.

Our only issue was with the in room safe. There was a glitch midweek when the safe no longer responded to our password. The staff needed to call in a locksmith but it took a day to rectify the problem. I would recommend guests not use the safe unless there is a key on site to open it in the event of a code malfunction. Nothing to do with the hotel, but taxis and food are very expensive on Turks and Caicos.

Customer service was not notch. The property manager, Sandeep, spoke to us by name every time he saw us. He gave us excellent recommendations for dinner every night. They set up a snorkeling trip where the boat picked us up on the beach right in front of our condo. Everything was in walking distance so no need for a car. Our last night we wanted an extra special dinner so Sandeep set us up at the Opus and surprised us with champagne. Truly an amazing trip!!!!

We loved Villa Renaissance - friendly staff, perfect location. It was our 5th time on Provo, but first time at VR -- planning on going again next year!

Great location and building. This unit 201 was poorly decorated, and hot great art. Glass wall was wonderful feature. Track abit difficult, ? needs cleaning. Big problem for us was bubbler pool not hot so never used it. Pool also cool. Would prefer heated.
